So I been looking for a reputable jeweler near me and I found Rottermond. I took my girlfriend there so we could look at engagement rings. The person who helped us was Jamie, she greeted us with a glowing bright smile and was excited to help us. Jamie was very patient and helpful and was able to put up with my future wife indecisiveness. Three hours later we finally found the ring. Several months later I picked up the ring and was excited to pop the question. When I propose to my girlfriend she was excited but she was not happy with the ring. Apparently she thought the band was not what she requested. We took the ring back and Jamie was awesome and was sympathetic and was able to send it out to have her jeweler custom fix the ring. When we finally got the ring back my girlfriend was grinning from ear to ear and was really happy on how it turned out. Big props to the jeweler and Jamie to pull through and help us out. I highly recommend Rottermonds, they have great professional costumer service.Thank you Rottermonds and Jamie for all your hard work.

Had an amazing experience buying my first “nice” watch. I stopped in just minutes before closing, and though the store was clearly closing up, I didn’t feel rushed out in the slightest. In fact I was given the opportunity to try on more watches than I needed to. I picked the one I liked and still even though it was past closing I was able to have it sized.It’s also worth mentioning they had a spare mask for my partner who had forgotten hers, and the rest of their COVID protocol was fantastic. I was highly impressed and left very pleased with the overall experience.

Michelle helped me design a custom piece of jewelry for my wife and our first baby together. I had originally ordered a cute white gold necklace online from a seller that had a diamond and a babys foot in it. It arrived and it was junky. I was completely disappointed. I went in to Rottermonds to see if they had anything similar, and we looked through their catalogs, but they did not. However, she worked hard to design me something custom with multiple options, and it was barely more expensive! I ended up getting a custom pendant made in platinum, with a 0.25 carat Hearts on Fire diamond, and I was so pleasantly suprised at the quality for the price. It definitely wasnt cheap, but so worth it. And the effort and time that she put in to talk through options almost made it seem like it was a steal. Honestly, I may continue to create custom jewelry for special occassions because this was such a great experience.

We had a great experience at Rottermond Jewelers in Brighton and Milford. Jamie at the Brighton store was very knowledgeable about the Shinola watches my and wife and I were considering to purchase. I finally decided on a watch and bought it but my wife want to look at a few different watches. Jamie talked to the Milford store to confirm they had watches to look at and arranged for Gina to show them to us. Gina at the Mildord store was very knowledgeable too about the Shinola watch we were interested in. It turns out my wife bought her watch at the Milford store. We just had the most amazing experience with Rottermans. Kristine was so supportive and went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% taken care of and satisfied. It was about two weeks until my wedding and we discovered that I had chipped the diamond on my engagement ring. Great experience at Rottermond Jewelers in Brighton! Darlynn Hall was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with us while we chose a new wedding set for my wife for our 30 yr anniversary. My wife found a beautiful ring that she wanted to enhance with a few changes. Darlynn made it so easy and provided us with a CAD image as changes were made. We never felt we were bothering her with changes at all at any time. She encouraged us so we’d be happy. The CAD image provided pictures so we knew exactly how it was going to look so we were never disappointed that it wasn’t exactly as we expected. Darlynn text us along the way and kept us update as the ring was being made. It even came in almost a week early! My wife is extremely happy and the whole experience was top notch. As an engineer I ask a lot of questions and Danny took the time to educate me, and what a great learning experience that was. After returning home from Australia with a gorgeous opal, a friend referred me to George to design a pendant for me. After only a couple days....Mike text me 4 stunning designs and my only struggle was to pick 1 of George’s masterpieces!!!! I needed a repair to an heirloom Rolex and sought out a reputable jeweler to handle this. A previous experience at another Rolex dealer did not go well; unprofessional is the kindest word I can think of, and even that is too generous. Rottermond was top of the line in communication and made sure I knew what was going on from when I dropped off the watch, throughout the COVID shut down at the repair facility in New York, and until it was back in my hands. Wonderful and helpful employees, I worked with mike vrooman to find an engagement ring for my fiancé which I found, but before the sale was final my soon to be mother in-law agreed to give me her grandmothers ring. Mike already had the ring and stone set for the ring I picked out and when I told him about the grandmothers ring he then helped me pick a bigger diamond and set that for me instead. I wanted to take time to share the great experience that I had with Rottermond Jewelers this morning:Before I came in to Rottermond Jewelers I had attempted to go to Cooper and Binkley Jewelers. It was just a few minutes before I came to your store. It was right at 9:40 am a little before their opening time of 10 am. I walked up to their front door and knocked on the glass and held up the Box that my watch was in. I wasn’t expecting them to fix it right at that moment I just wanted to see if I could drop the watch off. There were three women in the store behind the counters. Not one of them would come to the door. Instead the lady closest to me just shook her head no and wouldn’t even walk to the door to acknowledge me. Even after I said I just want to drop this off, she just looked at me and shook her head no. Not one bit of effort was made to communicate with me at all. I actually looked at the lady through the glass and said you know what? I will take my business elsewhere! I then walked over to your store where once again I wasn’t expecting you guys to add the link right then, and was prepared to drop the watch off. I was also there before your store officially opened. I was pleasantly surprised when you let me in and ended up adding the link while I waited. I also was fully expecting to pay for the link being added and again was pleasantly surprised that I was not charged for the service.That type of customer service is what brings customers back and generates priceless word of mouth referrals. I am also in the retail business and have 60 plus employees that work for me at my store. I actually pulled all of my managers in this morning and shared my experiences, both good and bad, and used your store as an example of how we need to treat our customers and their store as an example of how to lose valuable customers. I will be purchasing a Shinola watch in the near future and when I do it will be from Rottermond Jewelers.

