I cannot say enough great things about Schrader Collision. Never try to talk you into things you dont need. Prices are reasonable and quality is great! Car was spotless inside and out when I got it back. The people here go above and beyond.
We got a verbal quote on a small bumper repair. It was a fair price so we decided to go ahead with the repair at Schraders. When we scheduled it, the quote went up a bit but was still an okay price.We made arrangements to drop it off on a Friday on our way on vacation for a week so we didnt have to rent a loaner and it would be ready by the time we returned. We got to the shop at 3:30 pm and no one was there and the shop was locked up. So we couldnt drop it off before leaving for vacation. Left voicemails on that Friday but they didnt return our calls till Monday, of course. And when they did, there was no apology or explanation. We went somewhere else for the repair and were very happy with the results.They may do good work (well never know!) but they definitely arent focused on customer service.
The best customer service I have ever received. They not only got the repair done quickly, but the car looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

2022-06-30Super nice guys, did not try and talk down to me.Lifetime warranty on their work is comforting.Paint they laid out was better than the dealership.They vacuumed out the vehicle before returning it.All around good experience.

2022-03-01After almost 3 weeks and 4 visits my truck was finally finished to look the way it did before the accident. The first 3 attempts to pick up my truck were like a nightmare. They missed scuffs on the running boards, scratches left on the paint, and last attempt to pick up there was damage that did not exist when I brought it in. After they finally did restore it to its original condition, they were so kind to leave a very strong smell of paint thinner inside the truck that lasted for 2 weeks, and I noticed a couple intentional gouges in the paint in inconspicuous areas like the inside drivers door and on the bed of the truck. I wish I could have had the same great experience everyone else has left reviews on but unfortunately this was the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The manager also was very difficult and had an attitude that progressed very badly when I pointed out things that were missed. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. I will also be posting pictures of my receipt to validate me as a customer and my experience

2022-01-14I would definitely recommend Schrader Collision. Ive had to use them far too often the last few years, but the quality of their work and service has ALWAYS been top notch! Hopefully I wont need their services again anytime soon, but its good to know they will be there if I do.

2021-12-01They do great work. They fixed a bad but deep scratch on my passenger door.When I got it back the deep scratches on my door was gone.I recommend their services if you want auto body repair on your car.

2021-08-08Awesome work.They worked with Progressive even though they are not on the preferred list. Car was washed, clean inside and out. They even touched up the paint where someone shot a bb at my rear drivers door.Paul knows his stuff and is willing to answer questions and explain things. They will definitely communicate with you as to whats going. Definitely make you feel like a person instead of just a check.

2020-09-10I love this place this is my first time using them and I will always highly recommend them. They did a great job on my spoiler and without me asking them they went all around the car and touched up every scratch or mark that was on the car and they even cleaned my car on the inside. My car looks brand new and its almost 11 years old. Great service and good quality work. Anyone who goes there will not be sorry.

2021-03-19Best service around. Only regret is I didn’t find this place sooner. They have the cheapest price that I could find. Is always ahead of schedule from when they said they say the work would be done. I’ve brought all 3 of my vehicles here and will not go anywhere else. Highly recommend. Only gave a 5 star rating because I can’t put a 10 star rating.

2020-08-18Today , Schaefer Collision has restored my faith in humanity . I called and had a window in a down position and not going back up ( power windows ) . Expecting to cost a lot , the men were eager to assist and fixed my window until we can order the parts . They were professional and when asked how much ? They did not even charge me . These guys are awesome. Being a female it’s rather intimidating to get your car fixed in any way . These guys were awesome and will recommend to anyone and will be back .for repair and any other future repairs . They were able to get me out in one hour , thanks so much !

2014-04-18I was greeted with professional customer service over the phone and at the shop, I got a quick accurate estimate and my repair was done in very timely manner. Good quality work on my repair that was to my satisfaction, they even cleaned off my car and polished my tires upon pick up at no charge. It was my first time taking my car there for repair and I would recommend them to anyone searching for a reliable and good collision shop. Paul was extremely helpful. My first experience was a good one.
