Miserable. They N E V E R shovel the snow, landscaping firm does a lousy job, shower head in mens lockerroom has been broken since March and hasnt been replaced. And guess why I am moving..

The only issue is the snow removal company did not do a good job. They used snow plows to remove snow from drive ways instead of snow blower
