Comment: Be wary of shady dealer practices. I attempted to purchase a car from this dealership. Agreed to the price of the vehicle with my sales person and the manager of the dealership brought other another customer that was interested with the hope of beginning a bidding war for the the vehicle.After we had already agreed to the price this other customer offered to pay 4k over sticker and the manager refused to honor the deal we had already agreed to. I’d highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs.

Comment: When something goes wrong with your car its a stressful event... but thanks to Ash Looper and the Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar team, my visit to their service department was a pleasure from start to finish.To begin with, I was invited inside first thing in the morning, before the service department was even open; no wait at all. Ash listened patiently as I explained everything that happened with my F-Type that morning, and he took the time to get me set up with a rental car immediately. By the time we finished the paperwork, an Uber ride was already on its way to pick me up; this was on a Friday morning- I expected to need the day off, and instead I made it in before the businessa day got started.Last but not least, Ashkept me posted on my cars status from start to finish, and the job was completed in less than half the time I expected.This business provides top quality and professional service. Comment: I bought a used BMW a few months ago. They were not upfront with issues the car had such as the break pads being extremely warn. They told us that buying from them was the same as buying from BMW which was not true. Buying a used vehicle from them voids my entire service warranty. My gas tank did not open and I had to get that repaired as well. After the paperwork was signed, my family member went to pick up the car the next day where they only gave him one key and told him they only had one hey to give. I now have to spend another $400 buying a spare.

Comment: I think Rusnak has some problems with detail. I would bring my car in 3x to fix a problem with it not charging if you locked the car. Had to take videos to prove, I would always get my car back not fixed and not cleaned. Finally I found Eden she was so helpful and understanding of my problem and fixed it as well as a problem with the windshield. Eden does her job over the top. After admiring the the vehicle Dominic - Sales Consultant approached us to see if we needed any help. First off, Pasadena Rusnak dealer did practice covid safety and everyone were wearing masks. From start to finish everyone was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. The overall experience was extremely welcomed and later drove off with the Jaguar F-Space. I was scheduled for a late morning appointment and needed my car back within a few hours as I had errands to run. It would have been impossible because my car had a long list of stuff to complete. She was able to move my appointment to an earlier time in the morning and complete all of my car’s repair tasks by the time I needed the car back. I also had a few additional requests that she took care of me with the most sweetest of attitudes. She also followed up with me regularly throughout the day even when she was at her lunch break to make sure I will be getting my car back on time. Sandra is what every person in the customer service industry should be like.

Comment: I have a new Jaguar XF (less than a year old) and a service required light has been illuminated. Contacted Pasadena Jaguar to schedule a service. The day before the appointment the coolant light also comes on, which is perfect timing since I have the service appointment. At the appointment was told that since the mileage is under 16,000 (it was just past 10,000) they dont need to do any service to the vehicle but will add coolant since that came on. The service required message still shows up every time I start the car and I am told that I should wait until the service is completed.Service manager Eden Esparza has been unhelpful in resolving this matter in a manner that would befit the Jaguar brand. As a luxury vehicle I expect more out of its performance and personnel - including gadgets that properly announce maintenance or service when said components scream for them. Ive never had this situation happen with BMW or Mercedes service.So, lets get some service scheduled. Because it seems wild that anyone should have this message showing up for another 6-8 months in a car that is at most 7 months old. I called at 1pm today (4/28) and was told I could expect a reply since they were behind - that did not happen.---Called back April 30 2020 at 9:38am and finally connected with the service department. After a few minutes rehashing the above facts - service should occur this afternoon between 1pm-5pm when someone will take my car in. It seems that the appointment window is rather tentative (like an ISP company) - so Ill update once complete.Apparently the computer can be reset and Ill just need to remember to get my car serviced in Sept or 16K since the car now wont tell me. Im going on a limb but its still the dealers responsibility to contact me at a year for service so I dont see the issue. Service rep I spoke to was Eden - and very not impressed with her interpersonal customer service skills.

