Frank and Kevin were fantastic. Our pump was making all kinds of noises. They came out within a day pulled the pump and found the issue. Very professional and quick. Hi highly recommend!

Im so glad we called Scotts! Had multiple people come quote us when our well pump died saying we need to dig a new well. With money tight due to COVID we just needed a pump for now and Scotts took care of it the next day after calling. And it cost under what they quoted. Im thrilled and beyond thankful. Id recommend them for anything!

We lost water pressure overnight and woke up to no running for us, dogs cats chickens rabbits horses etc. We called at 8am - Frank from their service team kept in contact with us, showed up on time, made a quick and orderly diagnosis of the problem, fixed it promptly and professionally , extremely fair price, and him and Kevin were great to work with. I’ll call Scott’s first for any well or pump related need that I have in the future - you guys do drainfields ? Lol

Great professional service. Answered phone earlier in the day and said they would contact later that day. Great attitude of employees who came out after hours and already worked a full day. Quickly diagnosed and replace the well switch at a fair price. Will use again and would recommend to anyone needing service.

I can tell you, these are the people you want to have on hand in an emergency. They are also the people you want for a big, planned well project. Both times, Scotts Well Service has been fast, responsive, and absolutely totally knowledgeable. They walked us through all the different options and helped us stay within cost estimates. Thoroughly highly recommend them!

Called this Company on a Monday they said someone would call me back had to call on Wednesday because no call explained water was getting us sick. Reply was ok we will get out to you. Friday 6 pm no call. Company is not professional and will just tell you what you want to hear.
