I’ve heard stories about other shops, and they were scary. I definitely recommend Searson Body Shop .Back to the professionalism and the way that they treated me . I had no worries in the world because every time I spoke to them it’s like they had my file right in front of them so I was never on hold on the phone . they always made time for me and my vehicle even when they did not have the time they made the time, literally and I will forever remember that, and I have the upmost respect for these people every single person apart of this team in that place, because they made something I thought was impossible to happen. They made it happen. I can go on into details but I don’t think you guys want to read a novel about it but what I will say is I’m grateful to have taken it there and got the service that I did because they went the extra mile and everything came out perfect for my car and for me and I am just so happy that’s all I can say. I am extremely happy I took it there. I would definitely recommend this business. I was trying to use the link that was sent to me through car wise but it’s not working properly because it just takes me straight to YouTube for some reason gives me a number but I didn’t realize I can just come on over to Google and give my review hello lol I’ve never given a review on Google but I’m glad that I can because Google is helpful for me when I want to see if it’s worth using a business so I hope that someone reads this and takes a chance with Searson Body Shop and get the same service that I have gotten. Comment: I had estimates from two other body shops that both said they would need to replace the whole side panel of my truck bed, to the tune of $3000. Searsons estimator said they could pull the body panel off and hammer out the damage for just over $1000. They did a perfect job, the truck looks like new and saved me (and CSAA) $2000. I highly recommend Searson Body Shop.

My bumper looked as good as new. They even went the extra mile and cleaned my car for me :,) I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know. I believe he is one of the sons of the owner, he was super nice and helped me out. It took a total of three days for me to get my car back which was way faster than I expected. I felt comfortable talking to them and I never felt like they were trying to screw me over like other body shops! Thank you searson body shop staff!!

Comment: Took my car in after a wreck a year ago, had suspension damage, and side damage, axle was bent and the suspension was shot from the hit. Quoted me 4-6,000 for suspension parts and body work. 3 months later I have a bill for 14,000. Car never drove straight, axle kept jumping, and but the paint matched so ill give you 1 star.The car wasnt worth more than 15,000 out the lot. Really disappointed they didnt expect it thoroughly because they messed up my premiums while they got a nice fat insurance check. Thank you searson

On one occasion they assisted in getting me to the car rental company and on another occasion they picked-up and dropped-off the car when I was unable to drive for unrelated reason. They messed up the interior lining of the roof from the back and put masking tape. She kept telling them to fix how it was and they played stupid that they hadnt done anything... Like you guys for reals...? I have a photo my mothers car before it went to get repaired and its not hanging. And the lining hangs, its to the point she cant see the rear of car through mirror 😑😑😑😡😡😡😡 BBB was informed and yet they didnt bother to contact them, what a business. 👎👎👎
