I was ecstatic to find someone (Alex) to do a real Deep tissue massage locally. I was driving an hour for relief until I found Sacred Touch Healings Arts Center in Brooklyn. Just tell Alex where its bothering you and hell attack it. Then again, more than likely hell find out what you need on his own anyway.
I was thrilled to find this place when I moved in the area! I have been getting massages for over 30 years and the quality of the treatment that I get from Ashley is amazing! I am so happy to have found this place and look forward to every time I have a massage by her!

2022-01-17I had started a new job where I was constantly on my feet and at 48 that was life changing! I had lower back problems, pain in my hips, pain going down the back of my right leg, neck and shoulder pain and the list kinda goes on. I called one day and happened to get in that afternoon with Alex and after going to him every week for 2 mos I can say I am almost pain free! To me its like night and day from that first massage. And as another reviewer said hell find it ...is so the truth. He can just tell where it hurts and stays there to work it out. Another total plus is not needing to disrobe...first massage I have received like that. I can just hop up on the table and we are ready to go. Thanks you Alex for all your knowledge and hard work!

2021-04-26I’ve been receiving acupuncture treatments at Sacred Touch for over a year. Originally it was a “last resort” for persistent back pain; now it’s part of my wellness program. Bart is extremely knowledgeable about health care. He’s helped me overcome several issues - back pain, shoulder mobility, sleep problems and headaches. He also gives me information regarding supplements and nutrition. If you are skeptical about acupuncture give Bart a try. I’m a believer!

2021-02-19I have been suffering from chronic illnesses and conditions for many years.When I met Bart Vermilya I was in distress.My time with Sacred Touch Healing Arts Center has profoundly improved my diabetes, my A1C, weight and Cholesterol are back to normal. It has helped me with anxiety and my sleep has improved.The acupuncture has helped with my chronic pain. It has been a significant tool to help manage my pain!Bart is a healer and has genuine concern for the well-being of his client. His knowledge and skills has reignited a passion within me to take charge of my health and well-being.I highly recommend anyone with health or emotional issues to try acupuncture as well as their other services they provide.Word cannot express how great the staff is, all I can say is they are off the hook and you will feel right at home.

2021-01-12Acupuncture has helped me so much! After 20 years of chronic pain which is exacerbated by stress, acupuncture has been such a relief - literally. When Im in a flare up, acupuncture helps to settle it down. It has long-term stress, anxiety, and pain relief. I cant believe how well I sleep now. And if some issues comes up anew in between visits, Bart is great about addressing that as well. Bart laid out a treatment plan that started with a couple visits a week at first, then down to one a week, then every couple weeks, and now I go in for maintenance. Ive learned my stress triggers now that Im not in a constant stress-pain cycle. And I can tell before its an emergency when I need to go in. And when I wait too long, I can call and usually get in very quickly. Im so grateful for Bart and his knowledge and how much its helped me.

2021-05-28Bart is a magician. He is only the 2nd person that I have found that combines massage and manipulation properly. He has done wonders with solving pain in my hips. He has also improved my range of motion in my neck and shoulders. He also gives excellent advice in stretching to do at home.

2021-05-11I have walked in feeling near dead and grey in the face from back pain. I’ve walked out upright and with color in my cheeks. Acupuncture works when done well. Bart does it well and clearly cares about his patients, throughly recommended.
