I have been dealing with insurance for my business and personally for almost 40 years so I humbly state that I am very qualified to judge all facets of insurance companies and their agents. These State Farm agents will treat you like you are their one and only customer and they will bend over backwards to make sure that their customers are happy and have the best insurance coverage possible no matter what one is looking for; homeowners, workers compensation, auto, business liability, etc. Their rates are by far the most cost-effective no matter what type of coverage one is in need of. They will even reopen a claim that had been closed due to a lack of response from the customer. I have direct knowledge my claim as it was MY OWN PARENTS that failed to provide timely responses in order for State Farm to properly handle their claim but sure enough State Farm did indeed reopen the claim They are SIMPLY THE BEST all the way around. I called and asked them to discontinue my renters insurance because I bought a house and moved to a different state. 5 months later I realized I was still paying renters insurance. I called and was told I would be refunded. I received a cancellation notice in the mail, but no refund. I have always had insurance through State Farm. My experiences with other agents and offices has always been great, but I would not recommend this office.