With my problem fixed Rusnak contacted me as promised and I was able to pick-up my car that same day. My problem with my car...it need to have its water pump replaced, which ran my radiator fan run at full speed during normal engine running temperature. So my repair could have been easy to have done in a day...so I may have been fortunate.I would highly recommend dealership for your repairs on our Jaguar. Comment: Last week, I located a specific model of the Jaguar F-Pace (2017 First Edition) at Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar. This is an uncommon edition as there were a limited number produced and only in that specific first year of the vehicle.I first spoke with the General Manager of Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar who passed me off to the Internet Manager (Abraham Kolandjian). After a couple conversations by phone and text, I agreed to meet with Abraham at 2:00pm on Thursday, July 11th to come purchase the vehicle with financing already approved by my bank. So I proceeded to drive up to Pasadena that day.This isn’t a Ford or Kia dealer. This was a 3 year old, special edition vehicle, being sold for close to $50,000.00 that I was willing to purchase outright and directly from a Jaguar dealership. I knew what I wanted and even offered to buy the car sight unseen from Abraham because it was a CPO and I trust the inspection process and warranty, but he insisted that I come see the vehicle before purchasing, so we made the appointment.About two hours into my drive, Abraham calls me to tell me that the car has been sold and the clients are in the financing department as we were speaking. This is about an hour before our scheduled appointment. He didn’t apologize or show any remorse for selling the car he pulled out of a storage lot for me to purchase. This specific, rare edition I was looking for. Yet he blindly stated ‘Oh, it’s no problem, I have 6 other F-Paces on the lot.’ Unbelievable!The reason provided to me was that a customer came to the lot that day to look around and Abraham had ‘taken the car out early in the morning’ for our visit. The other customer then randomly saw the car, that he or she would not have seen if the car had been reserved for our appointment properly, and the car was being sold as we were speaking. An hour before our appointment.Obviously upset and two hours into a drive to purchase a specific, CPO model edition that is not available anywhere else in a 500 mile radius, I called to speak to the General Manager again to discuss this matter. His new (and completely different) version of the story was that someone found the vehicle online, scheduled an appointment to buy it, and just beat me to purchasing it. He told this completely different story while telling me in the same conversation both that this rarely happens and was tough luck but also that this happens all the time. Basically, just too bad for me and there’s nothing he can do about it while talking out of both sides of his mouth.The General Manager stated ‘There’s nothing I can do, California law says I can’t turn a customer away,’ without citing this law. Not only is there no law I can find like this, I’ve actually been on the other end of this situation myself when an honest Mercedes-Benz General Manager told me I couldn’t purchase a specific new C-Class edition until it had been shown to a woman who had scheduled an appointment for it that day already because it was on hold and they honor their commitments. So I waited until that evening and she didn’t buy the car.. so I did and I’ve driven it since that day. That’s how this is supposed to work. That’s how customer service at a high-end automotive company works. They honor their commitments to clients. Rusnak/Pasadena Jaguar simply does not.I also don’t know what story created here would be worse.. that a random customer was allowed to purchase a vehicle that was set aside for me on a specific appointment time, or that another customer scheduled an appointment for the vehicle prior to mine and I was not notified until driving two hours through traffic. That’s either willful ignorance or a complete lack of integrity. Neither is acceptable.If you need a vehicle, don’t give your business to any Rusnak dealership. This is obviously an accepted practice by ownership and management.There are plenty of other options who will treat you and your time with respect. Use those options instead of Rusnak

The sale person Eduardo took us to a fun test drive and during the whole transaction he was very helpful and friendly. He explained everything to make us feel comfortable. Rusnak made valid arguments to Jaguar USA about why they should honor their CPO commitment. Unfortunately they only honored it partially.Raffe also gave me advise on how to care for my car and what benefits I receive having bought a CPO vehicle. First thing that happened was they did not have enough vehicles on the facility( what a dealership) .I said i would like to still see what they have but the salesperson insisted on showing me vehicles on computer screen(i could have done that online).I kept my patience and somehow tried to deal with them and then came a manager who just looked like he had done enough sales for the month(i went on 31st august) .Anywho, I told them about the trim level and pricing i was offered at Galpin Jaguar and how they offered me rebates with the lease so he just ridiculed me saying there are never rebates or discounts on the lease and when i asked him if extending the lease term could lower my monthly payment he told me no actually the longer i stretch my lease higher the payment would go ( which is a lie because i checked with a friend of mine who has been a car sales person and now a finance manager and he said that is incorrect). I was very close to agreeing on the payment but when i told him that how can i commit this deal when i have not even seen the vehicle..... he got annoyed and said well i am not going to write a check of $50k to another dealership to get a car for you without a commitment. Why the hell do you have a dealership when you dont even have a car to sell. Overall it went south from the point when that obnoxious manager walked in who was probably just trying to impress this new trainee salesperson Brandon who was very nice by the way but had no idea what they had available or probably was not even allowed to show vehicles to the customers and i agree with many other reviews here that if you are looking to buy a Jaguar there are much better options available such a Galpin where you are treated with respect and when you have concerns about deal or the vehicle they atleast give a good rebuttal and unlike these people they dont make it personal and are not egoistic. I am definitely going back to Galpin and get my F Pace.

