He even called me back a third time to give me some info on additional savings.Wow was he patient, basically he went thru 4 or 5 scenarios with me to try and get the best auto insurance rates for me. I even recently had a ticket and that didn’t deter him trying to find solutions for me. I will eventually switch all of my autos and home insurance to this insurance agency. They also take messages and I basically never had to wait on the phone. What a cool team work they have over there. It’s really personal. With all of the computer assistance and agents wanting to hurry and get to the next customer, I didn’t feel that talk to Noah & and others who were covering for him.I got a great rate for my recently seemily not so great dmv record. He was very nice and went over every option and let us know about ways to save money and get the right coverage. After talking to him, we switched our insurance and received the same coverage for our autos at a lower price. Our homeowners is better and for only slightly more. Its nice to speak to an agent like Noah is in knowledgeable, courteous and respectful, especially to seniors. Noah answered all of our questions and gave great recommendations to improve our coverage.
