Comment: Even though I was their old customer, they sold me a truck with a lot of problems, one of the hundreds of problems in that truck was the presence of a lot of dog hair that could cause severe illness and asthma. And the sales person Bianca Kim, even though she knew about the matter, didnt tell me anything and sold the truck with a trick, and by doing so, she lost an old customer and many customers, and many other problems that cost about ten thousand dollars. It cost me money.

Over the road trucker parking is a problem for a Peterbilt 389 with a trailer but that’s fine no big deal was able to work around itWhen you go in they have a system where you pull a number again no problem after 30 minutes finally get called and the guy has the wrong part. I told that’s the wrong part. Then he wanted me to pull another number and wait another 30 minutes with my log book running all over a small bracket. Will avoid rush in Fontana at all costs. They just can’t get it right.

It took me 52 minutes to get to the front of the line, the another 14 minutes to get my part and get out of there. God forbid you need service while in Fontana. Might as well try fixing it yourself self, the shop is always 2-3 weeks out just to get truck in. Worse place, but same standards as any other shop in LA area.

Comment: I wish I could give less than 1 star. I’m not sure which is worse; being lied to, the lack of knowledge, or the lack of communication they have amongst themselves and customers. Austin, in particular, has been caught in multiple lies to us about service and what is recommended. They kept our truck for over a week, with little to no updates. They would send a text update and when we would call them, they would say, “oh sorry for that, that text was a miscommunication and is not correct.”We dropped our truck off for a few things and when I called for an update, each employee told us something different every time, which should be embarrassing for them, considering they “pride” themselves in their work. They have nothing to be proud of at this Rush and you are talking to someone with very little knowledge on what is up to date with recommendations. If you can go to a different center, please find one with better service because this place is absolutely terrible.

We drove 1 1/2 hours each way, to see a truck we had spoken to a sales representative over the phone asked for service hours at the FontanaLocation 14315 ValleyBlvd, Fontana CA 92335.When we arrived he was with a customer of which we waited over half an hour. We asked two other sales representatives, a man and lady if they could help and neither were willing to assist because we had spoken to a sales representative already over the phone and asked service hours.According to policy they cant help if you speak with someone. Instead they prefer to loose a potential customer and potential sale, which is what I asked if they were willing to do because they couldnt help. Comment: I usually bring my truck here for maintenance issues so I can spend down time waiting for it at home instead of a motel. Well after my current and ongoing problem, Im convinced that I will now avoid this place like the plague. I turned my truck in for maintenance on 8/10/2020. It is now 8/20/2020 and my truck is still not ready for pickup. These are the things I turned it in for:- Oil pan leaking (which they caused from last time I brought it in)- Washer fluid reservoir leaking at bottom mount bolt (makes me very suspicious that they removed the reservoir for some reason, then overtorqued the bolt during installation)- Intermittent check engine lightI think it was Wednesday, 8/12/2020, before they actually started to touch my truck. By Thursday evening, the engine tech was done diagnosing and sent an estimate to my company...but that was only for the engine work itself and not also the washer fluid reservoir. I asked them why they were sending an estimate without the reservoir included in it, and they said that the engine tech needs to complete their part of the diagnostic work first before a different tech who handles washer fluid reservoirs can even look at it. How stupid a process is this? On either Thursday night or Friday, I got an update saying they have all of the parts on hand that they need to complete the repair work. So, why did the repair work not get completed until yesterday (Wednesday, 8/19/2020)? They must enjoy wasting my time and having me not making a dime to earn a living and help support my family with, because it routinely takes the better part of a week for them to finish working on my truck for virtually everything - and Ive been here numerous times for service/maintenance.It is now Thursday, 8/20/2020, and my truck is STILL not ready for pickup. They completed all repair work yesterday, then road tested it yesterday afternoon. It failed the road test, which means the truck sat the rest of the evening and into this morning before somebody will even begin to figure out whats wrong now.

