I deal with many insurance agencies, brokers,etc and have strong opinions as to their levels of professionalism, efficiency and diligence. Allstate is a good company, but not high on my list of referrals due to the bureaucratic protocols that may prolong the process for our riders. Most times I cant get an agent on the phone on weekends or after 1600 hours. SARAI BERG has made me change my opinion of Allstate Agents. She is not only a consummate professional, but her diligence and resourcefulness is F*****g EPIC! She has REPEATEDLY gone above and beyond for our clients.
