We had a large event where we had to order 12 different large inflatable games and generators. The crew the day of was on time, worked fast to get everything set up by the start time of our event. Break down also went smoothly. We would highly recommend working with this company for any type of events you may have.

They were so accommodating, and their communication was excellent. I always get nervous when rental companies dont call to confirm prior to the party, so I really appreciated the confirmation call. I reached out to Kids’ Party Rentals of SD this year. I’m so glad I did! They were inexpensive and reliable. Justin helped me from adding another inflatable to my order, to making sure it was available the whole weekend and had updated insurance sent that day when I asked. Comment: I loved this company! I organized a 30th birthday party and rented the sumo suits. I appreciated the transparency about price ($425) that was posted on their website. Once I rented, they emailed, text, called me to make sure they had all the details. Their superb communication was matched with flexibility as I was at the store when they dropped off and they were able to handle a drop off without me easily. The suits themselves were in good condition and a lot of fun, but the helmets and floor mat could use more love. They got the job done though and everyone had a lot of fun!! One side note too would be to place them in a shaded area when you are using the suits. We battled under 80 degree sun and it was so hot in the suit! Highly recommend this company!

The bouncy house was clean and my grandkids had a lot of fun! My party was on December 23 but because of the holidays, they set up the bouncy house in my backyard on the 21 and picked it up on the 27 at no extra cost! Great costumer service.

Comment: The staff was amazing, the setup was fast, and my daughter loved her 7th birthday. There were 20 plus children at my daughters birthday party so renting both the DJ Dance Party Inflatable Bounce House and the Ninja Dash Inflatable Obstacle Course was perfect. The DJ Bounce House was bluetooth compatible so it was easy to play a bunch of Kidz Bop songs during the party. All of the children went back and forth between bounce inflatables and had tons of fun. I’m happy that I did this! Make sure to buy extra water because they will get thirsty. I will definitely use this company again

Comment: Firstly, I spoke to a woman on the phone who was very friendly to get a quote on some tables and chairs for a weekend birthday party. I was quoted 56.25$ if we picked up equipment. Since we didnt want to pay credit card over the phone, we told we would pay cash when we pick up and they said a military discount would apply. We placed a reservation and my husband picked up the equipment. When we got there the total changed to 77.50$ because of weekend prices and no military discount applies for weekend!!! They also said they emailed out a contract. When I checked the email, it did have the 77.50$ price on it. My advice would be to always check everything because we could have gone with a cheaper quote!!! When calling about this issue theres nothing they can do about it. Other than the price issue, the equipment is clean and in good shape.

Making the reservations was easy via their website and when I had a few questions, I received all the answers I needed via phone. We rented their kid size tables and chairs for our sons 2nd birthday party at a park. The chairs are not folding chairs which was very important to me since I nearly lost a finger in a folding chair at that age. Delivery and pick-up were right on time and the tables and chairs were clean when they arrived.This year we rented the Dr. Seuss bouncy house for my daughters birthday. It was delivered right on time and was in spotless condition. Not faded at all and very clean! The set-up was amazingly fast and the delivery guys were very polite and answered our kids questions patiently. The pick-up was right on time and again was incredible fast. I will definitely rent from here again.