Comment: I took my truck here for repairs out of pure necessity in order to get my company truck back on the road.I wish I had demanded for a different repair shop since day one they have disrespected me by ignoring me as I tried to get some assistance for processing my repairs, except for Dale who treated me fairly. I tried to ask the shop counter CSR simply if they sold the plastic parking brake valve knobs, purely out of curiosity, while was waiting for my truck to be processed and he interrupted me mid-sentence and said, Stop right there. Were not open until 8am (it was exact 8am fyi) you need to go back over there and not disturb us. I responded, Im not trying to purchase anything Im just curious about if you sell-, and he cuts me off again saying, I dont care. Were not open and you need to go away. I walked away humiliated at his total lack of civility and common decency for someone else, especially an active customer in the repair shop. As I walked away he and multiple other register employees began to mock me and say, I bet hes not going to come back. HahahaI have reported this company to the BBB for their absolute horrible attitudes against their paying customers. I was also lied to about the estimated repair time saying that they will begin to look at the truck for repairs on Monday September 3rd. Monday was Labor day and they knew they wouldnt be open to inspect my truck, and now I have to stay an additional day in a hotel in a city/state Ive never been to before. All while losing out on hundreds of dollars of pay from this downtime. I have also reported this facility to the corporate office through the official complaint messaging system.

My salesman Joe the biggest liar ever told me that I had 100,000 miles or three years warranty on my transmission and differential. my truck has 99,000 miles and it’s not three years old . I called Fontana service department asked them if I’m covered under the warranty they said YES you are. After confirming my truck has warranty I took my truck to Fontana rush truck center mechanic shop. They confirmed that the differential is fried Brocken. After keeping my truck for 11 days they are telling me that the warranty is not covering and I have to pay $5600 for parts plus labor about $2700 becouse my truck is a dump truck.????Why did Joe not tell me this when I bought the truck.Be really careful from Joe He will sell his soul and his family to sell your truck is the most uneducated and the biggest liar ever I’ve met.Dear truck drivers we should put a stop to these liars and SCAM. I am going to hire a lawyer and take this case to court if you experienced any unfairness with trush truck center in Fontana California you can contact me your lawyers and get a Class action lawsuit Aginst rush truck center.

I supplied the compressor all they had to do was change it. truck was in the bay for 2.5 hours, they billed me for 5 hours. when i questioned it service manger told me he would have charged me 8 hours and they were being nice lol ya ok.over $700 to change a compressor ? and they hooked up the lines on the compressor wrong!! Comment: One start is too much for this place, I brought my truck here because it has excessive blow by & very low oil pressure that is shooting engine off, they replaced EGR valve & EGR cooler,and made me paid $5000,this was supposed to solve problems for sure, then I picked up truck but truck is still having same problem, in conclusion: they didnt do an enough inspection to find the real problem & now they say that what is causing very low oil pressure is metal in oil from damaged cam after I spend $5000 for nothing and that engine needs overhaul this is what they had to inform before I spend $5000, theyre professionals but in how to take money out of costumers, What a shame

Comment: My truck dropped a valve in cylinder 6, broke the piston, transfered metal to cylinder 5, and broke the head. I had these guys just do a basic in frame on my engine. It was just pistons liners bearings head and 1 turbo. The service was awesome the work that was done was fantastic my truck has never ran this good sense Ive owned it and I thought that $18000 was more than fair.

Ill sum it up by saying if my truck were to break down in their driveway Id have it towed somewhere else. Ive tried two other rush dealerships.... Never again.👎👎👎👎👎

Comment: LOOK AT ALL THESE BAD REVIEWS AND RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ASAP!! DO NOT BRING YOUR TRUCK TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANNA BE LIED TO AND RIPPED OFF. My truck was towed here late Tuesday evening and was told it would not be looked at until the next day around noon because they where super busy. I called early morning the next day and asked them to NOT touch the truck because I would be taking it to another mechanic (Im from out of town so I researched the place and saw the horrible reviews!), they agreed. Once I showed up, they handed me a bill for $322 claiming they had taken a look at it AFTER I called and told them NOT to!!! They charged me 2 hrs of labor but did absolutely nothing!!!! I gave this place one star because it wouldnt let me give anything less.!!

Comment: This place is so disorganized is comical.... I can write a detailed review but at the end of the day here is what is going to happen:-They will not communicate with you-It will take forever to get your truck back-In my case someone scratched my truck (brand new truck)-Everytime you call for an update on the truck they will have no idea what theyre talking about or what is really going on with your truckStay away if you can.... we were towed there for warranty, had no choice

Comment: I dropped my truck off for service on three items. They fixed 2 out of three, however they charged me 76 bucks for not repairing what should have been an easy it!They are slow and methodical about their repairs, but what should have been a 36 hour repair turned into 17 days!
