Comment: Every month my insurance goes up more and more. I spoke with the agent to ask why they charged me more for an accident that happened to more than a year ago and got a response that I didn’t like, “we’ll be glad they didn’t catch it till now”. When I ask why the bill is increasing I always get things like prices are going up or things are changing etc.

Comment: S Samuel has the worst customer service practices . He cursed at me and disconnected the line before telling me I will cancel your policy. This was after a 1min interaction. He was only helpful when hounding me down to renew my policy. Will be going back to statefarm

Comment: They are very good at collecting and they are the worst company for coverage, they are never there when you have a problem on the road and if you have an accident, they blame you on yourself to raise your bill each month, the worst insurance I have ever had but no more thanks

Comment: The most unprofessional insurance place I have ever been. Made a big deal about my driving record in front of other customers. Made me feel like I was a bad person and that it was going to be very expensive for me. Walked away and went to AAA.
