This place is simply amazing and the lady at the counter is remarkable...even with all my craziness and drama she was still extremely helpful and kind and even with me going through a really rough time she managed to get me to smile and even got me to laugh...I will forever be thankful for kindness and patience...because you gave me a candle when I was lost in the darkness..

Roverland is an exceptional auto repair shop. From my initial call to the completion of my repair they delivered in every way. The level of knowledge that Majed has is amazing. He took the time to help me understand what was going on with my vehicle and answered all of my questions. In addition, he provided me with a detailed report on recommendations moving forward. Lastly, I must say that Pat at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She kept me in the loop on when my vehicle would be ready and was extremely supportive throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a repair shop that offers competitive pricing, great service, and a professional staff this is definitely the place for you. I highly recommend Roverland to anyone and everyone who owns a Land Rover. The service and quality of work is unmatched at Roverland. They provide the best pricing for all of their services. Ive been to countless Indy shops and I know the only place I will come back to for my Range Rover is Roverland.
This is an updated review (5/21/21).. I just left Rover Land after my 3rd visit. And for the 3rd time I left a happy customer. Brake pads all the way around and an oil change. Got me right in and out with no headaches. I also asked Mark if he can give me an overall suspension evaluation of my 06 RRS... He actually took it for a test drive with me and looked and listened for any issues. This is after I paid and I got my keys These guys really do great work and charge very fairly. Forever customer of RovetlandOriginal post {10/20)I purchased my 2006 Range Rover Sport a few months ago with some known suspension issues. It had some major clunking in the back and some minor clunking in the front and I thought they were control arms. I knew that if I would have taken this to the dealership, they would have charged me at least a couple of thousand dollars minimum. I found this place on Google and was amazed to know that there is an independent Land Rover specific repair shop in the Detroit area outside of taking it to a dealership or a shop that does multiple makes and models and not just a specific brand like Land Rover. I read the reviews before I took it here and they were all great reviews talking about the honesty of this place. I cannot express how honest this place is. Honesty is huge when it comes to repair shops as I was afraid I was going to be taken to the cleaners with a big Bill. Pat who works at the front desk is a pleasure just like all of the other reviews State. She is definitely a sweetheart and welcomed to the roverland family. I took my car on a test drive with Mark who is super honest and not only did he pinpoint the problem by just taking a short test drive he also told me that it would be a lot cheaper as opposed to upselling me like some places probably would have. They had about 25 cars sitting outside waiting to be worked on and he still took the time to not only do the test drive with me to find the issue, he also explain how the suspension works and why he thought I didnt need control arms and I only needed to do the smaller repair . It was just some sway bars and links and I only pay $450 and was amazed at his honesty. He even took me to my car while it was hoisted up and showed me exactly where the problem was. And I wanted to confirm that the control arms did not need replacement and he showed me that they had little or no movement in them and that they were acceptable and not needing replacement. I was so happy that he showed me the problem and even after I told him that I thought the control arms needed replacing he was honest and told me they didnt. He could have easily lie to me and made me do a whole bunch of work that my car did not need. I took my car for a short test drive and was amazed that all of the clunking was gone and my car was driving a lot sturdier and felt a lot more solid. On top of all of that, I brought the car in without an appointment and was out in about two hours with the repairs being completed. I was so happy all of the savings that I decided to buy the whole team some lunch I figured it was the least I can do as an appreciation for the great price, the great service, and the speed. This will definitely be my go-to for all of my Range Rover needs and I already recommended this place to everybody I know who drives a Range Rover. If youre looking for a place that is honest and specializes in Land Rovers, take it here you will not regret it. Stay away from the dealership because we all know that they will charge us an arm and a leg and probably up sell us like crazy. I love this place and I cant be happier that I found them on Google.
My name Lyonell Johnson, as I have told everyone before, if there is a place, location, that is outstanding at their profession, being professional, pricing is affordable, I would post it, Roverlland has done another incredible job. Mark, Pat and all the mechanics that work there, came through in clutch time for me. Rear window damage, had it done and cleaned before my 1yr old daughters birthday party. Need the time of need, pricing fit perfectly into my budget, after spending so much on a party. Courteous, upfront and very responsive with Nationwide insurance company. This place even better than the dealership, I really like to fix my cars by myself or take it to the dealership. However someone recommended this place and i decided to try them. Professional people and they know exactly what they are doing, reasonable prices and very friendly people. We own an auto shop and needed a rare part that Roverland has in stock. They were able to give us a high quality used part at a fair price. The customer service is amazing. Every time one of our employees calls Roverland they hang up the phone smiling or laughing. Thank you and we look forward to future business.

