If you looking for an RV, A&S RV Center and particularly Keith Riege Is you guy! We started out not having a very good understanding of what we wanted and Keith listened to our needs and was was very knowledgeable! Highly recommend Keith!
TEN STARS. Customer Service at its VERY finest!! Early summer 2020, my husband and I decided to purchase our first travel trailer. We wanted a Riverside RV Retro 135 and were pretty specific about colors and options. I spent Saturday morning calling dealerships from Michigan to Texas to California looking for information (we live in Colorado). About an hour later I received a call from Dave Steighner at A & S RV Center. Liked him immediately, he was almost as psyched as we were. Side note: did not receive another return call from any other dealership for over a week.Turns out A & S RV Center had just ordered a few Retro 135s and if we were willing to wait a few weeks we could customize it in any way we like; incredible! We put in a down payment that day and Dave kept us informed every step of the way. Our thinking was, yes, it is an 18 hour drive each way to pick it up...but we will be able to use it along the way home (took 4 days to keep drive times low) and by the time we get back we will know our camper inside and out.We tent camped on our way there and the experience at A & S RV Center was equally as wonderful as each communication with Dave was. Right away it was obvious that every person we worked with enjoyed their job, which makes evident what a well run business it is. Great stories and advice, you just cant fake that much enthusiasm; not possible.Dave made us a lovely basket of local Michigan goodies for the ride home, including tomatoes from his home garden. We love our camper so much and have used it almost every weekend since we got it home on Labor Day (please tell Alex that I promise we are winterizing properly!) We will have this camper for a while, but when we are ready for our next one, we will be headed Daves way because we feel strongly that voting with our dollars is important.Dave, youre family! Thank you to everyone at A & S RV Center, we look forward to working with you again because customer service like that makes a 2,500 mile road trip worth every mile!
We purchased our 2019 Montana 3130RE from A & S in August. We knew which model we wanted in advance, and they had the best price by far online, and they gave us a fair trade in price on our used Montana. We picked it up on a Monday, loaded it up and took off on a 12-day trip on Wednesday! Unfortunately, we encountered several warranty issues on the trip. After our trip we took it back in to them. All problems were fixed...which unfortunately included replacing a defective refrigerator. This was, of course, an expensive issue. The A & S team pushed both Keystone and the fridge manufacturer to decide in a timely manner who was responsible. They had the new fridge shipped in and installed within a week. We just returned from another camping trip in the UP, and our Montana is now perfect. From the sales team to the service department we felt we were treated fairly and honestly from start to finish. We enjoyed buying our RV from them, but more importantly they were great to work with when we had problems with it. I would recommend A & S RV Center to anyone in the market for a new or used RV. Overall it was a great experience! Love our new travel trailer and Dave S was fantastic to work with. My only complaint was the lack of communication from the financing department as to when I could pick up the trailer. I had to call them multiple times to get an answer, some of that was out of their control. However, I would do business with A&S RV center again and recommend them to my friends and family.
The entire team at A&S Rv Center is phenomenal. They made the entire process from start to finish buying a new rv during a really stressful time, and from across the country so easy and as minimal stress as possible. Dave was the absolutely best to work with - knowledgeable, respectful, positive and just an absolutely rock star. We felt like we were working with family. Absolutely would consider them for any and all RV needs now and in the future. Just truly cannot say enough about how great this team is. Everyone at this store is so helpful and patient. They are knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Taught us a great deal of info before and after we bought our RV from them. Dave, Greg, Bill and Alex were great. Professional in every way. Alex gave us a two hour training class on all of the specs, functions of our new RV and how to properly hook it up and trailer it. I recently purchased my first toy hauler travel trailer from A&S. Greg was a great help leading this newbie thru the process. The overall experience and service have been great. I look forward to growing our of this trailer and heading back to A&S for my next one.
I cant speak highly enough about A & S RV Center! Over the past 40 years I have worked with a few different RV dealers. I am very happy I found A & S. My salesman Dave was very knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. Rick did a great job of making sure we knew how to work things at the delivery. We did have one small problem when we got the trailer home, but Rick in service got right on top of it and took care of the problem. They kept me informed as things went along. I do see my future campers coming from A & S. Thanks to the whole team!
Walking in we were given a friendly greeting and introduced to our salesperson,Tacey. Tacey took the time to show us around to the campers that fit our budget, needs and most importantly - towing capacity. She was very friendly and helped us pick out the best one for our family. During delivery, we had a throughout orientation with Rick. He answered all of our questions and took the time to show us our new camper. If you’re in the market for an RV, I definitely recommend going to A&S RV Center.
Absolutely, hands down the easiest and best experience we’ve had buying anything! Dave S. In sales was amazing and made us feel like family. Bill in the finance office was super friendly and offered up great advice and suggestions. Ive purchased 2 trailers at A&S in Auburn Hills and had great experiences. Bought both from Tacey Wiber; shes super nice, doesnt try to exert a lot of pressure, and did whatever she could to answer our questions or address concerns. Weve also had all of our service done there and have had really good experiences.
We bought out first camper from A&S in Auburn Hills we absolutely loved working with them on finding our dream camper. Our sales person was Keith and he did an amazing job! He listened to what we wanted and worked with us on getting our camper before the 4th of July even though they were SO busy. We would recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable dealer! They are the best!
My husband and I recently purchased a new travel trailer and our experience was wonderful. We brought our two children with us and worked with Troy. He was patient and tried to entertain our kids so we could check out each camper diligently. We appreciated it greatly. We made our choice that day and started paperwork to purchase the TT. About two weeks later we received a call that the TT was ready to be picked up. We loved the camper orientation that Alex provided. He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough. We are so excited for the camping season to begin!
We had a great experience with A&S RV. I emailed an inquiry regarding a trailer and heard back quickly from the salesman, Dave, who had us come out the sam day to look. He met us outside right away and was very helpful as we looked at a few units. When we picked up our RV, we enjoyed a very thorough walk-through with Alex, who helped explain some new things to us (stepping up from a pop-up). The closing went fast and smooth, and they were great showing us the new hitch. When we got home and I went to wipe down cabinets and counters, my wipes weren’t dirty at all because they had cleaned it so well! Highly recommend A&S RV Center.

