Tony & Rob came to our home this morning in Mt Pleasant (during a snowy April day) & they did a PHENOMENAL job cleaning out our ducts. I wanted a NADCA certified company & they did not disappoint. We just finished construction on our basement so our ducts were full of drywall dust. I was so happy with their service & professionalism. Even my 4 year old said “gosh Tony is SO nice & awesome” - which he is! I would 100% recommend Tony & their crew to anyone. Safety King delivered the best possible service today- thank you guys!
What an all around positive experience dealing with Safety King. From the initial phone call to set up the appointment for my duct cleaning to the overall service from the technicians performing the work in my home. Very detailed and professional. When I need them again, I will be using this company . No wonder why they have been in business for so many years. Thank You Safety King for the excellent service.
Ryan and Josh were amazing. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and very good at cleaning the ducts. They explained everything in detail before they started the process, and answered every question that I had. I told them that there is no-one that could have done a better job than them. I am 100% satisfied with the work they performed and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting their ducts thoroughly cleaned.
Tony and Logan were friendly and personable. Upon arrival I provided them with a showing of each vent and the ducts. Tony briefly explained everything they’d be doing and they got to work. The team did wear protective “booties” and covered the floor to reduce mess. As the cleaning was underway Tony showed me a few of the before/after pictures which certainly showed a big difference. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time (2-2.5 hrs) and kindly offered assistance in moving anything back in place and cleaning up any small mess left over. The price seemed a bit on the high end, but I think overall it was worth the money if the cleaning lasts for years. The service was excellent and work was diligent.
Was concerned about having my air ducts cleaned after seeing a news report about how people were paying $1,000 or more after responding to “junk mail” $99 cleaning offers. Safety King is the company to use. They did a great job and had a more than fair price. There were no surprises. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. I’d gladly use them again.
Tony was on time and very helpful in explaining the cleaning procedure and offering additional processes they could perform. We recently had our ducts cleaned by Dave and Sam. They were very professional, showed up in the time frame. They cleaned and explained the cleaning process. Gave a brochure explaining other services that can be performed. Very neat, cleaned up after the job was done. I’m highly satisfied with the work they did. Jason and Kyle were thorough, professional and very friendly when cleaning the ducts in my old, dusty home. The clean-up afterwards was great too. They discovered an issue with one of the cold air returns from a previous blown-in insulation job. They told the time to troubleshoot and clean the excess insulation chunks preventing the return from doing its job. I really appreciated that. Great guys working for a great company.
The 2 guys that did the work were very nice. They made sure to use the foot booties ever time they came in and out of the house. They would explain everything that they were doing as they did it. They showed me the pictures of the vent area before and after the cleaning. The only suggestion that I would give them is to please call the customer when they are on the way to their house. I knew they were coming today, but could not remember the time.
The team that showed up were great. Very expressive to what they were going to be doing all the way through from beginning to end. My confidence was definitely there with these guys and they did a great job. They showed me everything that they had cleaned up at before and after pictures and I felt confident that I did the right thing with this service.
Excellent job. The gentleman showed me pictures before & after. They took care to protect my floors while working & put a portable door on my back door to keep out the cold. Tech (Norman) was very professional, helpful and courteous. He did a great job and explained what he did and showed us pictures. The only thing is we didn’t receive any correspondence as to when he was arriving. We received an email the day before but it didn’t provide an approximate time. We have 2 young children and had to scramble first thing in the morning to get them out of the house since the cleaning can be quite loud. Overall, we had a great experience but would have liked to have more communication on the arrival time.

Jordan and Miguel were on time as stated. They were professional , friendly and , respectful .Jordan explained what service he was there to perform as I had requested and the agreed upon fee.He took picture of my dryer vent to show me the appearance and if I would still like to have them cleaned. He remarked it wasn’t too bad and could wait til later . I preferred to have the vent cleaned anyway so he and Miguel did do it and showed me the after pictures ! It was much better !I would definitely use them again !

