These guys regularly deliver the product was damaged boxes and damage products inside of those boxes there late they don’t come on the same day each and that they say they will be delivering they don’t come at the same time they say delivered there delivering did you not give you a call as to when you’re going to come when there late for the window of time they would be their third driver refused to deliver inside delivery went inside delivery was paid for he say bring two large a truck to be able to come close enough to your door to properly deliver their brood rudeness in the drivers and delivers there supposed to be providing a service of delivery of supplies and they don’t seem to understand that that means delivering the supply be at the truck terrible
Hey Dan... What do you know about LTL Trucking... Or anything to do with semis anyway ? Of course its noisy... everything about that whole industry is... DUH !
Very unprofessional i would never use this company they wont even return my calls they want me to come pick up my stuff trying for 10 days now they just giving me run around worthless company
If there was a negative star this place would get one. NOISY. And no excuse for it.

2022-08-05Waited all day for a delivery today. At 5:11pm the tracking was updated to undeliverable, business closed. No attempt was made as I have cameras recording the delivery door. I called and was told they would make a reattempt still today. It’s now almost 8pm and still nothing. This after waiting 4 extra days due to a delay on their end. Never again!

2022-01-21I would give “negative star” if I could. My domestic shipment is now 21 days in transit (literally sitting in Grand Rapids terminal 18 days!). Made numerous appointments for delivery, but failed every single one without any customer notification. Being in trade business for over 15 years, never have to deal with this kind of delays with any freight company regardless of their size. Avoid using SAIA at all possible cost.Update: a lost shipment claim is filed but no updates. It’s a shipment consisting over hundreds of boxes and 3 pallets. How is possible sitting on the dock and not able to locate. Last Friday terminal manager assured to my shipper and me that shipment was coming on first thing Monday, but nothing showed up.Update: today is Jan 20th, still no words of when my shipment will be delivered. Called SAIA and let them know today is my last day of accepting shipment. I will have to refuse shipment if it shows up any days after this. Would like to take my business somewhere else by this point.Update: by Jan 20th, shipment was finally delivered after a month. There was a couple of minor damages which my shipper agreed to replace. Thanks for SAIA management finally get to the bottom of this. Unless there are major changes in Grand Rapids terminal, I wouldn’t suggest anyone to ship SAIA around this area at this point.

2022-01-0419 years former senior Saia LTL truck driver. Thanks for the million mile driving award and 12 certificates for safe driving. Sorry to see the Grand Rapids terminal loose half as p&d drivers in 18 months including me. Saia should look into problems regional HR and terminal management have created. Thanks 😊

2021-11-17They found my dog laying under one their semi trailer.took her in. Until they could call me . Too come and get her. Very thankful to all you. You dont know how good yo have her home.

2020-11-03I understand that most people dont leave reviews. Most dont even think about it unless theyre upset. I really hope they dont treat all their customers like this! But other reviews hint towards them lacking in all areas! They do respond to all the reviews to make it sound like they are apologetic and will help in any way possible. However, thats now how they operate. I was on the phone with the shipper, as well as SAIA starting around 9:30 this morning. I wanted to just pick up our shipment since we were going to have to wait 1 more day before we could possibly get it. Sure... no problem. Glad you called when you did because they are breaking the pallet down (to do out tomorrow) as we speak! So we headed here! Guy calls and asked if we were on our way because it wouldnt be ready till around noon. I told him we were but would make a stop just so that we didnt show up too early. We get here... and wouldnt you know... they say they didnt have all the paperwork and it wont be ready till at least 3:30! They tried saying that they were waiting on the shipper for the last of the information. I call the shipper... and they confirmed that they had in fact sent them all the stuff requested. I talk with SAIA and then they confirm that they did actually have it... but its still going to be a little bit. Weve been sitting in the parking lot for 2hrs and 15min now. And... they are charging extra for me to pick up my items instead of having them delivered, which was not stated when I called this morning either. I would almost put money on the fact that it will take at least another hour to get my items, if not longer once they read this review. What I can say is that I will never buy something that needs to be shipped freight if they are shipping it with SAIA. They are unorganized and unprofessional in their work. Dont tell a customer one thing and then drag them through the mud. You might actually get good reviews, every once in a while, if you treated people with any respect.

2021-02-26Very disrespectful to neighbors.Several people have had to move because of the noise.I cant stand it ... after living here 25yrs they are forcing me out because of their noise.Common sense would say to load the trucks on the other side of the building away from the residential area. Do the hi-lo drivers know what they are doing.? It sounds like a demolition derby over there.I have seen a truck driver intentionally dragging a trailer just to irritate us. They dont care...Nobody responded to my email either.I drive a truck and a hi-lo and dispatch.I know the routine and can see the disrespect...

2018-06-20Absolute nightmare to deal with!!! They were supposed to pick up a pallet from my home 8 days ago, and have rescheduled literally every day since then! They have never called me and the only way I know it has been rescheduled is if I call them myself. Terrible communication!! The shipment STILL has not been picked up and the last time I called them THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE A RECORD of my shipment. Absolutely unbelievable! I thought that having the loading center only 4 miles away from me would make this easy and painless-- boy was I wrong!

2018-03-23Zero! They get zero stars. I would give them negative if I could. Ive tried these guys on three different shipments and everyone of them was horrible. This last one was lost and is now 3 days late with still no word on when it will actually deliver. Do not use this company!

2020-01-14Don’t use if shipment is important. 3 days late so far. And have had the same thing another time and have only used them a handful of times. Customer service is great. Transit times are not reliable.

2020-11-06Terrible company. They employee a truck driver who drives in from Lansing weekday mornings to Grand Rapids in a double trailer who drives in the left lane constantly even when the right lane is empty.