Honestly I cannot stand this process as they generally involved pushy salespeople and less than honest finance managers.HOWEVER, this was literally the smoothest process of trading in and buying an RV with the best and most accommodating staff I have ever experienced. If Disney owned an RV dealership this is how it would be.Kudos to you and your staff!
Dave was a great guy to work with! Even stayed after closing to help me get paperwork together and allow me to make sure I was comfortable with my choice. He was friendly and helpful as was everyone else I spoke with while I was there. Would definitely recommend A&S and Dave!
What a great experience! Dave was our salesman and he took great care of us. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly and knowledgeable. We bought a used Rockwood Roo and we couldnt be happier. They made our trade in process simple. The tour and inspection of our new camper was second to none. I would highly recommend A & S for anything RV related.
Sales experience was great but that’s where it ends. Purchased our trailer in August and it had several damaged or missing parts. The service department might as well not even have an email address because never once did they respond and the business manager always had to follow up (unfortunately never a response there either other than I’ll talk to service manager and someone will call...never happened). Finally in November I got a call back minutes after leaving a negative review. I removed that review because it sounded like they were going to make things right. Well....here we are months later and we have no window valances. We were missing one upon delivery and then never received them because they were discontinued and had to order entire new set. I was told they’d be delivered in December. Now camping season is upon us again and still no resolution. But no worries, the service dept has been diligently following up with the manufacturer but unfortunately there’s no update. I would not leave the lot with anything less than perfection if you choose to do business here.
Awesome experience and staff! Easy to deal with, walk you through everything, and make sure you have everything you need before you leave! Dave was my sales person and kept me informed through the whole process, answering any text or call anytime I had a question. The transparency was great... No surprises! Even after I had purchased the unit he kept in contact to make sure everything was going well! Great guy! Bill the manager was also great to deal with and made the process smooth and painless. I found A&S RV Center by chance online and I am glad I did. It has been an absolute wonder experience. From the very first phone call to the final purchase it has been a fantastic experience. Keith our salesman is a very nice man. He was very helpful in helping us with our travel trailer we purchased. Last fall after several years of casual looking, my wife and I had narrowed our travel trailer search to one of the Lance trailer models. We were ready to buy, but were frustrated because none of the dealers in several nearby states had this model on their lots. I called A and S RV Center and was connected to Tacey in sales. She was so positive! She assured us we could order the Lance just the way we wanted, at a price I felt was fair. I called her back several times to add optional equipment and she was always knowledgeable and helpful.Covid-19 delayed production of our unit a bit, but it was ready at the dealership in January. I also had a positive experience with the pre-delivery inspection and instructions at the dealership with Alex. He was very patient and helped me go through the trailer in great detail.Currently our trailer is in storage awaiting spring to begin our first camping season. I really appreciate Taceys low pressure approach and her helpfulness during this process. Buying a Lance travel trailer from A and S RV Center was a truly happy experience in an otherwise dreary pandemic winter.
100% SATISFIED!This was the first big purchase my husband and I made together and it went so perfectly! During the shopping process, Alex G took us through all of the units we wanted to see and explained each and every feature. When we stumbled across the unit we were sold on, he got the ball rolling for us immediately and professionally. Within a week we had a set date to pick up our camper.We went yesterday to pick it up finalize everything... and for being a 2014 it sparkled like a 2020! EVERYTHING WORKS PERFECTLY. Meeting Dave Steighner at the RV show in our town was the beginning of our fortunate reward for what has been a dream for us. He made it easy and finally real for us to take the plunge. My wife and I were recently shopping for a new travel trailer and went to A&S RV Center. We were greeted immediately and were put in touch with Keith Riege. He spent time with us to understand what we were looking for and offered up the models that he felt would meet our needs. He took us out to the lot to look at all the choices and was able to answer virtually any question we had. Very knowledgeable and engaging person. After our visit he sent a follow up email with answers to a couple of specific questions we had. Although we ended up purchasing from a different dealer (because they happened to have the make and model with the features we were looking for......the Rockwood offering was a close second), based on our experience at A&S and with Keith, we would have much preferred to buy from A&S.I would highly recommend A&S (and particularly Keith) to anyone looking for a new RV.Also, I do shop in their parts dept. and find their staff knowledgeable and their pricing competitive.Thanks A&S and Keith for an excellent shopping experience.
*UPDATED* Im changing my review to a 4 star. My amazing sales man Troy helped me. First he found us the camper that we searched for months for. Then he delivered on getting it to us weeks before he thought he would be able to. Now, he helped us pick it up on the day we planned and called for 10days to get it. Although Im still a little frustrated that it had to come to me giving a bad review, I really appreciate the accommodation provided by Mike and Troy. I also appreciate that Don tried to help and provided his extension and said he would be a point of contact. Thank you!*Original Review*I would have given A&S RV center 5 stars however they dont care about their clients after they make a purchase. Up until I signed my papers things were good. When signing the paperwork of my new 2021 camper I was told I would have to pick up my camper no later than the week of the 22nd. My fiance and I scheduled time off with our work 2 weeks out as this is what is required. Ive been calling leaving voicemails to pick it up since the 15th. No response. I finally sent an email and the response I got was I cannot pick it up to the 2nd of next month. Apparently the day I planned to pick it up booked up a week ago when I originally called and was ignored. If you want care dont come here. You can leave as many voicemails as you please no one will be calling you back even if youre promised a call back.
We drove an hour and a half away to look at a travel trailer, we didnt really know what we were getting ourselves into being first time buyers and going to a small family business instead of a well known dealership. We had Greg as our salesman and he was absolutely phenomenal!! Great customer service, offered us drinks multiple times, very easy to communicate with and made our first buying experience just great! He let me apply the sold sticker and even took a picture of us next to it! I would highly recommend not only because of a great experience but buying from a small business goes so much further and means so much more to these people than those other big companies where you are just another number. Greg Jones and the staff at A&S were outstanding. We talked with a number of dealers and sales persons at numerous shows and Greg really stood out. The low pressure approach, willingness to spend time showing us different makes, models, and features and ultimately the willingness to help us make an informed decision on our next travel trailer was above and beyond anything we had encountered at other dealers. Our last trailer made it a dozen years, I expect to be talking to A&S for many years to come helping us maintain not only our trailer, but the friendly, open, and honest business relationship that came with it.
We had an excellent experience here with salesman Greg. As first time RVers, we were met with informative, patient and genuine introductions to the variety of options and a lengthy tour of the lot. Not pushy at all, and a straight forward approach to explaining costs and pros/cons of the top considerations. Pricing seemed fair. If you want an honest, small-business shopping experience, highly recommend. Went to General RV too and had an opposite feeling entirely .
Greg our sales person spent a great deal of time with us working through the type of RV we wanted to ensure we would be happy with our choice. He then spent even more time working through all the options available when we ordered the unit and provided all the information we needed. When our 5th wheel came in the financing was very easy to complete and they were able to get us a very competitive interest rate. They were very thorough on checking and cleaning our 5th wheel before delivery and did a great informational walk through.
Very rude. When we arrived, there were 4 sales people standing there, no one offered help. Finally, Keith walked over and just stood there. Did not introduce himself or ask what we were looking for. So we introduced ourselves and explained what we were looking for. He was not knowledgeable about their merchandise, After repeating himself, several times, we found out that they had 2 campers available. This is an RV showroom and only 2 available. Very strange and uncomfortable experience, do not recommend using them.
Nothing but great things to say about the RV buying experience my wife and I had. Our salesman Dave Steighner was fantastic had a great time viewing different models and learning of all of the features of each unit. Bill was very helpful with financing and assisted with getting the lowest insurance rates possible. Also, Rick was very informative during our pickup day experience. We learned a lot! Even the phone operator was extremely nice and helpful every time we called and needed assistance. The entire experience was great for our first brand new RV purchase. Thank you A & S! We are certainly going to be happy campers.
We had an awesome sales experience at A & S in Midland! We are first time RV buyers and visited a different dealership before A & S where they seemed very pushy trying to sell us on a camper over our price range. We are so thankful we didnt give in and visited A & S the following weekend. Brooke and Curt were so patient and helpful. They worked with us to get us into a camper we are excited about and the whole process was a positive experience for us.
Our experience started with camping Coach Dave our salesman. He was very detail-oriented and able to answer or get answers for all of our questions. The women at the front counter are always happy to direct you to the correct person or departments. This is the second RV we have bought from a small dealership. The folks at A & S are outstanding from start to end. Prior to arriving to look at RVs, we had described to Keith Reige our salesman, what we were looking for. It was amazing because he found the perfect travel trailer for us on the first try. It was a very exciting and pleasant experience thanks to Keith. On the day we arrived to pick it up, Kyle, one of the technicians, walked us through the details of how to work everything on the trailer and set the hitch up. We got personalized attention. Back in August of 2020 I ordered a camper from A&S and my sales rep. was Dave. We knew it would take awhile to receive it because of Covid and the estimated delivery date was January 2021. The first week of January I receiver a call from Dave stating that the camper I ordered was still not in the prosses of being built due to the supplier not being able to supply the parts. At that point and time I checked out the A&S website to see what they had and Davie and myself worked out a deal for a 2020 Forest River 31ML Vibe. Great group of people to work with.After receiving the Vibe there was a problem with the microwave so they ordered a new one. About a week later they came out to my home and replaced the old microwave with the new one. FANTASTIC service.If your looking for a new or used RV or just want to find out what its all about. this is the place to go. Big enough to know what their doing and small enough to care.Thanks Mark
I was brand new to the RV world, after a not so nice experience with the first dealer I went to, I found the unit that I was interested in at A & S RV. I first contacted them on the phone and spoke with salesman Greg Jones. Greg was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable with the whole process and stayed with me from the first contact right through my 2 trips up to the dealership, the second was taking delivery our Geo Pro camper. Being that we lived a good 3 plus hours away, I much appreciated what Greg, Bill and the whole staff did to get us in our dream camper. The young lady at the front desk handed her keys to us to go out and look through the lot at different models, as Greg was working with another customer, and another salesperson even came out to help us with the unit that I was getting, just to help out. A & S has a great inventory, well placed units with easy access in a beautiful yard and even nicer showroom. Well worth the trip and the only con for me is that they are so far from my house or I would be visiting from time to time !!!
Auburn Hills service department run poorly. Service person Rick was immediately combative when I identified myself and made inquiry of our service issue. He unprofessionally made insulting comments to me regarding my husband (from their previous communications), continuously spoke over me in a condescending manner when I was trying to explain my situation and obtain more info, commented twice about my lack of “common sense,” refused to uphold what we had been promised by their staff, then blamed us for issues. By the end of the call he was being so rude, that I must admit to making an unladylike comment and terminating the call. I am very disappointed by how I was treated by Rick in the service department, how A & S strung us along for almost a month about making repairs at their expense, then switch hit on us. Lastly, I hope Rick receives some sort of customer service training, especially in how to speak with women. This was my first interaction with this business, and it will most certainly be my last. Such an unfortunate experience that I will continue to share with others.
We live in Arizona but spend 4-5 months in Michigan in the summer. We were shopping for a new RV and decided it would be easier to pick it up in Michigan. We had purchased a motorhome previously from A & S RV Center and were very happy with the price, service, etc. so we contacted Denise (salesperson) and let her know what we wanted and she beat a price we had found online. She was pleasant, responsive, and an absolute delight to work with!! She had to work with us by sending papers, etc. via e-mail and she always got back to us with the answers we needed. We would definitely work with her again.
From moment you walk in the door greeted by warmth. Sales department no pressure , driven around on golf cart to look at all we we’re interested. Knowledge of Taisey Sales lady was spot on. Between Toyhaulers to motor home etc knowledgeably directed us to exalt RV we purchased . Financed Bill worked the numbers where we could afford the unit we purchased. Again friendly , kind and keeping us in loop with simple text.On day of picking up our Unit Rick gave us through RV orientation of Fifth wheel toy hauler. The kindness and knowledge was beyond. Could answer any questions. A&S is at my back door this our 3 rd unit over the last 35 years. There a family owned giving you a personal touch.Very much to have them close!Thank You