I thought Tiny was extremely polite, professional, explained things to me without trying to push products or services. He was clean and kept my floors clean and the air conditioning from escaping!I had him clean my ducts and then use an essential oils spray to disinfect my ducts. I’ve had mind toxicity before and DO NOT want that again!I know that essential oils is the only way to finally kill the mold, viruses, and bacteria in a home or air ducts. They use it at schools instead of the toxic fumes.I know a lot about mold, and it is still toxic even after it’s been killed, so the last step is to use essential oils so the leftover fragments are not toxic.This is pretty new information, so I was very impressed that Safety King used this procedure.Tony was awesome! Jordan and Dave were very informative and professional. They made sure to protect my carpeting where needed, wore shoe coverings etc. very friendly made sure my pets were safe. Even went as far as changing a light bulb for me that I couldn’t reach. Would definitely recommend them

Rick was an awesome guy, very professional, Informative and helpful. Nothing bad against him but a quick thing about the job done, I thiught the ducts would look a little cleaner. After Rick departed, I took the pics attached and as you can see there is a lot of debris still visible.There is one inspection scheduled for duct sealing next week, so you guys can validate what I saying above yourselves.

Great people and Team Lead Tony!Seems like they did a good job cleaning ducts, and Tony was very informative! I also liked their extra services for disinfectant and dryer vent cleaning!! Only issue, they made a mess in garage with insulation falling from attic and did little to clean up. Simple blower would have fixed the debri in garage.Otherwise, great team and great service!Thx

The technician who provided the service was prompt (actually a bit early) knowledgeable, and conducted himself with a level of professionalism becoming of the company itself. I scheduled my vent cleaning a long time ago, and for various reasons I had to keep rescheduling. Ashlyn was very good at letting me know multiple times when there was a cancellation/opening.Once scheduled, I was pleased to see a meet the team email that introduced Ashlyn, Brandon and Rob. My window was 1-3 and Brandon and Rob arrived at 1:25.They were wearing masks, took off shoes or wore covers for shoes. We walked thru where all the vents etc were, then they proceeded to protect the floors, walls, stairs etc. that were in the path of the vacuum hose.They explained everything they were going to do and they warned us when things were going to get noisy.Ive had other companies clean our system in the past, but I feel really good about this time. The guys were very friendly, professional and efficient in their work.I have already referred a couple of friends to Safety King, and I will use them for future cleanings.

This time, they came for their regular scheduled cleaning of our dryer vent -- *Do this regularly, folks! It significantly reduces fire risk!* Things went smoothly and swiftly, just like always. Thanks, Safety King!Weve also had them clean the whole house air ducts and vents, and that makes a huge difference if you do it regularly vs if you dont. Trust me. We presumed that the prior owners had done it regularly -- they hadnt -- so we waited a reasonable number of years before getting it done. Hahaha. When we did schedule it, the ducts were disgusting, and afterwards there was a noticeable difference in our furnaces efficiency. Again, now we get this done regularly on a schedule. Saves so much money in the long run! If youre looking for vent or duct cleaning, go with Safety King!

Our cat fell in a vent. They brought a camera snake. Located here and then went into a very very wet and muddy crawl space to open the vent and rescue her. They went above and beyond and I am so grateful to them. It took awhile but never once were they willing to quit until she was safe

The crew showed up on time and were very professional. Started right away and it took a lot less time than I thought it would. Showed us pictures of before and after and it looks a lot better. Hopefully the allergens and dust bunnies stay away longer now. The only issue that I had was two of the cold air returns were connected and when they started doing that, my blown-in insulation was blown into my main bedroom. When they noticed, they did stop, but what a mess to clean.

Started off rough as I was quoted a price after specifically discussing my challenges, the price was actually $100 more than originally quoted. I was given the wrong price. I was told the arrival time was 8:30. The technicians appeared at 7:50. We were not ready. Then the work was done and things leveled off. After the work the technician asked me to walk through to make sure all was clean. Upstairs was good, main floor was good so I made the mistake of assuming downstairs was good and did not check. I went downstairs after work, my surfaces and tile floor is completely trashed with debris, dirt and dust. I was left with a mess throughout my new basement. Wise words of wisdom, get price in writing, confirm the time in writing, do not assume your home is left in good condition.4/20/2022 - When you called, your response did not make sense, especially since the dryer is why I called. The person I spoke with indicated he could not get back with me until May 5th. I told him I could not go weeks without a dryer. At what part in our conversation did I not make myself clear. I called because of the dryer. He sold the vent cleaning after that. I did not understand after our call today. I simply had to run in to an appointment. Your office made an error and businesses that make errors stand behind them and make them right. You did not do that. I’m sorry. I did not feel that you solved anything more than you chose not to hear me. I’m good, it’s history and long behind me. The reason for my google response is simply buyer beware. Please don’t call me anymore.
We had never had our ducts cleaned and didnt know quite what to expect. Our tech Brandon showed up on time, was friendly, explained the process and did a fantastic job with everything including padding for the walls and leaving the work areas clean.I have some year-round allergies, and the morning after the cleaning I didnt wake up all stuffy headed for the first time in forever. Great job!

