Comment: We had a water loss at our home from a bath remodel gone wrong. Tristin and his team showed up quickly, immediately found where the water was coming from and started the drying process. They contained the area and checked as the drying went on. We met many individuals at RPI and they all had one thing in common; they care about their clients above all else. They communicated well all throughout the time they were in our home. Their invoice came and everything was spelled out clearly so the insurance adjuster understood. The job went as smooth as it could. I have no problem recommending RPI to my friends and family. When you have a broken pipe in your house you need a company like RPI.

Comment: ****UPDATE: Unpaid Invoices****Our company was contracted by Ryan Peacock to perform multiple, last minute emergency Genset transfers following a natural disaster in FL. Given the immediate need for his business, our team unfortunately made the mistake of giving Ryan the benefit of the doubt despite his company not passing our credit check.Ryan agreed to pay for shipments in advance and even told us that wires had been initiated. After not receiving payment after the shipments were delivered, Ryan and his team proceeded to ignore all calls and email follow ups regarding payment. Its been more than a year still the balance payment is due and he kept on giving false promises.

Comment: We had RPI did the drying after a water leaking at my condo, and they broke a light switch during the construction, they told me they will come fix it. But it’s been more than two months since work is done, every time I called they told they are coming soon, and yet not seeing anyone fixing it.Follow up to response: Thanks for responding after such a long time—two years to be exact! The insurance has taken care of all the payments long ago, and despite my many calls to follow up, I never received any communication from your side. I had no choice but to pay for an electrician myself. Im not seeking a refund for that expense, but I do think an apology from you is appropriate.

Comment: I used RPI for water leak & Mold restoration in end of April, 2022 . And by my HOA manager’s recommendation, I identified Tristan Moerman as my Project Manager ( who’s very fast responding my text.) Without Tristan’s very detailed quotes, my neighbor’s insurance company wouldnt even respond to me. It takes total 3 weeks to get my toilet fixed due to busy season. Now I feel like I have a brand new master bedroom & toilet. I put a lock box outside my unit for RPI team to do the restoration. They did a wonderful job.

Comment: We engaged RPI Inc on a large scale restoration of our house after water damage for two reasons - they seemed to have an eye for quality and they could work at the same level of detail as the insurance company. From a work perspective, people have not turned up as expected and jobs did not get started as promised. And when the workers did turn up we got fed up with their cigarette butts and half eaten food being left all over the place. As time drifted on we started to do some of the work ourselves since we want to get back in the house. And even though we did these activities Ryan insists that he still gets paid for the work.We started to get requests for draws that included numerous items that had not been started. To this day we remain in dispute over this with Ryan insisting that we should pay for work that he has not started or has not finished. In short our experience has been a nightmare that has made the whole incident even worse than it already was.Steer clear and use the Insurance Company preferred vendor since that will at least get you some leverage. These people are cowboys.