Just moved to the area and needed to schedule some work on our travel trailer to prep before selling. Called three times and finally reached a live person who took my name, phone# and would have someone in service dept call me. She also asked if we bought our trailer from A&S and I told her no we just moved here. Nobody bothered to call back, so I guess if you did not buy from them you do not matter. Too bad, as we are selling the travel trailer and interested in buying a RV. I always test a dealers customer service capabilities before buying a truck, car, boat etc as that is how you will be treated after you hand over the cashiers check.
My husband Bill and I had such a wonderful experience purchasing our dream RV with salesperson Tacey Wilber at A&S RV Center in Auburn Hills. Her outgoing happy personality and thorough knowledge made the buying experience very enjoyable. Bill and I felt like Tacey was part of our family. The no pressure and willingness to show us every RV we wanted to see sealed the deal. Everyone was efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend A&S to anyone looking not only for an RV but an exceptional experience!
When walking into this place being new to the RV lifestyle, I felt unwelcomed. Seems the only people who were important were customers who have purchased from them in the past and servicing that camper. I needed to replace axels on my camper and the whole time when inquiring, the parts manager or service manager girl made me feel like I was wasting her time and quoted me some off the wall price which was more than twice the price of Total Trailer in Rochester which came with mechanics who actually give a care about ALL customers vs the ones who easily write a check.I dont know about their campers and sales, but if you are looking to have your camper trailer section serviced. This isnt the place to go. It also didnt help the 2nd time I went there, they were in a loud altercation with a guy over their pricing which almost got the police involved. Buyer beware, shop the prices before agreeing to have them do the work.I forgot to add on about the girl manager, another time I was there she was more than kind to a new camper buyer, but was turned off when I watched her soak this old couple walking them through the show room recommending all these accessories. Almost overselling them and being tacky. Some of her recommendations were unnecessary. Why after buying a brand new RV would roof caulk at that moment be a concern or necessary purchase? No integrity.
Overall we had a good experience dealing with A & S RV Center. Salesman Dave Steiner helped us with the purchase of our new 2019 Rockwood Signature Ultra Light 5th wheel. We traveled from Erie, PA to Michigan to purchase our trailer. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Rick in service was very helpful and thorough in explaining all the features of our new trailer. We would highly recommend this dealership.
We are first time buyers who have been looking for 3 years, across 2 states. Dave was the most knowledgeable and easy going salesman we had met. Everyone at A&S was friendly, knowledgeable, and took really good care if us. Bill in financing even went out of his way to help me with paper work I had lost.