Dave and Eric showed up exactly on time. They walked me through all the work they were going to do. We toured the home to identify the points they needed and then I left. I came back 7 hours later and they were finishing up exactly when they said they would. The planned work was completed as advertised and my home was clean and back together.I am very happy with the quality of work and the home is so much more comfortable and quieter.
Absolutely amazing service. I called in the morning and was scheduled for mid January. I was asked if I wanted to be contacted if anything opened up due to cancellations, and of course I said yes. Within 2 hours I received a call and they were at my home within 1/2 hour. They came in and explained everything. Friendly and kept us up on what was going on the whole time. Would definitely recommend them! You never know what you will find in the ducts. 😊
The service techs were professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of their job. They completed the work efficiently and did a great job, the ability to see the before and after pictures was definitely an added bonus. I would highly recommend Tony and his partner to all of my friends and family for their air duct cleaning needs. **UPDATE**The owner of the company reached out to me and promised to have my neighbor’s lawn fixed once the weather warmed up.The owner’s lawn service company came out and made the repairs. The company made it right.This company provides terrible service recovery when they make a mistake. They parked their very large vehicle on my neighbor’s grass and spun the tires trying to get out of the driveway. They created huge ruts and extensive damage to my neighbors lawn along almost the whole length of the driveway. They left my driveway coated in mud and clumps of my neighbors lawn. They offered to put dirt down (in the middle of February) as their solution to repair the damage they had done. The owner followed up with a phone call with no empathy and a condescending tone as if there is no reason to hold his company responsible.Beware of using this company because if a mistake is made you won’t get any service recovery.

Tony and Dave were so professional and did a great job. They walked me a step by step through the whole duct cleaning process specific to my home and equipment before they did the work. They answered my questions that I had afterwards also. Safety King was not the cheapest quote but I am so glad I went with them because I feel like they did the best work.
Ryan C was phenomenal! He cleaned our ducts/vents and dryer vent. He was so thorough in his explanation, his work, and the photos! He even noticed I had printed out coupons and they were hanging on the fridge and gave us the $10 discount for the Benefect application. He has a very friendly demeanor, he’s knowledgeable, and he was so patient with all the questions I asked. We had to book two months out, but it was well worth the wait. We know to book in advance next time. It was a great experience and we look forward to having Safety King out in the future.

Safety Kings service technician was just great. He called before arrival. He told me everything he was going to do while he inspected the homes system. These guys are great - we have 2 dryer vents with one going vertical and then comes out on roof - they were able to clear this out. Good to work with, good price!

Jason arrived first thing in the morning and took such care to wear those booties each time he entered. ( I really appreciated that as my carpet is nearly new.) He explained what he was doing each step of the way. I had only use a company before that had used a portable vacuum and what a difference this truck mounted method made! It’s only been 3 days and I can already tell an improvement in our breathing and the amount of dust in the home. The price was higher but the company took such care to do a through job. I highly recommend .

We wanted to have our ducts sealed and wanted to have the best company do the work. Only a handful of companies provide this service, and as part of our due diligence we interviewed and obtained quotes from Safety King and others. By comparison, Safety King stood head and shoulders above the rest, and their service was clearly the best in the business. Scheduling was easy and quick, and we received a phone call confirming the appointment the day before. The tech showed up on time, was extraordinarily polite and professional. Unlike some of the others there was no high pressure sales pitch, just a complete explanation of the services and the price. Their follow up was excellent as well. Based on my excellent experience I now recommend them to my family and friends.

Tim was our technician andhe was on time to our scheduled appointment literally to the minute, which I fully appreciate. He was very knowledgeable and explained every step. This past June I contacted Safety King to have my air ducts cleaned and I was so impressed with their service that I thought it would be good to have my air ducts sealed. This should lower my heating and cooling bills. Bill and Norm arrived at my home on time to do the sealing. All Covid protocols were followed and they walked me through my home and told me what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Tarps were placed on the floors and around the walls for protection. Both gentlemen were polite and professional. I think the name of this company should be changed to “Safety King Service, inc.” There not just a “company”, they highlight “Service” to their customers.