I’ve bought/received several pieces of jewelry from rottermond throughout the year and they’ve gone above and beyond in helping me. My fiancé surprised me with a bracelet that didn’t fit - I planned on returning it but ended up going on a Film tour that had me traveling around the US for a period of 6 months. It was waaaay past the return policy time but Mike understood the nature of my job and allowed me to replace the bracelet without hesitation.

Took my fiance to get her ring sized and they were really rude about it like they didnt want our business. The jeweler insulted the diamond quality in front of us. It was a very expensive ring. If you do not buy from them they dont want your business. I will not go back.
Very accommodating friendly atmosphere, both my father and I work skilled labor jobs (grimey dirty good paying work) and have both on multiple occasions showed up in typical dingy work attire only to be greeted with smiles and as friends. Very respectable business. I really appreciate the fact that I dont get profiled based on my appearance when I walk in the store.

Its pretty rare to find a place as special as Rottermond in Brighton. On a whim I took a trip to this establishment to check out, you know, just look at the Rolex selection. They had a pretty spectacular inventory in stock, the prices were marked at RRP. As I browsed I met a gem (pun intended) of a person named Dennis Sourvanos. He had some very attractive things to say about the price and after sales support on all things Rolex.Dennis alone makes this place great, and what a salesman. As I mentioned earlier, I was only window shopping, once Dennis and I started talking I knew I had to buy. My eyes settled on a pre-owned, now discontinued, Rolex Daytona ref 116520. Yes, it was pre-owned, but simply immaculate. We negotiated for about a week on the price, and he wouldnt budge. Finally I returned to just look again, we talked.By the end of the trip I was sold on it. Im now, unfortunately, the proud owner of a beautiful Rolex Daytona. One I hadnt planned to buy.Rottermonds website says they strive to be your jeweler for life, and thanks to Dennis (and whoever the cute blonde is) theyve done exactly that.I dont know what the owner pays Dennis, but I assure you its not enough. What a great dude, and what a great place. If youre in Brighton, and even if youre not, if you share a love for the Rolex brand this place is a must.Do yourself a favor and go meet Dennis soon.

2022-01-12I had a fantastic experience with Dennis and Gina in Brighton, when purchasing my first Tudor, a Black Bay 58 in blue. They were nice enough to order a bracelet for it as well, since I opted for one on a blue leather strap. Best of both worlds! Rolex watches are hard to come by right now, but my first one will be purchased from Rottermond, as the experience will undoubtedly be worth the wait!

They had a beautiful piece I had been searching for and after some very prompt email correspondence (think minutes instead of the days I was expecting), held it for me. 2022-03-04I had an great experience with my first purchase at Rottermonds. I initially spoke with a couple a very helpful associates who put me in contact with Christine who is the general manager. She was very polite, professional also knowledgeable about the watch brand I was purchasing which made me feel comfortable doing business there. She was able to get a watch even better than what I was looking for. I will definitely be back hopefully for another new watch hopefully sooner than later.

2022-09-13I have wanted a Rolex for as long as I can remember. I walked in here about 6 months ago for the first time and met with Dar. She took the time to get to know me, and let me try on watches and narrow down what I wanted. It can be a long wait, but she kept in touch. She never made me feel like I was just someone on a waiting list. She was genuinely excited for me. Getting “the call” was an experience in itself, so much so that I greeted her with a big hug. I haven’t taken my watch off yet. This was a big purchase, and I’m so thankful I had such an amazing experience! It was worth the wait.

2022-09-02I finally decided to sell my wedding diamond which was a hard decision to make.Jamie made the experience much easier.I was able to drop off my jewelry, explain what I wanted done with some of the other pieces, and looked at some options for trade ups.Within 2 days I had answers and multiple options.She had all the paperwork ready when I came in to make my final decisions. The transaction went flawlessly.I already have 1/3 of my custom pieces (in less then a week) and country be happier with it!