I purchased a used motorhome from a private party. I occasionally needed some service, and wanted to buy parts. A & S refused to do any service for me. When I asked to speak with the service manager, I was told that he would be glad to service my vehicle in December or January but not in the summertime, they are just too busy taking care of “there” customers.Now I tried to order parts to repair my AC unit myself. They have been three months trying to get one part number. I have called them six times and sent 2 emails. I never get an answer back from them until I call them again and ask what’s going on. I finally gave up and got the parts online in two days. I do understand the COVID-19 has had some effect.It seems like they are not interested in any new customers. Why would I go there for my next motor home when I have been treated like this?
Truly disappointed in their customer service. When we purchased our Montana 5th wheel from them, the sales staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. What a difference between sales and service, seems once they have your money not so interested or as helpful. I will be seeking a different dealer for any service or parts I may need in the future. Save yourself the headache and purchase from somewhere elseI fully understand my warranty period has ended, my review was not based on the fact the manufacturer would not pay for a new part. It was based solely on the service I receive in your store.
Arrived home yesterday after purchasing our Lance 1685 trailer from A&S RV Center. The entire buying experience was fantastic. Tacey Wiber was wonderful to deal with. We live in Missouri so buying a used (2019) unit 12 hours away was a new experience for us. Tacey was patient and answered all our questions and explained the unit in detail. Upon arriving we were thrilled to see our trailer. It was like new and exceeded our expectations!! Thank you Tacey. I also want to thank Rick Grunenwald for the thorough orientation. Rick took the time to show us how all the features on our trailer worked. And finally, thanks to Bill Liebler for taking care of the licensing and title transfer paperwork associated with the purchase. Great buying experience!!
My husband and I purchased a 2020 GeoPro 19FBS. We ordered it to our specifications and it arrived 6 weeks later as promised.Everyone we dealt with was fantastic.Walking in, we were greeted by the receptionist right away.Then we met Dave!!!Go see Supercoach Dave...our salesperson. He is AWESOME! Great personality..knowledgeable...and kept us informed every step of the way. Also I cant help but mention he is a go getter (inside joke) and hysterical!Bill, the manager, explained all paperwork as we signed and was very professional.Next was the service dept. Ohhh I wish I could remember his name..Rick? He was wonderful. He spent over an hour with us, answering all our questions and explaining everything so we could understand.Then we met Kyle. He found the right hitch and sways bars..having my husband demonstrate back to ensure we would be safe. My husband said he did it in such a way so my husband would not feel stupid. He really cared.Lastly, we met Matt in parts...no pressure, very friendly, and explained everything we needed for our travels.The weekend after we got our camper...we were off on our first adventure. The RV was great, but I put too much load on the AC current and we couldnt figure out how to reset the plugs after trying everything.We called. They took us in immediately and found out the inverter which is for the solar had tripped as well...hidden behind a panel. They fixed it in 1 day...showed my husband where it was for future...no charge and back on the road the next weekend for more camping!Thank you so much to Dave and everyone at A & S RV Center for making our dreams come true!💝💝💝Update to first review: I always think its important to see updates as things will inevitably come up after the initial purchase...As with any new camper there are bound to be a few issues...We could not get the water pump working plus a few minor things. We have had the camper since April and it is now August. When we took a short break from camping we took it in for service and they fixed the water pump and other things perfectly. Great service. Sitting in my Geo Pro right now in Cheboygan writing this review and couldnt be happier! We love it..and all the people at A&S...thank you!
The entire buying process was terrible. After telling us one thing... but only to get a call that its all changing. They are not willing to move on the price. We purchased a used unit a couple of months ago. The unit has sat in the driveway with the cover they told me to get. Today I found 2 soft spots in the floor, even though we had to pay $695 for an inspection, that was mandatory. Very un professional, treated us like garbage, because we werent there to buy a $30,000 unit. They set my new trailer hitch all wrong. The weight bars were set way to tight. The entire process was not good.UPDATE:The day after I posted this, one of the owners called me. I explained what the problems were, he asked for me to bring it back. Long story short... they shored the floors up in the bad sections. They made it very clear what they were doing to remedy the situation. I know it wasnt fixing the problem, but it was stuff I was going to have to do it. I just picked the camper back up today, and am pleased with the work done. Plus they replaced the old broken trailer tongue Jack at no cost. I am very appreciative of the owner and his service team.
My wife and I sold our motorhome and stopped in at A & S ( Midland, MI ) to look for the camper we had found a floor plan that we liked and after meeting and talking with Todd Rodgers ( Amazing person and salesman second ) walked through a few with layouts we liked and found our dream travel trailer!!! He was so nice and pleasent to deal with. The financing process was flawless and fast! We pick up our familys next adventure on Monday because they go through all their campers before they leave the lot to ensure everything is working as it should and the propane is topped off! We looked at other dealers in and even out of Michigan and Todd and Earl ( Financing) got us the best price we found out there!!!! My wife and I could not be anymore happier with the way we were treated and listened to!!!!! FYI we bought a 2019 Forest River Salem 31KQBTS
We have used A & S for years to service our camper and were always impressed with the service. When it was time to get a new one, we knew we wanted to purchase from A & S. The staff was friendly and professional and the entire process was a breeze. They were also able to set us up with better financing than we found on our own. We absolutely love our new camper!
Unfortunately, out current finances are not going to allow for the purchase of a class C motorhome. If, and when that changes, we will certainly return here and specifically to Dave. My wife and I had a great experience with A&S RV. Mike (the owner) met up with us personally, wrote up a deal I really couldnt refuse. They are NOT pushy sales people like most dealers. When it came time to pick up my new rig, it was an even better experience. Bill wrote up all the paperwork in minutes, very nice guy. Rick gave me a tour around my trailer, showing me the ins & outs of everything, very knowledgeable and shared some good tips and tricks. Kerry was the best, he hooked up my brake controller in my truck, pre-set it and showed me how to use it. He also took care of the hitch on my truck and trailer. He installed the weight distribution hitch and gave me the opportunity to unhitch and re-hitch several times. He even went as far as to realign my ball in order to have a perfectly level towing experience. Kerry was awesome. I highly recommend visiting A&S for all Rv/Camper/Trailer needs.

