It’s ridiculous that I haves called numerous of times spoke to Michelle who has been lying to me about gettin the charge they put on my card dropped because I paid cash she kept blaming it on the owner who is supposedly a lawyer that he is not there. literally the worst customer service I have dealt with. Just unacceptable. It’s been 3 weeks and it’s the same excuse I’m waiting on the owner.
Friendly atmosphere. Food was amazing! Staff was incredibly helpful.
Deeply disgusted with my experience tonight. Establishment seemed dirty and had strong odor of mildew, Waitress was rude, took twenty minutes to bring our drinks though it was not busy at the time, our drinks were made to perfection, wings and mozzarella sticks were served cold and greasy to the point they were drenched in oil, wings were brought out barely sauced in a different flavor from what we had requested. Tried to stay positive and told the waitress to have a great night while she scoffed, saying ugh. I will not be returning and would not recommend this spot to anyone looking for even a half way decent bar going experience.

Went there for drinks and snacks. Friendly place. The staffs kindness was refreshing in a time where everything is rush, rush, rush. Hands down the best service at any bar Ive been to. The chef was the coolest. Felt more like he was one of the friends hanging out with my date and I than an employee. Thanks for making a Sunday night pleasant and enjoyable!
The french fries were good and my drink. Good customer service. Menu was okay their salads they only offer head lettuce which I didnt like cuz I wanted a more healthier choice. But there were no good options.
We were literally the only people in the restaurant and it took over 45 minutes to get our food, and one meal didnt even come until 10 minutes later. One meal was completely burned and had to be remade. Luckily, we were not in a hurry, otherwise we would have left. The server was very pleasant, but other than that everything was terrible.
I have visited this place a few times over the last month for lunch. I came on a day that they made homemade chicken tortilla soup. First and foremost, the bowl was huge and the portion was enough for 2 meals. The size of the chicken pieces was enormous. There had to have been half of a chicken in my meal alone. It was a broth based soup served with mozzarella and tortilla strips. It was absolutely magnificent! My bartender was Lindsey, who was fantastic as well. Very attentive, pleasant and accommodating. If you haven’t been to this place in awhile, it’s worth coming back for another try. They have some wonderful happy hour specials and a reasonable lunch special menu. This will become a new regular weekly lunch spot for me. I really enjoyed it!

Got take out. Missing our filet mignon steak tips, the fries tasted like cardboard, the wings were horrible and thrown directly into the garbage and the spicy chicken loco wrap wasnt much better. The lettuce was brown, the bacon was clearly old, the chicken was rubbery and it was a soggy mess. This was our first time ordering and unfortunately our last.

Ran out of American cheese for burgers, ran out of Mic Ultra, didnt have any beer on tap, the bartender was freaking out crying and yelling with only us and one other patron. We had to clear our own table open our own beer. Only reason we stayed as long as we did was because we hadnt seen each other in so long. It was horrible experience like watching a train wreck.
Ive never been to this bar but my homie sent a snapchat and they were playing old school gucci mane in the background... that alone is worth 6/5 stars... the vibe alone is gonna make me go.... idc if they served me a cup of pee and a steak they found under a kitchen fridge... i dont make the rules gucci does 🤷♂️
Poor service ... Food is not that great .. clearly the staff have their favorites which is ok as long as other customers are been treated well .. lot of nicer bars around that are much more amiable .. definitely wont recommend this place to anyone
Great place to have some drinks or a quick bite. Scores has casual atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind and relax and Ive met plenty of friendly folks here.