Lol!....Guys I showed up with absolutely no appointment and on top of that Detroit Roverland was booked solid AND about to close....and do you know the manager still did not turn me away!!! As a matter of fact, she refused!! She told me to take a seat in the waiting area and after about 10 minutes she asked for the keys to my Rover and told me the oil change would not be a problem!!Guys, not only did Detroit Roverland accommodate me but they did it with a smile! Everyone was polite...and very professional. Guys they even offered me a bottle of water while I waited for the oil change to be completed!So yes...I had a swell time at Detroit Roverland...one of the best customer service experience’s EVER so be sure to stop by!!!And for all of you Door Dasher’s out there doing deliveries in a Rover this is definitely the place for all of your car service needs!!!!
I could not start my 06 RR L322 in Park for months, and the last week i could not start in Neutral without some luck and praying, i imagined a new transmission or a $400 + part, but i love my range and so i took it to Roverland in hope for a fix, Mark instantly guessed several issues tested the car with the scanner saw no big issues and said he would try just adjusting the shifter and cable to see if that works. He got started on it straight away, and it does work now, maybe not the permanent fix, he gave me some suggestions, i also needed an oil change which they did for a third!! of the cost at the Stealerships. This is my new Rover Family, i will be back, thanks Mark and Pat being so nice and genuine.
After taking my 2011 sport supercharged Range Rover to 2 other places who could not get the job done right, Rover land saved the day. Pam is the most caring and understanding person to help with your problem, and Mark fixed my car very fast. Thank u Charity and Mike Baker.
Wow, Im so glad I found this place! Of course, right after my warranty expired my car had a mechanical issue. The quote from the dealer was so high, so I decided to Google independent shops that work on Range Rovers. Roverland was great from start to finish. Pat, who runs the office, is amazing. She is knowledgeable and welcoming. Mark and his team took care of my repair in less than a day and at a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge me. This is where Ill be going from now on. Highly recommend!
These guys were awesome . I actually found them by accident in April . I was getting some offset wacky codes during my house hunting in Belleville and they came to the rescue . I live in Chicago but let me tell you I will use them only now . Hard to find a disco3 mechanic that actually knows their trade . They were nice and the lady at the front desk even made sure I got home safe driving back to Chicago . The head mechanic there also made me feel at ease and didn’t treat me like “ the Chic with the Landrover “ and really listened to what I had to say . They rock !
Mark is very knowledgable and professional. He helped explain to me exactly what is happening with my car and what things i need to be aware of in the future. I had brought my own parts which were not the right ones and luckly roverland had the parts i need for my car for much cheaper than the dealrship. Mark not only took his time to show me the old parts and the new parts but he went above and beyond and even took me for a ride to pin point some issues with my car. I got all 4 of my breaks done and my tailgate was not working so they fixed all of that for much much less than what i wouldve paid at the dealership. 1000% recommend these guys they know Range Rovers thats all you see at Roverland its their profession. I will 1000% be coming back for all my range rover sport needs. thank you Pat for being so friendly and Mark for being such a professional.
Mark is the best. He fixed my land Rover like new and the prices are AMAZING 80% lower than the dealer with the same authentic Land Rover parts. . The lady at the front desk pat is so sweet and helpful great lady. If you need anything take your car to mark he’s awesome