My wife and I went to A&S RV to look at a few 5th Wheel trailers for our next purchase. We were greeted by an absolutely wonderful sales woman, Tacey. This truly adorable woman has been hands down one of the best sales people we have ever worked with to buy anything!!!! Although we didnt buy a new unit from A&S, we WILL be back at some point to do so. SO if you want straight shooting, no pressure, honest salesmanship, look no further than Tacey at A&S in Auburn Hills. We know we have a friend there and look forward to seeing them at the MARVAC shows in the winter.
My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Greg Jones and many other of the staff at A&S. We actually started a week of camping in a pop up and on a rainy day thought wed finally look at a TT... YUP... we bought one!A&S definitely exceeded our expectations... honest, knowledgeable, friendly, customer-oriented. I would recommend anyone looking for a RV to give A&S a walk through. Based on experience with others... it is truly all that it will take.
People were nice ... but didn’t feel like we were important at all. This is our biggest purchase other than our house. May not have been the most expensive unit but it was what was in our budget. Would I recommend someone to you .. it is a maybe. You guys may sell them everyday but people don’t buy them everyday. And I do appreciate our unit being moved inside to go over but I shouldn’t of had to ask... since I was told we would be indoors. Nor were we ever introduced to parts .. like we were told we would be. Last but not least we really appreciate all the people who helped get our camera to work which we had you install, but maybe check the prouduct to make sure it works before the customer gets there.Update 3/16/19I really appreciate the follow up phone call. We LOVED our experience with A & S! My folks bought both of their RVs from A & S so we thought we would give them a try. Tacey was a marvelous no pressure salesperson who explained everything to us and helped us with their financing department. After our approval, they hooked up our hitch and electric and showed us how to use our new trailer. We went camping that very night. A couple weeks later, we had questions (how to open a stuck window and replace a flap). They sent out Joe, who unstuck the window and told me the best way to replace our flap. All in all, its like their ad says .. Youre Family With A & S. Believe it :)

I found A & S RV Center on RV trader . Am in Houston Tx . I talk the Greg the salesmen , then Spoke With Don The Sales manager numerous time super nice guy easy to talk too. I was calling about a used 2016 reflection everything about the Rv they told me we was 100% accurate. I did the deal over the phone. Don call me back to make sure that i had a truck with the right equipment to bring the rv back to houston. Well turns out that i would need a hitch, they set it all up when i got to there store i was there about 40 min then i was back on the road to Houston Tx. When i arrived at the dealership on saturday to pick my rv up . i was super excited and it was perfect . I did need to talk to the service Department when i got home ( Just a very very minor issue) ,I spoke with Brittney she was super fast with getting back with me. Issue was resolved in 10 min. My wife and I live in CA but were in the Detroit area for an adoption. We wanted to look specifically at a Newmar Canyon Star Toy Hauler which was located at A&S RV Center. When we arrived we were introduced to salesman Greg Jones. He was extremely knowledgeable and gracious. He knew we probably would not be purchasing an RV but we would never had known this by the way we were treated. He answered every question we had, took his time in explaining everything and made us feel very welcome. Our time even went past closing time for the dealership, but he never seemed hurried and came across as very thankful we stopped by. He broke the mold of a stereotypical salesman and it was a pleasure to meet someone in this business who genuinely cared about the customer. I would highly recommend Greg Jones if you are looking for an RV.
As new campers to the camping world my husband and I had no clue where to begin. We shopped and shopped and decided to rush home one evening and go to A & S. We are so glad we did. Dave was amazing. They didnt have the exact trailer in Auburn Hills, but he tracked it down in Midland and made the sale seemless. Hats off to A&S..
We rented a motor home from A and S RV Center for our family camping trip in Michigan. We had wonderful experience! Everyone was so pleasant and helpful. We booked it from out of state and they made it so convenient. The tech gave us a great lesson in how to use it before we left. The motor home was clean and we loved the bunkbeds. We will be renting from A and S again next year!
Traded in our old 5th wheel and bought a new one. Everything went smooth. Duane gave us our walk through and answered all our questions. The techs found a rear signal light not working as we were leaving. Trouble shot it, found the light bad and replaced it promptly.We have also delt with the Midland site with very positive results. Both site were professional, polite, efficient and personable. We will keep going to A &S as a result.

