Comment: Would highly recommend staying here! Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo are both right around the corner. The owner is very accommodating and values open communication to make your stay the best it can possibly be. The location is awesome because its super close to some of the best restaurants in San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet and plenty of parking on the street. The place is clean, contemporary, and has a shared backyard area with friendly neighbors.

Comment: Comfy bed and super clean. Close to DT and lots of cool restaurants walking distance. Pretty cool to see solar panels on the roof too.

Comment: This is a great rental at a great location. The place was clean and neat, with all the amenities I needed for a weeks stay. The on-site washer and dryer was a big plus. The bed was nice and the sheets were very soft, which was a nice touch. The kitchen was nice so I could cook and didnt have to eat out every night. My favorite part about the place was the shower. It has two separate shower head and the shower pressure was great. Its located on a street that is real quiet which made parking always easy. Another bonus is that its real easy to jump on the freeway which was incredibly helpful for getting around. The owner is a great guy that is easy to deal with and incredibly efficient. I recommend this place.