The service people were very polite and professional, they explain what the service covered and did we have any questions, they had on mask and shoe covering while in the house. Before finishing they also went over other services that were offered and we took the disinfecting. When they had finished they asked again did we have any questions and also showed us photos inside the ductwork so we can see the before and after, we were very pleased with their service and recommend them to anyone who needs their ductwork cleaned.

Norman and Tony were both great! Very respectful and knowledgeable about the whole process. My husband and myself only wish there was more explanation over the phone when booking the appointment about what it entails. No one explained that our service window meant they could show at the very end of said window to then begin working or that the process takes 3+ hours. Essentially it takes your whole day and that is not information that was given when booking the appointment. That was the only ‘negative’ feedback we have.

My wife and I were very pleased with the service we received from Safety King, in particular Jason. He was on time, very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and transparent. He explained to us exactly what he was going to do and, after a quick tour of our house to find all the cold air returns, he got right to work. Total time for the project was around 2 1/2 hours.In addition to cleaning our air duct system and furnace fan, he had no problem with us adding a dryer vent cleaning as well. We were also pleasantly surprised to find on the work order that he performed a CO check to ensure there were no carbon monoxide leaks from the furnace.He showed us before and after pictures of his work, which clearly illustrated the value of having our ducts cleaned, and tidied up thoroughly when he was finished. In addition to all that, we received a checklist that detailed everything he was supposed to do, and each item was completed as described.We could not be happier with the entire process. We had a great experience with Safety King for our home air duct/vent cleaning. They were recommended to us by a local, trusted HVAC company who said that they are the only company that they would recommend to clean your ducts based on their methods and procedures. The technician, Ryan, did a great job--he was very friendly and walked us through exactly what he would be doing. The before and after photos were also great to see. Ryan took a photo of our dryer vent/line and it was very full, so we ended up getting that cleaned as well. A few hours after the service, we saw that one of the air vent covers in our basement drop ceiling had detached/fallen down and damaged the ceiling tile. Safety King quickly came back out in a few days and reattached it and replaced the ceiling tile (Bill was great). 100% satisfied and highly recommend.

Weve had Safety King clean the ducts at two of our homes where the previous owners had pets and ran the furnace without filters. The second home had also had a significant mold problem. Everyone theyve sent has been wonderful. For the second house, Brandon came out to do the work after they kindly squeezed us in before our new furnace install. He was right on time, took proper safety precautions with COVID, and worked seamlessly around other contractors in our home. He also recommended a different mold treatment product that was much better for my chemical sensitivities. Weve been doing a full repair and renovation of our new home, and weve dealt with a lot of contractors. Brandon was by far the most personable person weve worked with - if there was a non-awkward way to say we should hang out sometime, I would have! Well continue to use and recommend Safety King.

Ryan and David were very responsive to all my questions and concerns about how they were going to do their work. The work took about three hour to complete because of the remodeling that the house had just undergone. The ducts were very dirty from the pictures that they had taken but were very clean when they were through. Very pleased with the work ethic of the company and it’s work force.

Update: the owner has since followed up with a 50% refund a $5 Starbucks card and a written apology. I appreciate this company’s attempt to make it right.They left my home a mess. Tracked mud through every room. Mud on carpeted stairs. Didn’t cover vents properly or at all, which led to a great amount of debris from the attic all around my house. So we did a lot of cleaning that day. The owner Mike was understanding, but wouldn’t discount the price for the inconvenience. But he was concerned his crew didn’t do a thorough job with the vents so he demanded I allow another crew in my house to inspect the vents before he talked about other “make this right” opportunities. So we organize to get our kids out of the house again for a second full day so that I can have more people in our house in the middle of a pandemic. These folks came again. Lovely guys. But announced the first crew didn’t adequately do the job. Round two took four hours. Did their best to clean up. Said the owner would call me in a couple days to discuss the inconvenience of the ordeal. That call never came. Not an experience I would recommend to others, though it does seem by and large the reviews for this company are very positive.