Just purchased a camper and could not believe the poor service. The sales person is no longer there and I can guess why. From the time that I first submitted a lead through to the purchase, I was surprised at their lack of processes and follow through. The ONLY one that seemed to know what he was talking about was Alex, who did our walk through. I would give him an A plus and he should have the keys to the Managers office. The original sales lady was worthless and did not even communicate all of the items that were to be fixed before delivery. Now we have to bring it back. No follow up from the business office, screwed up appointment, no repairs done, and then they had the nerve to tell us that we could not drive it off the lot without spending $200 for a brake control module. You would think at that point, they would have thrown it in. We should have walked. Oh, and dont fall for the spiel on the Outdoor Adventures. The business manager lied to our face about that one. You cant get away with that stuff when you have the internet at your finger tips.They must rely on referrals but I cannot in good faith refer this company.
Our dream turned into a nightmare...The team was great until after we agreed to the purchase, then the communication pretty much stopped. I had to follow up to get status for weeks just to try and get the deal closed. This should have been my first red flag to run.When i showed up to finally close on my motorhome the unit wasnt ready. During the walk through it was obvious they didnt prep, there was cobwebs everywhere and dirt everywhere. And when we opened the cabinets in the kitchen there were bugs everywhere.Here we are 2 months later and we have a unit infested with carpet beetles and the repairs that were promised were not completed.I would look go to another dealer who might value their name and customers.
Had a pretty good experience with Dave as a remote salesman during the covid19 issues and all of that. Chris at midland, josh the tech and the other fella at midland who was working(forgive me but I can’t remember his name but he’s in charge of their service there). Was over all a pleasant experience and would recommend them to anyone.

I called and spoke to Dave about a travel trailer that was for sale. Dave said that a customer had put a deposit on it. I gave Dave my phone number and advise him that if the trailer were to become available to give me a call. In the mean time Dave sends the photos of trailer that he had on his phone. ( their website had not been updated. ) 3 hours later Dave sends me a text informing me that it was available . We drove down from Chicago and brought our casita back the next day. Great services from Dave, Alex, and Bill. They prepare our suv, and trailer why we waited . Dave sent a text to inquire if we had made home safely.
I just picked up Lance 1062 Truck Camper last week which is my second Truck Camper purchased from A & S RV Centre. I had dealt with Greg Jones 7 years ago and obviously as a long time loyal staff member he was very knowledgable and helpful again with my latest purchase . Rick was efficient in setting up the camper on my truck and delivering it to the Canadian border as he had done previously for my first purchase.

I unfortunately did not by a RV here but i can tell you when i upgrade this will be the place i go. I use them a few times a month for there dump station with my 50ft race trailer and they are always very friendly. The parts department has been very helpful. I have bought a few RVs and will never return to those places do to poor customer service. The dozens of time i have been here its always been a good experience.
My wife and I had been on an extensive search for a fifth wheel trailer. It wasntuntil we went to A & S Rv Center that we found the fifth wheel we were looking for. We bought a Keystone Cougar with a rear kitchen. Beautiful trailer. We love it. They have a great sales staff at A & S. We worked with Alex and Tacy. In fact if it wasnt for Alex and Tacy going above and beyond to help us buy our Cougar we might still be looking. They were awesome.The other great thing about A & S is their service department. Amazing! They do not forget about you after you pull out of the parking lot. Plus they are very very knowledgeable. We have called them numerous times with questions about our Cougar and they have always responded quickly and they always answer our questions. Personally we would not shop anywhere else for an RV. We highly highly recommend A & S RV Center as the place to buy an RV.
I would highly recommend shopping at a&s if youre looking for a trailer. Ive been going there for years for service, but this is the first time buying from them. They werent pushy, like some other dealers Ive dealt with in the past. Rick, who showed us everything about the trailer when we picked it up was great. This is our third trailer, but we still learned a few tricks from him. Overall, a great experience.
6/20/16 - Again, thank you Tacey!! We purchased a 2015 Newmar Canyon Star 3610 at A & S last October. Tacey was very knowledgeable and genuinely interested in finding the right RV for us. Since we purchased it in the fall, we didnt get the chance to use it much and didnt use the A/C at all. During our first camping trip this spring, we found out that one of the A/C units didnt work at all. We tried working with Newmar and went through several hoops without resolution. We finally took our motor home to A & S to have them help us work through the issue with Newmar. I wont get into the details of the visit, but feel compelled to give a shout out to Tacey for taking the reins and getting all parties to work together to replace the faulty A/C unit. We are hoping to get it back this week so we dont have to cancel our trip to Florida. Tacey really takes care of her customers - even after the sale. We are grateful that she took the time to help us. John & Glori10/15 - The wife and I went for a ride one Saturday and decided to stop by A&S to check what they had in regards to Class A Motorhomes. We were greeted by Tacey who showed us around and listened to what we were looking for in an RV. She showed us a few different models, one of which we fell in love with. Terrible experience overall. A&S RV broke/lost a small door from my RV during a routine repair. After going back and forth with a rude, bullying senior staff (leading to a credit dispute), the door was found on their lot. The Service Manager then offered to repair the door if I removed all negative feedback online. Otherwise, he stated, he would not be returning the door even after I agree to cancel the credit dispute (just wanted the door back). I thought this was very vindictive and mean-spirited. I consulted my attorney, who advised a course of action. Issue was settled after larceny charges were mentioned and owner wised-up to what was actually happening. Owner told me off over the phone without listening to my side of the story - called back several days later very contrite.A&S is concerned, as they should be, that their reputation is being tarnished unfairly. Problem is, however, they are a small family business who has lost sight of the fact that Michigan customers are hard-working, honest people. Their declining reputation is a fair assessment. A&S treated me like I was some low-life out to scam them out of small utility door, as if I ripped it off the hinges and demanded that they replace it.They are also quick to note that reviewers do not use their real names, and this bothers them. A&S has no right to demand full disclosure of personal details. People do not want to be bullied and threatened when their online feedback is negative, a practice that I experienced with A&S personally. The comments may be anonymous, but the content is accurate. Leave people alone and admit when you (owner) or your staff are rude or less than perfect. It happens.My advice is to not be bullied by A&S RV; dispute unfair charges and hold them accountable for their actions. Better yet, go someplace else.
We were in the market for a used travel trailer. At most dealerships around, you can’t get the word “used” all of the way out of your mouth before you’re dismissed entirely.At A&S, Greg Jones not only didn’t care that we were looking for a used trailer, but he took a lot of time to show us around. We didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all. It was a really good experience. We didn’t end up getting a trailer there but next time we’re in the market, it’ll be the first place we look.
We recently purchased a 2016 Roadtrek 190 Popular from this dealer. Our sales person, Tacey Wiber, went above and beyond to make this purchase a great experience. We had an electrical issue that caused our unit to be sent back to the factory for service before we closed the deal and it was back at the dealer and fully functional in a little over a week. We havent had any issues yet that needed servicing, besides ordering parts, so we cant comment on their service department. If you are in the market for a brand of RV that A&S sells, be sure and talk to Tacey, she will take good care of you.
SENIOR ABUSE New fifth wheel purchased there, a $50,000.00 Montana I was assured everything would be done on the day of signing the papers. Two days after we signed the papers, we were still sitting there. On the 1st day we were already given the excuse from the sales manager the parts are in but we didnt schedual the work then a day latter the story was the parts didnt fit. Really and A&S made that statement with even touching the trailer. That is when we told the sales manager, the sale is off, we want to cancel for non-delivery and no work progressing on it, the sales manager refused.Some of the extras they couldnt handle, $1350.00 for outside and inside coating- never done. Paid $1500.00 for mandatory preparation fee, never cleaned, dirty outside and inside. Paid $1600.00 for upgrade pin box, I believe they install a used defective box sold to me as new It had deep scratches on the front and it failed after 1 hour. The A&S repair people had to move the wiring hooked to the new pin box, then after the fire, A&S spokesperson blame me. But yet, the assistant fire chief and a industrial electrician that is also a RV owner said I was not at fault.I have not touched any wiring, because it is under a 3 year warranty.Service after the sales is so poor that, I had to have Keystone, the manufacture, send me the 7 service manuals and warranty cards. I had zero operation instructions.Serious service complaints such as the sloppy installation and silicone sealant handprints on the exterior, are acknowledge and promised to be corrected and ignored intentionally by the sales manager and service manager.On the stopped payment of $1250.00, the wiring is still not fully working. The invoice does not have any parts listed, nothing from the manufacture. What quality is the wiring? Do I have any factory warranty now with unapproved parts? Disputes are handled by intimidation, basically if you dont pay this disputed bill, we will add more to the total. In a A&S E mail, I was told that several hundred dollars of extra charges would be added for pickup and transportation back to their business. I call that EXTORTION. Also we had door molding damaged, 16 staples in 18 inches that was perfect before the wiring fire, in a area several feet away from the official repair site on the outside. The A&S spokesperson said no damage was done by A&S, in a insultive E mail. The owner, I guess, at least thats who they said they were, of A&S, now says they found the employee who did the damage. Yes I do have a witness, as the call was on a speaker phone. The owner now wants me to bring the unit back. I said NO WAY!. I want my dollars back for services not delivered.Nothing wrong with the salesman, everything was great until we signed the papers. The spokesperson from A&S that will make up the answers for my postings on the internet, is the same person that has sent several E mails to me, that out right conflicts with the answer given on Google and to the BBB. A bad thing when a liar cant keep his lies straight and then posts it on the internet. I cant say any names because, I have been threaten with legal action, if I did not modify my post.