Went one time and hardly anyone in the place at 10:30pm on a Saturday. There were 4 of us. We had one drink and left the place. Female bartender appeared to be more interested in what appeared to be either her friends or regulars of the establishment. Couldnt get her attention to order a second round of drinks so, that prompted us to leave
I have recently, went to Scores bar and grill. I had one of the best experiances at this establishment. The bartender Maddy was so attentive, kind and accommodating to my wants. I have not had a waitress and/or bartender who worked as great as she did. I absolutely recommend this place for food and drinks.
Went in with a group of 13. Bartender was good. Food was absolutely awful. Ordered wings and they came out cold. Asked the waitress to have him throw 8 more in the fryer... came out with 7 Luke warm wings. I asked the bartender what the cooks problem was and she didn’t have an answer. Cook comes out and tells us the lack of resources he has to prepare a meal properly. This place should never be allowed to sell food again. Monday I will be calling the health department!
My girlfriend and I stopped in to grab a quick dinner, but despite being relatively empty it still took much longer than it should have to get a burger and a sandwich. I think we waited for 30 minutes between the time we ordered to getting our food. During rush hour, I could see food taking that long, but there were maybe 10 other people in the entire bar at the time. When we finally got our food, the burger was cooked medium rare even though we ordered it well done. Just overall a bad experience. Ive never been so tempted to just leave a bar after ordering because the food was taking so long.
The waitress staff are all great! The girls are friendly, attentive, and engaging. Sports are on every TV, and they play every football game for fantasy players. Regulars are friendly. They have pool, keno, darts, and Golden Tee. Drinks are cheap for a bar. The only downside here is the food. I have been going for years and they still cant get a simple rare burger to come out with any red, they always overcook.
Takes forever to place a carryout, this has happened on multiple occasions. The person taking my order will say 10 to 15 min its been 45 still no order. Very dirty floor seems like no one here mops or sweeps. Wouldnt want to see the kitchen.....bottles are illegally sitting on the bar counter within customers reach. One of the bartenders kids was at the bar running around all over the place including behind the bar. However, good food!!! Oh well
Its a sports bar/dive. I dont come here often enough to know how their overall service is, but the service tonight was beyond awful. I shouldnt have to wait 20+ minutes for a drink order nor should I have to go find the server/bar tender to remind her of the drink orders for my table. At one point the table next to mine asked, do you know her name? Because weve been waiting for our tab for 30 minutes.
Love Scores. Lived down the street years ago, great place to grab moderately priced food especially late at night if you dont want Mcds or TBell. Pool and darts for a dollar. Outdoor patio with seating and music for smoking, hanging out. Everyone is friendly. Its a decent bar in a location with not much but businesses.Thanks for the always great service. Years of good service!!!

Food was great, but it took a long time (pretty sure they forgot). I wasnt in a hurry, so it wasnt a problem. Once it came out it was great, but they substituted a wrap with a tortilla - it turned out great but wish they would have asked if that was a acceptable substitution. Draft beer was just chilled, but I dont like my craft IPAs ice cold, so again it was fine. Ill return to watch sports (plenty of TVs) and for a drink, but they should verify if changes to food items are OK before sending it out in the future.
The burger was good, fresh veggies, sweet potato fries were awesome, my buddy said the grilled chicken sandwich was the best hed ever had. Now I have to go back and give that a try. Thats ok, I enjoy shooting pool and having a beer before I eat.Update, the Cajun chicken sandwich is very good. Cant say its the best Ive ever had though.
Friendly & warm environment. Even if you dont know anyone, you always feel welcome. There are a lot of regulars who invite you in as if you were a regular too! Great drinks, great food, great service, hot waitresses/servers, bar tenders, great laughs, and a very fair price. Great place to visit if youre in from out of town or if youre local. They also always have the primary sports games on with good volume. When there are no sports on, the jute box is playing or the bartenders ensure music is playing. There is a pool table, darts, and Golden Tee! Ill definitely be going back!
This place has gotten a lot better. The bartenders are fun, beer is good, and its convenient. I wish they had some happy hour beer/food specials though.
I have only been here to watch football games, that being said ive only been here on a Saturday or a Sunday afternoon. I have always had great service and a great time. I have only sat at the bar so i cant say how the service is sitting at a table, but my game day experience has been pretty great, i give a 4 star only because their boneless wings are horrible, and when i go to a sports bar to watch a game, i go for beer and boneless wings. other than that, bartenders have been great, and the environment is great, i will be heading back this weekend!
Service took three hours for our large party. Yes, its not clean as other reviewers have pointed out. Understaffed but the two servers tried their best. I think one of the servers was a cook. Wont be back though.
My friends and I (about ten of us in total all African American) came in here around 10pm ...all walked in and stood at the entrance for a good ten minutes with no service. The place had people in it. About 10 at the bar, five in the pool area, and 10 at various tables. Before you think it, no we were acting ghetto) and being loud. At this point just about everything in the area was closed and we just wanted some good food. We even got a worker from back by the pool area and brought it to his attention he walked about halfway towards us (to the bar area) and just stood and stared!!! We all left after the terrible service.. shame because they really wouldve made some money off ten hungry teens.
Waitress sported a beer for 6.75 before promoting the lunch special menu which included beer for 9.95. I said I want the special she argued 3 levels in and got snotty. I said never mind. Dont waste your time, it stinks and its empty. 7-24-18 st noon.
Not fancy, not a dive. I love this bar. Quick personable service. Not to pricey, decent food. Relaxed atmosphere during lunch. Cant talk to the nights. This is my Friday lunch time hang.
Bartenders and servers super friendly food is amazing and drinks always good love the regulars but the creepy manager is rude and chatted my ear off while i was trying to enjoy the game and invaded my personal space yelled at the employees for talking with customers that initiated the conversation or sitting while he sat the entire time i was there while basically harassing most the customers . the owners were rude and seemed extremely arrogant still questioning if ill ever come back
Came in late at night and it was busy. The wait on the food was long but worth it! Had a great time with fun people. Many people there having fun. A very homey bar.

