Comment: George at Saddleback is the best man I have met in awhile I am in a wheelchair and came to rent a lawnmower so I could do my backyard he brought the lawnmower to me and mowed my yard for me I can not say enough of what kind of an angel this man is I recommend Saddleback for anything u need and thank yo George you are awesome !!!!!!

Comment: Whoever answered the phone specifically today, 1/5/2024 at approximately 1:20pm, was as rude as can be! Hangng up while I was still talking. Called back and asked to speak to manager and whoever answered this time, hang up the phone again! I do not expect a place like this to have professional customer service, but, boy! This is a really dumpy customer service experience. Will never ever consider this business for renting anything!

Comment: I usually dont write these reviews, but........I was just at Saddleback rentals at 4:20pm to pick up a 20 foot ladder and was told that the ladders were blocked and shut down for the day!! When I looked, the ladders were just up against the wall and fully accessible. The heavy set guy with the goatee basically was too lazy to want to help me even though they were not closing for over 40 minutes. I have been renting from Saddleback for over 30 years......but no more. I guess customer service is DEAD at Saddleback Rentals!!(1 star only because I had to for the post)

Comment: Went to pick up tables and chairs for a celebration of life event and was told they would have to be picked up after 4pm or we’d incur extra costs. No big deal, but when we showed up at 4:15 everything was locked up. We called and waited 15 minutes but still no answer. Long story short, be sure to call to make sure they didn’t decide to just leave early for the heck of it.

Comment: George and his staff are very helpful they have all kinds of equipment from Party Rentals to Landscaping equipment in stock and ready for rental. When a job needs to get done the right equipment makes it easy. They also have a document shredding service that I continually use.

Comment: Outstanding place to rent equipment. Friendly over the phone, very reasonably priced, and they has everything ready before I arrived. It couldnt have been easier to rent equipment, and their return window was more than generous, giving me time to work around a few different scheduled repairs to the house. Ill definitely be coming back here I need to rent equipment.

Comment: I rented a re-bar cutter from Saddleback during a construction project. When my employee tried to use it, he said it didnt work. I looked at it more closely and the machine was worn out, dull, and would not cut even 1/2 rebar.I took the tool back and was told that it was our problem. No refund.Im a retired general contractor, and have never experienced a worse equipment rental.

Comment: Really disappointed. Not professional at all. Careful when renting your items. Make sure you get what you rent.Had some party items delivered to our house and did not deliver the correct amount. We let them know when the items were returned that they did not deliver all the items. Instead of saying, sorry about that we wont charge for the items we did not deliver, they accused us of stealing the items and are now charging us for those items.They are charging so much that we could have bought twice as many items, would have been brand new and we would have owned them. So much for renting. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE SADDLEBACK.

Comment: We have used this place for years and they accused us of stealing 10 chairs!!! We didnt - but they are demanding we pay for them. My parents, aunts and I have used this place often and they dont care about loyalty. They will probably go out of business eventually because all reviews are bad and they rip people off, so we dont return. And I warn you.....go rent somewhere else!!!!!
