JC was professional and understanding to identify a solution within my budget. JC was very proficient in fixing the problem in a timely manner and essentially saved Mother’s Day. His Supervisor also came out to camera inspect the line and found an issue that i will address soon. Field staff and dispatch are great. Sierra could use some training in customer service and friendliness however. I only a 5 star instead of a 4 due to JC positive attitude and professionalism.

I had a leaky shower water/temp control that I had tried to replace myself but the top of the retainer nut broke off & the rest was frozen in place by hard water mineral deposits. Elias was able to remove it, then he cleaned out the built up minerals from inside the pipe & installed the replacement parts I had already bought.All in all, I would be happy to call on Elias & Roto-rooter if I have any future issues/projects that need a professional.

Comment: Guys came and did a drain clearing. Was a heavy job. They had to use two different ‘snakes’ to clear it. The second was bigger. We live in a multi floored building so the drain needed clearing down to the main which is 50ft below. It was messy but glad to have it cleared.

Comment: My tub is still clogged to the brim. Long story short, unclogging my shower/tub was one of the first things that I requested aside from my kitchen sink. The tech proceeded to spend the majority of the time clearing the main line (of which only one was connected to), and made a point to show me the things that were being cleared out. He did that a few times and it started to get irritating (it’s obviously not clogged by thin air, I don’t need to see it. Just fix it). I’m hindsight it was a CLEAR method to avoid providing any sort of warranty on the fix, which is totally unethical. Anyways, my sink got cleared. And when I asked about my tub, he told me another $300 and he’ll snake it!!! (After $500) Such a joke. Don’t call them.

Minutes later, I was notified that someone was on their way out and would be at my house within the hour.When the person got here, he was very professional and did the tests he needed to in order to diagnose the problem.
