Richard was my technician. Very personable and professional. He exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond diagnosing the problem.. he disassembled the system and found where some connections werent right or loose. Found that there was a problem with the cable box as well. Then when finished, walked me through how to operate the receiver. Im very satisfied and would recommend Rtechworks to others.thank you Richard!
They were on time, and called ahead to let me know they were on schedule. They helped me evaluate different placement options and the pro/cons for each, promptly installed, and cleaned up afterwards.I used RTech at my previous home 5 years ago, and felt they did such a good job I made sure to use them again. Will use them again in the future.

They almost disappear in the ceiling. I love them. He was punctual and very professional. The pricing was very fair also. I am so thankful that i found Rtechwork. Used his services first through Amazon to install ceiling speakers, and then contacted directly to install in-wall speakers. Both times he was prompt, professional, friendly, and did an excellent job. Really took his time to get everything right and made sure I was satisfied with the sound. Good quality work by Arnett. In a very short notice Arnett showed up and had TV installed above the fireplace, some of the HDMI cables were not enough length, Arnett patiently waited for me to get the new ones. Highly recommend for any TV mount work.

2022-07-26Wow! I am so happy I found this company. We had a very difficult time finding a company that could mount our TV on our field stone fireplace, but Rtechwork completed the job amazingly. The technician was timely and courteous. Thank you so much for the awesome work! We couldn’t be happier.

2022-07-18First job was our doorbell which Arnett of Rtechwork did a thorough job investigating then laid out some options before going ahead with installing our SimpliSafe system.That same day he had time to also mount a television for us and went above and beyond to drill a few holes and use a cord cover so the extension cord wasnt just dangling but elegantly hidden on our fireplace mantle and nearby bookshelves.Trusted in Arnett to come back a few months later and of course he did great work mounting three more televisions in the game room of my dreams by taking my ideals into consideration and making intelligent adjustments. At first, I was like oh no that is like an inch too high but then I sat down and realized hed mounted them perfectly so on the couch reclined a bit was just right. Before they were mounted you had to crane your neck a bit if reclined but now you can watch any of the televisions comfortably from anywhere.Hoping to hire Rtechwork again!

2021-10-10This company is absolutely the best. Arnett the installer was brilliant. Very detailed oriented and made sure my entire family was comfortable with the installation of each TV. He was extremely detail oriented and was a very nice person and knowledge. He did not try to hard sell any unnecessary items. I consider him a trusted advisor and actually a partner in making sure his customer was satisfied. 10 plus marks for him. Nicole who answers all the calls and I am assume runs the office is also fantastic. When you call she is always cheerful and very polite and very attentive to your needs. Anothet 10 plus rating. If you considering an installer for TV or any smart devices, this is your company. Prices are extremely competitive. I cannot say enough about this company other than A++++++

2021-03-05Arnett & his assistant Curtis were amazing. We started with a Zoom call to assess the room, the TV size & the electrical situation. We had a big task for him - mounting a heavy 90 inch TV above a fireplace in our new family room. We were so impressed with his attention to detail & taking the time to do the job right. Our TV looks wonderful!!! We are extremely pleased with his work and will definitely recommend him to friends & family & as well as use him for all future needs! 2021-10-29Arnett was to come on Monday btwn 5-8.He was no show again and without a phone call.They were going to finish the job from last year.Guess we are still waiting for the name of another company who will finish the job for a decent price