We give Denice Pensynski 5 stars. She was very friendly and wasnt pushy as we were trying to decide which 5th wheel was right for us. We came back on several occasions and she was always ready to help us out.After purchasing our unit we had found some warranty issues. Even though the service/warranty personnel were friendly they were not very willing to fight to get the warranty issues resolved. After a three month delay for one warranty issue we ended up calling the manufacturer directly to find out why this was being denied. We then called Denice to see if we had any other methods of resolving this issue. I bought a new Keystone Montana Mountaineer 5th wheel they had advertised. Saleswoman was knowledgeable and friendly and helpful. The unit was as we wanted and they worked with me to get the second a/c unit and slide toppers installed at a reasonable price. There have been several warranty issues with the rv and they have been helpful getting these resolved. They even worked to get unit ready for weekend trips even though they were waiting for parts from Keystone to complete the warranty work. (Thanks Ernie and crew).
We recently purchased a new 5th wheel from A & S in Auburn Hills. The RV came in early and they were willing to hold our 5th wheel until our tow vehicle was ready. No high pressure sales, our sales person Tacey Wiber was awesome in helping us select and purchase our RV. Great experience.

I have recommended my friends to see Greg Jones and A&S RV to get a campers and two of my friends have bought RVs from Greg Jones.
My husband, myself and our granddaughter came to look at a few campers, unsure of which direction we were going to go in; used or new, fifth wheel or pull behind. Fortunately, we had Denise Penszynski to guide us. She answered every question we had and really took the time to find out what would be the best for our needs. There was never any pressure to buy. Just options. And laughs. Because borrowing a golf cart from another salesperson is always fun... Anyway, highly recommended! See Denise if you can. We left with smiles.

The Trailer we purchased from R&S is more than what we expected. It had a issue with the septic but the mechanics fixed it and had us back camping in a couple days. They showed me how to operate everything and tips on using it. I would recommend R&S for your trailer needs.
Although certain staff members were very helpful and knowledgeable the overall experience was horrible.
Was getting ready to take my 2017 Cougar 5th wheel south, when the slide-out started chattering when moving in and out. Called Rick, the Service Mgr at A&S to see if they could look at it before we left. He said they were slammed and did not think they could squeeze it in due to large number of winterization requests. I had already made an appointment to winterize for Monday, Nov. 6th, so I brought it in anyway, hoping they could repair the slide-out.They did repair it and winterize it too!!!I cant tell you how much that meant to us and enables us to head south with peace of mind. Thats the kind of service you can expect at A&S. He runs a great crew of technicians who know how to get you back on the road fast!Thanks again Rick, and thanks to A&S for hiring Rick as your Service Mgr.

Just had our Lance serviced here. One of the best customer experiences Ive ever had. I spent 30 years in dealer support for one of the Big 3, seen what it takes to be able to provide top service, they sure have it here.
We came to A &S after visiting another local dealerahip. A&S was a completely different experience and much more pleasant! There was absolutely no pressure and they were very patient with us while we made our decision. Highly recommend!
Hated the second I called this dealership. Spoke a lady about an rv told me everything was great about it and they stand behind there word and make sure there customers get nothing but the best. Scammm. Drove 3 hours to buy a travel trailer. They told me it has been closed for a week no air was going through it little did I know as soon as I got there the whole trailer was molded leaking from every spot and they had the nerve to tell me that if I dont like it leave. Theres nothing wrong with the trailer. I said fine Ill leave I left and warned everyone about the place. Please be careful when purchasing from them. Dont take there word for it. They will take advantage of you

Reasonably good selection of parts for RVs, the usual high price found at specialty stores. Great selection of new travel trailers and RVs at good prices. Some of the parts are in storage so some items have to be asked for. Recommend although not much if this type business around here.
Bought a suburban water heater from them a great price . Great service at parts counter all the staff seemed very helpful.