The technicians were extremely courteous, professional and considerate. They adhered to all the safety protocols, they kept socially distant and wore masks the entire time. They did a fantastic job of cleaning but also explaining what they were doing. The were very respectful to our home and cleaned up perfectly. They even cleaned the dryer vent as a late add in by myself instead of me having to reschedule another time. I would highly recommend them over any other duct cleaning provider out there. We’ve used other ones in the past but will only use Safety King moving forward.
The technicians were very easy to deal with and personable. However there were several disappointing aspects of the service. The before and after photos were not complete — several areas missing. They found an unidentified something in the ductwork that they were unable to remove, which is a little disconcerting. They made statements such as “probably you don’t do much laundry so probably your dryer vent doesn’t need checking.” Why not do the check? A fine grit is on the furniture in several rooms following their visit, indicating the registers were not properly sealed after all and now I have more cleaning to do as a result. And finally, the technician interrupted me as I was struggling to replace a very heavy dresser, to show me the incomplete photos and collect the amount due. He never offered to help me with the other end of the dresser, even though I am now an old lady. I thought that was a missed opportunity just to be nice. The service, in short, was not outstanding and much less satisfactory than I expected. I’m very sorry to have to say this. Your standards have slipped.

The two friendly service man (I am not good with names, but I bet my wife would remember) met me and my family before starting the job. A walk through was conducted to ensure each vent was accounted for and accessible. Their questions and explanation of our job was clear and thorough before they even started there work.Job service was equally as thorough. Besides the loud noise of the truck outside which you cant avoidable if you want clear air ducts, the service well done. Even my wife was pleased of how easy the job went (Note: My wife gave me the side eye when I told her that I booked a 8:30AM job on a Saturday). Thank goodness that Safety King was clean and professional throughout the whole job.Overall, 5 stars! We were very pleased with the professionalism. Our experience was top notch, exactly as the customer service representative explained to us prior to scheduling service. 2021-12-29Josh told me about other services available and one he mentioned was dryer vent cleaning. So while the team was here Norman cleaned my dryer vent and also reconnected the vent to the dryer. Since they were already here I saved $50.!!Both technicians were professional, courteous and worked well together. Glad to know the ac core was an option to get cleaned which needed. After having (5) contractors in and out of my house, Safety King demonstrated the most outstanding Due Care in prepping my home for their service. I was very pleased and impressed with protective cloth and padding used to protect walls, appliances, floor and protective footy worn throughout my home. Very important step in the process. The details of what was cleaned were very well explained and supported by before and after camera shots of areas cleaned. We noticed big difference in our hvac system performance after it was serviced. The system did not have the sound of laboring to heat the house. Getting my quote was fast and friendly - thank you Karrie! The technicians were beyond professional, helpful, and kind. They even showed up early and gave a courtesy call beforehand. I was given their pictures and information beforehand so it was nice to know who was coming.It snowed the whole time they were here but they still finished in under the 3 hours they originally estimated!Very satisfied with the work. 2022-01-20Eric and Dave were great! They helped show us how to run our humidifier better and adjusted something on our furnace to make it, too, would run more efficiently. I feel like our ducts and clothes dryer are all going to run better. My husband is very glad that we got the Breathe Clean air purifier system installed. He has a lot of allergies and is looking forward to breathing better. Safety King is the best!

2022-05-21Dave and Miguel were great to work with. I even decided to add on the sanitizing, and they quickly gave a price and were able to do it on top of the scheduled duct cleaning. They were professional, walked me through the process before starting, and thoroughly cleaned up after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend them.

2022-05-19What a great Company. Very professional, very very clean and thorough. Jason and Sam really took their time and cleaned and then sanitized all of my ducts. They are knowledgeable and they showed me step by step what they were doing. They also took before and after pictures and all I can say is WOW. Even on their way out the door they looked over and seen a small spot of dirt from my return air and Jadon and Sam went back out to their truck and brought in their cleaning equipment and cleaned the dust off of the floor. I will always use SAFETY KING and refer them to everybody I know. Great Job you guys

2022-02-15Tom and Tony were great to have in my home. They were not pushy at all when showing me other services they provide. Also, they were very respectful of my house and placed moving mats to not damage anything. It was great experience and gave a peace of mind. We are inside of our homes much longer than ever before. Its important to breath the cleanest possible air.