Terrible. Completely understaffed, there was one lady working both the bar and the tables. She did well for being just by herself. The food is basic as best and it took forever to get drinks and food.
Food was uneventful. Philly steak suckered at best. Minimal amount of meat and not tasty. Wings were very greasy. And all of our food took along time to arrive to us. Im giving it a 3 star only because of the environment. Lots of tvs.

Welp. Went in there today on my lunch. Took about 5 minutes to get someones attention at the bar.. Got a pop and a menu. Ordered food relatively quickly. Waited... And waited... And waited. Mgr came over and said they were out of white bread, is wheat bread ok.. I said thats fine. Keep waiting. Now 45 min later my lunch is almost over. Looking around for the mgr only to find me on his cell phone, sitting and eating food. At that point, I left. Horrible experience and horrible management. Will not be back. Absolutely terrible.

Service was slow and the bar tender forgot many of my tables drinks. Most of the time she was sitting at a table talking instead of making or bring our table the drinks we had ordered.

Needs newer and bigger TV screens. Other than that its a decent sports pub. They have just about all sports channels which is nice.

Good place to talk and have a relaxing time with your friends or partner; The food we ordered was a Buffalo wings and I give them 9/10 and a 7/10 hamburger since it had a lot of fat. There is a villar table and some darts 🎯 and many screens with sports, the waitress very friendly, the chef alike! The atmosphere 😬 3/10 I think because we went at 5 PM there were almost no people, clean place.

2022-01-28Probably some of the best wings that Ive had in quite some time. I would even go on a limb and say that these wings are better than buffalo wild wings. If you want a chill place, with lots of TVs and a good bar atmosphere, this is the place. I rate this 4 stars, because, while it was later at night, all of our bills were showing different prices, and we had to correct our waitress multiple times, the food took quite some time to make (only fried type food), and extra charges/food presentation wasnt explicitly explained to us. Other than that, REALLY good food, and I will still come back and give them another shot.

2022-01-24Cool place and we enjoyed the first half of our visit. The bartenders/ waitress when we got there were super friendly and attentive. However, when the shift change happened the second bartender was rude and plain old mean. She ignored customers for about 20 minutes while she was trying to find where the keg she needed to replace was. Two couples came in and left after they realized they were being ignored. She literally yelled at the other bartender/cook. We went up to the bar to pay our tabs and watched her walk by us at least three times and then her friend came in and she helped her before us. It was not busy, theres no excuse as to why she couldnt do her job.

2022-05-27First of all, let me tell you that I typically never complain and I tip 30-40% no matter what as long as the server has made an effort to be friendly. I saw online that it looked they had some bomb food, so I wanted to take my Mom there to try it out.We get there and the bartender, who I found out later was the General Manager, hardly even said hello. She seemed irritated we were even in there. She brought us menus and WOW, what a failure of a menu compared to what was shown online. Why can’t they update the site!?Ordered our food at 6pm, didn’t get it until 6:40. We were literally the only table in there.Our food finally came out. Wings were hot and delicious, but my nachos… omg. The cheese wasn’t even melted and the beef on there was ice cold. Literally wasn’t even warm. They must’ve sat there while they waited for the wings.Now, I would have let her know that I wasn’t happy with them, but she NEVER NOT ONCE, checked back on us. She was standing up at the bar doing shift change or whatever. Didn’t even look at us once. Chelsey, the other server on, was our saving grace after waiting almost an hour for some service.She went to let the GM, apparently our server, that I wasn’t happy. She stomped over all annoyed. Asked me why I didn’t tell her I didn’t like the nachos. Well, maybe because you never came back!!! If you were busy, you could have asked your coworker to check on us! We were the only table in there!!!! She told me I should’ve yelled across the restaurant for her!!!! When she said that, I thought I was in the twilight zone. I have manners and class and would never do that. I’m appalled that she is the general manager of that place, bc that is not how you run a business.I paid $13 for some cold chips, cheese, and nasty meat. Wings were delicious though, so they have that going for them at least.I was a server for over 15 years. If I had ever treated my tables how this lady did, I’d expect to never get tips or make a living. DO BETTER!!No wonder the place was empty. I will never be back. It’s a shame bc it’s right near where my Mom lives, so I was hoping we’d become regulars, but I will never bring my business there.Folks, stick to only going for drinks. They should just take food off of their menu completely.Terrible experience!!