Shout out to Pat for making everything so easy!! I work at a high volume collision repair shop, so I understand how much energy goes into quality work and top shelf customer service...and Mark and his team nailed it!!!I brought them an 03 Disco II for an engine swap and, not only did they do it quickly, I had no issues driving almost 4 hours back home to Northern Michigan. Service after the sale was great, the Roverland team definitely goes above and beyond. Small town service in the city was not expected, but totally appreciated. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!
I swear this is the Best Auto Repair shop in the Metro Detroit Area !!! I currently lives in Dallas, Tx and had my truck towed to Roverland for repairs that I accumulated from letting my truck sit a long period of time! When I say this shop is the BEST Ever - I ain’t never lied!!! The owner is the most humble, honest, and trustworthy person I have ever met that owns a repair shop ! I have had other not so good experiences with repair shops because of me being a Female. The Owner @Roverland made me feel 100% confident in him and he took care of business with the repairs of my truck . He was always a man of his word !! No surprises at all far as repairs . His working team , they were always so nice and polite whenever I would visit the shop .I truly give a Shout out to the Receptionist- Pat that be holding down the front desk and is very nice and provides the best detailed information and customer service ever that I have seen or experienced at any repair shop I have been to in the past. This here .....I like how you are provided an electronic estimate of repairs and cost !! I was able to pay via electronic from the emails sent to me which was so convenient knowing that I live out of state .I Highly recommend Roverland for anyone in state or out of state that need repairs done to their Range Rover. I was searching for a place that was fair, expert, and that I could trust. I FOUND IT! I normally try to figure things out and fix myself, but I was stumped on 2 electrical issues. Turned out the battery that Oriellys said was OK, was not, and the driver window needed some wires attended to. thanks to the RoverLand team for taking care of this at a fair price and quickly. Also for suggesting other items that need attention and offering those at a much better price than the stealer dealer, and at a competence level that I can believe in. This place kind of scammed me. I had just bought a 2015 model Range Rover n March and I knew it needed work so I took it to them. When they first did a diagnosis and wrote up the bill it was about $1,500 and that is what they quoted me. It was for breaks and small things like a door that didnt work and things like that. I asked them when I first went into let me know everything that needed to be done because it was having some problems turn on. Initially the estimate they gave me they did not mention mention any transmission issues and so I made a down payment for the $1,500 I paid half. About a week into them working on it they called me and added transmission issues which were much more expensive. But I had already paid most everything for the initial problems they told me. I feel like they did it this way to get more money out of me. I really could not afford to pay another two thousand or so dollars which is why I went to them in the first place and not the Range Rover dealership it was very shady the way they handle it and I would not go back there again there were Range Rovers parked out on the street that the city was trying to get them to move because they were illegally parked and it just seemed a bit Shady.
Excellent customer service fixed my 09 Land Rover...other shops could not fix it... but Roverland diagnostic was correct and fixed it so we are back on the road!!! Trust Roverland !!! They are the real deal!!!
The young lady that answers the phone, makes the whole experience super easy and comfortable. The parts are affordable and fair priced for the quality and low miles. The repair work is clean the only way I would expect a repair to be done on a Rover. Love these guys will never go back to the dealer again there is no reason too.

This place is great ..family atmosphere l. the office lady pat is great .. they took me in very fast and finished my car in the same day for the cheapest estimate I got between 3 other estimates .. they let me pick between used and new parts .. they have a huge inventory of used parts so things move out quickly because they don’t have to order stuff and wait got it to get in .. Mark the head mechanic is very humble .. he is an expert and knows his stuff .. he plug my rover to his scanner and instantly told me what I needed .. and he explained to me how it all worked and showed my underneath the car that it’s bad .. heads up mark .. I will be back

Best mechanic ever mark and very good prices called the dealer over $2800 more than what I paid and same parts the dealer uses in a Land Rover. Pat is awesome nice and sweet.

I would like to applaud Roverland for their excellent customer service and work. Theyre not like any other tech shop, they truly know Land Rovers. I had an issue with my Rover and had taken it to a very reputable indy shop that works on very high end vehicles, yet they misdiagnosed the issue with my Rover. So after paying for the misdiagnosis of the other indy shop, I tried out Roverland. I wish I would have taken my vehicle to Roverland earlier. They took care of the issue with my Range Rover with ease and in a very timely manner. Thank you Roverland for the excellent work! I will be bringing my other Range Rover in very soon! I recommend anyone with any Land Rover to check out Roverland there work/prices are phenomenal. Thanks again Roverland!

I havent been here, but I was looking for a place to service my RR when I come to Detroit. I am a master mechanic...I work on my vehicle most of the time. There are some things I do not do. However. I know too well about clearing codes...etc. First of all the codes should have shown everything wrong with her vehicle when you first tested it. Then she could have taken it to another shop to get a second opinion. Just by reading your response, you took her for her money. That was wrong. The best thing to do is DO THE RIGHT THING THE FIRST TIME. Clearing codes means nothing, but a problem if there is one. Be honest upfront and have enough confidence in your shops abilities to allow someone to check out whether or not you are giving them the correct diagnosis. Who knows what you all did to her vehicle. You could have loosened the hose ....NOBODY HAS MONEY TO WASTE. If you practice integrity...more customers will show up Stop being greedy. Its because of your response is why I will not have my vehicle serviced at your shop. I dont do all of my work, but if I bring it in for one thing and you tell me its not it but something else and I already had it changed...you will be held liable for anything that happens to my vehicle. SHAME ON YOU, TAKING ADVANTAGE OF LISA!

