Came out was scheduled between 2 and 6 actually was able to get to my home at 1 30. Very fast and efficient at cleaning my sewer drain that was backing up. The worker explained everything he was doing was honest about everything. Overall amazing service.

They came right on time! Kitchen sink stopped draining, bathtub stopped draining. They were at my home within a few hours and got everything fixed QUICK. I believe his name was Matt. And did their best to give me the best deal. I truly appreciate it!

Red was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained my options clearly and took car of connecting us with the correct person to solve our problem long term. He cleared our drain and completely cleaned up after himself. I would recommend Red to anyone needing their drain or sewer cleared.

First and foremost, the plumber was very knowledgeable and efficient. He did a great job. My one and only complaint, which is a big one, is the cost. I paid over $1000 to have a toilet, vanity and faucet installed, that I had bought a head of time. That came out to be over $300 per hour, which Im sure didnt go to the plumber. Yes I paid it but, I do not plan on ever using Roto-Rooter again. I want to be clear, the plumber was excellent.

I flew from CA in to help my aging aunt here in Michigan. Upon arrival, I discovered that she had a totally clogged bathroom sink, totally clogged shower and needed a new toilet and garbage disposal. Not only was I amazed that y’all would get someone out there the same day to take a look, but Matt completed the entire job within just a few hours! I’ve not been to Michigan in 25 years so I am unfamiliar with the area much less who to call for home repairs and RotoRooter is definitely a familiar name you can trust to get the job done efficiently and at a reasonable cost. Thank you for helping me help my elderly aunt to have a functioning kitchen and bathroom once more. There is a special place in Heaven for Matt. ♥️

Did a good job but Way too expensive!Job took about 3 hours cost $2,100.00Thats around $700.00 a hour. Unfortunately I dont have time to get estimates and shop around but I really payed dearly for it.
