To be sure we wanna to have someone look at the roof .rv ambulance came out same day had a look gave me a fair estimate and fixed the roof and resealt it today .Super Service, on time, friendly, good work ethic and the sweetest dog .I would not call anyone else anymore if its something they can fix. Comment: My trailer heater had a bad Mud dauber wasp nest in the exhaust and heat chamber. Had the tell,tell sooty exhaust thing going on. Heater ended up needing to be pulled and dismantled for cleaning. Matt took my call at 9:15AM on a weekday and said he could be at my location @ 11:30. Matt arrived right on time and assured me I would have heat that night. He found remnants of the wasp nest through the heater and combustion chamber as well as a burnt wire on the furnace igniter. Went to test and found we had also lost the control board :( No worries Matt had all the parts for the complete repair. I was back up and running in a little over an hour. That night the heater was back working like new and we are warm :) a big thanks to Matt and his shop dog Lucy for getting us back up and running. I highly recommend if your in need of a qualified service tech with a fully stocked truck that you give Matt a call - Thanks Again Happy Holidays

Comment: We are traveling through California & called RV Ambulance as our big slide which is hydraulic wouldnt go out when we parked at Sugar Barge RV Resort in Bethel Island.Matt wasnt able to come out for about a week but he started asking my husband questions about our Coach and the hydraulic system. Matt seemed very knowledgeable about the hydraulic system, They ended the phone call with Matt asking my husband to send him pictures of our fuse box below the drivers seat on the outside,We sent several pictures to Matt and he texted us back right away, He asked if the drivers seat was pulled all the way forward? I said no, do you want me to move it forward? Matt replies, yes please. So I moved the drivers all the forward, then tried the switch that controls the large slide on the drivers side and it began working moving the slide out! We were shocked! He saved us a service call $$!! The earliest we would have been to have someone come out was Monday or Tuesday. Matt was a lifesaver!! He is very knowledgeable!! We would recommend him to anyone needing service, if hes not sure how to fix it he will Google it or look your RV up on line so he makes sure he is doing it correctly so he can get your problem fixed ASAP. Thank you Matt!!Your help & knowledge was greatly appreciated by my husband & I.

Comment: I called for help with relay fault on my inverter and a fridge full of food. He explained he was booked up for the week but patiently walked me through identifying the model and troubleshooting my problem. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend this company. I live full time in my RV and have many mobile repair places accept the job just to collect a fee without a care of solving my issues.

Comment: I cannot recommend these guys enough. We are buying a used 1990s RV and live a few hours away so I found the closest mobile RV repair place on Google and was happy to see they had great reviews. Let me tell you it is well deserved! I first spoke to Matt on the phone who was super helpful and set me up with an appointment for Kyle to come and check the RV out at the seller’s place. I spoke with Kyle after he saw the RV and he went over everything he found, even down to a missing light cover that was going to be difficult to find, but he took it upon himself to find a suitable replacement online and shared it with me. I spoke with him about the work that needed to be done and he was honest with me that I could do it all myself and told me what to buy to do it! His inspection gave me the confidence I needed to invest in this beautiful 25 year old RV. I live a few hours away but I will definitely consider bringing our new to us rig to their area if it needs anything fixed in the future.

Comment: Hello, Let me start by saying 5 stars for this business! I called to look for someone to repair my Atwood furnace on my trailer. Believe it or not I called the phone number and someone actually picked up the phone!! I explained my issue to Matt and he said no problem and he could set me up an appointment.. Kyle his partner came out and diagnosed the problem with ease no problem. He even showed me where to buy the part and install it myself to save some money. It was very easy to install and had it up and running in 30 minutes when the part arrived.. Nice heat blowing again.. So if you need your RV repaired dont hesitate to hire RV ambulance you will be glad you did!! Definitely would hire them again! Thanks RV Ambulance!!

Comment: So this is the second time I have used RV ambulance mobile RV repair. I have been so impressed by the professionalism and knowledge they have as a company. Kyle has done many things with my RV. For instance, he fixed my refrigerator door, fixed a broken light outside my RV, repaired LED lighting, fixed different facia inside the RV through normal wear and tear. He helped rewire an electrical outlet, among many other things. If I had any question about anything he was more than happy to answer it. Rarely do you find businesses that have amazing customer service anymore. Their customer service is top notch and I would recommend them to anyone and I will definitely use them again.

Comment: I have had Matt do several things to my RV. He had the tankless job of replacing my water heater with an on-demand heater, he resealed my roof (after a monsoon in Albuquerque showed me how much it leaks), serviced my generator, and installed a cell-phone booster inside. He also took my aftermarket stabilizers and attached them to the frame for no charge because “it’ll only take a minute and those make me crazy like that.” I highly recommend RV AMBULANCE, and will continue to use them.

Comment: June 2022If I get sick, I will call 911 for an Ambulance. If my RV needs helpI will call RV Ambulance!!! They solved a very bad problem with massive leakage from the hot water heater. I called various companies for help (including the one that sold me my RV}. None returned my call except for RV Ambulance!Three months before a different Mobile RV Repair came and stopped leaks. Then it started again but they did not care to return my call because their phone message said they moving to another state. I was lucky to find RV Ambulance!!!

Comment: I was beyond impressed with the service and overall experience… I had a hot water heater go out and some other issues on my fifth wheel(sadly camping world in Katy Texas went through the trailer allegedly before I left and charged me $3000 to do a complete service and going over a lot of stuff was not in order this being one of them.. And I was not being cheap I would in there with an open checkbook since I just purchased the trailer and I needed an inspection and repair of anything before traveling to California with it along with notifying the prior owner so we could work out any issues) they were out there the next day had the parts over the weekend and I was back up and running in no time at all will definitely use again and recommend them to anyone

Matt is friendly and communicative. My in laws retailer air conditioning had broke, in this heat we are having it was hard to deal with. He came out and fixed it, cleaned both units. I have a mobile grooming van that no one wants to work on, no one services and it has been unbearable lately with the weather being over 100 degrees, inside my can gets 30 degrees hotter easily...Not having AC has been such a struggle not only for me and my business but the pets I need to groom.I was beyond excited and I am so relieved that with a little cleaning maintenance (that Kyle showed me I can do myself) I have AC!!!! Its been stressful to say the least. I cannot thank you enough!!! Im so excited and will not call or refer anyone anywhere else! Comment: WOW! Fantastic Support!!! THANK YOU, MATT!!! My story - I left my RV at a local RV Shop in Lodi, Ca for typical maintenance-RV generator plug/oil; new coach batteries; safety check, appliances, etc. plus a bubble on the side. Dropped it off in Oct 2023. Tried for MONTHS to get a call back to find out what was going on. This WED, I took a day off from work just to make it out there. My RV was RUINED!!! They had left it Outside for MONTHS in all of the brutal storms. They had walked on the roof several times which caused EXTENSIVE roof leaking into the interior at ALL seems in the back half of the coach. My beloved RV was now full of mold, rotten wood, stained ceiling, etc. I was DEVASTATED as I planned to retire soon and travel. MATT from RV Ambulance was SO KIND and HELPFUL. He understood how much my 22 ITASCA Winnebago with the V-10 Triton motor means to us. Although he does not do that type of body work, he gave me HOPE that my rig could be salvaged (but never the same :( and gave me contact info for other legitimate, RV body repair guys in our area. Who spends that much time on the phone with a stranger, helping them because its the right thing to do and not getting paid? MATT at RV Abulance does!!! I will use him for all my RV work going forward!!!