Oh my goodness!!!! Can I just say that Tacy has taken her time with my family and I. For the last TWO YEARS!!! We have decided on a few different models through out the years and she has always been ready and willing to show us. Last week a trailer came in and Tacy emailed us to let us know that this may be the one. IT WAS!!! Because Tacy and A&S didnt push and always support us in our indecision we continued to look there. Poor selection of accessories and other products, also not very helpful. I had a water filter question; the woman at the desk was curt and distracted and said that she would call someone to help. After 10-minutes of waiting and no help, I decided to leave, only to find that a 5th wheel had been parked behind my car blocking me in. The A&S rep (name?) was visibily agitated that my car was blocked; however, no apology was given. Do NOT shop here if you are looking for polite and quick customer service!!
I spoke with Dave (several times) about a unit which I was interested in, though I live some 1750 miles away. He was most helpful in accurately describing the unit, and, had that unit been the one which I chose, I would have happily dealt with him for the purchase.
I called them today to schedule a repair on my Brand new Forest River 26DBH. They informed me that they would not work on it as it was not purchased from them. I am in the market to buy another unit, Ill bet you can guess where I wont be shopping.

I went to A & S RV Center, walked in the showroom, walked inside 2 trailers and then stood in the middle of the floor. Not 1 salesman even looked my way......I was the only customer in the building......

We went there to look and our sales woman Tacey was so awesome,she asked us what we were interested in,we told her a few different things and off we went.Because of her we now think we know what were looking for.Tacey was fun and not pressuring us at all and when were ready to buy we will definitely be back to see her.
When I bought my camper from them just over a year ago I wasnt all that pleased they added fees on top of the price agreed to purchase it at and was very pushy about buying a extended warranty so just over a year later my almost $$$20,000 rpod camper is falling apart I guess Im glad I bought the extended warranty right!!!!!!! so I thoughtcome to find out apparently extended warranty doesnt cover very much at all I made an appointment anyways to see what I can get fixed or how much will it cost mea $20,000 camper just over a year later should not already be falling apart warrantee or not there should be something that can be done about it I will keep you all updated On how my appointment in a few weeks goes

2022-06-11Everyone at A&S was so helpful in the buying experience. We’re first time travel trailer purchasers, so we had a lot of questions and a lot to learn. Eddie showed us multiple units and talked to us about the features on each to make sure we had the right one for our family. He also didn’t pressure us for the sale and let us make the decision on our own time. We picked our RV up yesterday and Alex patiently walked us through all the features and let us know if we have any questions after we left that we can call back up there. Bill was very helpful with all the paperwork and again answered all our questions patiently. Looking forward to working with A&S in the future for our service needs for our new camper!

2022-03-25Amazing transaction......... We live in Idaho and to buy the Geo Pro trailer we wanted was over 11K more in Idaho than what A&S RV Center had it for on the internet. I was skeptical at their ad so I called and talked to Keith, he was so helpful I felt comfortable enough to give him a down payment on my credit card. They send me an online application and 20 minutes later my wife and I had the trailer we wanted. Keith directed us to a shipping company and when the trailer showed up at our house in Idaho we saved $8,500 over buying local. I had some questions about the trailer and some upgrades so I called and talked to Paul, Paul is absolutely amazing and spent the time on the phone to make sure all my questions were answered. I went to a local RV company to purchase a few things and they kept trying to upsell me. Paul gave me better options that saved me over $1,000 from my local RV Dealers suggestions. Ive been on the Geo Pro Facebook pages giving everyone Keiths number. Thank you guys for being amazing and I will refer everyone your way.

2022-01-16I am not one to leave a ton of reviews but I had to share my experience with A&S. I found a used Jayco they had listed online and we really liked it. Dave sent us many pictures as well as face timed us to show us the unit since we were 6 hours away. He not only pointed out the good but he showed us the few things that needed addressed on the unit. He was totally honest and upfront with everything. They did the inspection and gave us all the necessary feed back. When we arrived Bill took care of all the paperwork and was very helpful and informative. Alex was who did our walk through and orientation. Alex took his time and walked us through everything from front to back and was very helpful. When we went to hook up we had a wire that was hanging low on the hitch and another gentlemen from the shop jumped in and helped us get everything tidied up. It was a first class experience. Oh and Dave followed up with us to make sure we made it home and everything was well. A&S was first class!

2022-03-18Found an RV that Dave posted on Facebook and he was fast with getting us approved and answered any questions that we had. We ended up upgrading to a new camper halfway through the sale and Dave saw that all the paperwork and the new RV was ready. Bill and Alex were great as well! Overall an awesome experience purchasing our first camper and will definitely be referring A&S to family and friends!

We became friends before the purchase of our fifth wheel.With phone calls, text messages, and even a vittual walk through and around. The next day we received a call to make sure we made it home. 2022-04-27Dropped off our camper for repair almost 2 months ago. I had already started the process with insurance and even had a check on hand. Tried calling to talk to Paul for 5 weeks and got NO phone call back. Went in the service department to see about it in person and he wasn’t available, but I was promised a phone call back. 2 days later……..nothing, no phone call. The assistant manager was talking to me and the owner was in the building but no one seemed so be able to help me.I can understand labor shortage, parts taking longer than usual, but not returning a phone call or follow up in almost 2 months of time is horrible service!I would love to give my business to someone local but this company is unreliable!!!!

2022-01-31Got a call from the service manager today after posting a less than positive review. He was very apologetic and explained why it was taking so long to get my camper back. COMMUNICATION. From them to the customer and internally was the major issue. I am giving him and the service dept. the benefit of the doubt. Fingers crossed.

2022-04-22My wife and I recently bought a used toy hauler from A&S RV Center in Auburn Hills. We are very disappointed in how the whole process was handle. We dont trust the sale at all. He lied about ordering a replacement part. We also have it in writing, but was never ordered. We told the sales manager about it and he just swept it under the rug. They did finally order the part after we kept calling. Our sales didnt seem to want to handle it, so the sales manager did. We where also told from our saleman that the camper would be unwinterized so we could make sure all was OK inside. Before we signed on the dotted line. And yes we already had a deposit on it. The sales manager informed us thats not how it works. Then its part my fault for not looking at it closer, but 3 of the 4 tires where dry rotted. We are shocked that the dealer would allow a unsafe trailer to leave the lot. Now they did cover replacing the tires, but only 3. For safety reason they should of done all 4. And yes we paid for the fourth tire. We also felt our sale guy wanted nothing to do with us once we pull out of their lot. The camper was also not cleaned inside. What a shame to pay almost $40,000 for a camper and feel so disappointed. Definitely will not buy another camper from them, nor will I recommend them to anyone else.