Needed a range selector module I live 4 hours North in Ludington Michigan got me the part I needed shipped overnight put in my Range Rover and was able to drive the next day

Walked in feeling hopeful, walked out feeling robbed. Went in for a leak in my Radiator from a previous diagnosis at different place. Was told that it was my cooling fan by Roverland, had it replaced, car was leaking again in less than 1 week. Went back in now Im told its my radiator, had it replaced and when I got my car back the engine light was on. Took it back, was told I had a leaking valve system.....but it was no big deal, so they said. Car still has leak and engine light is on. Called back shortly after, was told that someone would contact me, no one has yet. Paid over 1200, for service in a week.
Owner was fair and reasonable, well worth the trip from the suburbs. Facility is top notch, the garage is state of the art and they warehouse used parts.

2022-05-07Received the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I had to drop off my LR4 for an urgent repair, and offered to drop off Friday hoping to have someone diagnose it by next week. Pat from the front desk, and their very personable and professional staff insisted they have a look right away. Within 10 minutes they were able to properly identify the issue and offered to get to work on it right away. They identified a separate issue and informed me to keep an eye on it, but as you rarely encounter these days they did not pressure me at all or throw some sales pitch at me. I received a call later THAT SAME DAY that it was ready to pick up. It is. It is now running like new! Thank you very much for your fantastic service, will never go elsewhere with my Rover!!

2022-03-11I deal with Roverland frequently and albeit they are normally busy they take care of us in a timely fashion. I really dont care about taking my Rover to any other shop. They are the SMEs referencing this brand of vehicle and do a great job! My 4 star rating is actually 4.5. They are a good team led by the owner Mark as he is adamant about getting the job done right the first time! Pat (Intake) is on the money, really cool, and has a warm spirit! 2022-07-11They put wrong oil and filter in my engine as well. Also, you put 3 gets more oil in the vehicle then what was required and. I have called multiple times about the vehicle/oil filter and they do not answer and keep telling me they are on vacation. The owner after he does the damage to my engine that will costed about $26k and acted like it was not his fault. Still this very second, he does not answer anymore. Worst service i have ever had, he has blocked me on the other review as well and they don’t want speak to me regarding this issue.

2022-05-28Yo sum up in one word: AMAZING. I am novice at repairing my new 2011 range rover sport and tried to service the air suspension. Needless to say I screwed some stuff up electrically. I was able to get an appointment at this place very fast. The tech walked me through what he was going to do and communication was excellent. A week later I had to service a valve for my air suspension system and I saw they replaced the old cover for that area free of charge. They go above And beyond unlike the dealer I went to in the area prior!

2022-01-31I have a 2008 LandRover I’ve been to this shop for every issue I’ve had with my vehicle suspension, brakes , heater core ect. They have done excellent work on getting the job done right in a timely manner they do excellent work I recommend this shop because they specialized in getting the all the parts for my truck happy with their services.

2022-01-25I called in with the vin number of a vehicle to get the service records before making a purchase with a dealership. The lady who answered the phone initially was extremely rude and abruptly transferred me to a different gentleman who refused to give out any repair information. This is a common practice that everyone I know does, especially when it comes to dealing with Rovers. This screams red flags to me I have never been denied service history. STAY AWAY

2019-11-17I would like to thank Roverland for the great service they have provided me .. I own a 2012 Range Rover hse. I took my car to the dealership and my estimate came up to be about 14535$ which was crazy because that was almost what I paid for the car..I was looking online and I found them, the lady who answers the phone her name is pat . she is great , she immeiatly booked me an appointment and passed the phone over to Mark who is very knowledgeable and professional. I took my car in and they check it and fixed everything the dealer wanted to fix for a fraction .. I was surprised how affordable fixing a Range Rover is. there shop also looks great and the staff are all very friendly .. I will always take my rover there ..

2022-07-07They did Oil change for my car and they put 3 quarters Oile extra that damaged my engine, that was diagnosed in Land Rover dealer will cast abut 27k$ 🥺🥺🥺🥺 I Swear I take them to the court