After explaining what I was looking for, Jora’s professionalism kicked into high gear and the best car sales experience began. Jora was polite, knowledgeable and accommodating (even to the point of picking me up during lunch to test drive cars). My final decision came down to the XF or XE; still undecided Jora again took me on a few more test drives to ensure I was 100% satisfied with my decision. Comment: Ive read some reviews of Jaguar dealerships where people felt the staff was aloof. That was not my experience at Rusnak in Pasadena. I found both Hiro, my sales advisor, and his manager to be smart (not smarmy), warm and wanting to go the extra mile to make me happy.There was a last minute glitch and the car that I had negotiated on was no longer available. Hiro was able to find another car that met my needs and he drove it to my house so I could see if I liked it. Wow. Ive driven BMWs, Mercedes and Audis but thats the best service Ive ever had.If youre looking at Jaguars, go see Hiro at Rusnak. Hell take good care of you.

Comment: 90% of my visit was great but I wasnt ready to commit as I wanted to try other brands/cars. I wanted to shop around and not sign the lease so the sales guy I was working with ended up bringing in someone else (probably his manager) and first thing he says is what are we doing wrong? What else are you looking for? with a rude attitude and starts to grill me. It was very uncomfortable and left a very bad taste in my mouth. He probably assumed I didnt have the money to afford the car. Well whatever, Ill get the jag somewhere else.

After I bought the car I went in a week later with a hand full of questions, and he took a lot of time to assist me in getting everything answered. So even after the sale they work to keep customer happy. The Jaguar line right now is very strong, and the XE 25T series was the car that I chose after looking at many similar cars from different brands.

Igor Babnic was our contact salesperson and he followed up with us very nicely. He listened to all the requirements I was having with respect to the car, color, features, etc and was very understanding, patient. The paperwork at the dealership was very simple and very fast. When I told her what the issue was with my Jaguar, she put me on a seven minute hold, and then came back to tell me that she doesnt think it could be fixed at the dealership. She then told me that the next available appointment was not for days out, but 15 days out. Waste of my time

Comment: Would you ever drive 70 miles away from home just to pickup a new car? Yes- thats what I did yesterday. I arrived at 9:00PM closing time and Todd K., the manager there, greeted with with a big heart and open arms. Call it a sales tactic if you will, and there are times when such a personality would scare me. Anyway- I went with it. We discussed our deal over the phone and I followed his instructions on pre-qualifying for my new F-type.Todd promised and delivered. He did more than a manager should quite frankly. The numbers were actually less since taxes in my area were slightly more merciful. He had his wing-man Igor show me gizmos to my new kitty but mostly Todd was on the greater half of the contribution. All in all - the transaction went smoothly as I had hoped and prayed for.Funny story- theres a delightful princess who assisted the financial work for our car. She couldnt get the printer to work (all is forgiven since shes a newcomer) and almost forgot to charge me for my drive offs (the entire amount). But Todd came in and saved Joanna, our damsel in distress like a boss in shining armor, fixing our printer problem- and I before leaving, mentioned to pay for the drive off fees since I could tell Todd was a straight shooter and I would like to return the favor as such.

Comment: I would give them 5 Stars if they gave you an equivalent car to drive as a loaner while the work was being done. I own two luxury cars but needed a loaner to drive to work because one person cant simultaneously drive two cars. They use Enterprise on site. I was actually asked to drive a Chrysler Sebring? Some Ford car and a Toyota Camry. I reluctantly chose the Camry. But if youre driving a $60k or $70k...the loaner should be of equal value. That is my only complaint. If it happens again Ill take my Jaguar and my business to another luxury dealership.

They helped us choose the right car upon test-driving several models and to my surprise, it was obvious that our satisfaction was their priority. I recently purchased a private party used 2003 S-Type (literally broke the bank with the purchase), so having to service any part of the vehicle would be a challenge. Of course, there are issues that require servicing; one of which was the Key Fob not functioning and needing to be reprogrammed.I called the service department for 4 dealerships with Rusnak being my last call. 3 of the 4 service departments quoted me prices that made the repairs impossible and financially out of reach.Speaking with Eden was easy, the price she quoted was reasonable and worth the 33(+) miles I had to drive each way to have this service done. Michael handled processing me when I arrived and was very helpful and professional. Eden completed the transaction / closeout.I know that most people only comment / complain when something goes wrong; I just wanted to be one of the customers to thank you for an excellent service experience.Thank you, and please keep up the good work servicing your customers. My recent routine service experience was no different. During a simple oil change, their inspection was so thorough that they discovered a serious problem with my suspension, which was fixed within two days, ensuring the continued smooth Jaguar ride that Ive come to expect and enjoy all these years! My service advisor of 10 years, Eden Esparza, has always been amazing, as has her boss, Service Manager Tony Lopez (formerly my service technician; employees stay there a long time!) The whole team is great. Im happy to wholeheartedly recommend them!
