Comment: I can’t speak for the storage facility but do not rent a U-Haul here and bring it back early! You will be charged money for delivering their U-Haul back before your time is up! And when asked if we could bring it back after hours, their exact words were, “yes, that’s no problem at all!” Told us exactly where to park it and put the keys, but did not mention they would take $20 more dollars for returning after hours!

The only thing I can think of that needs to be addressed is the bird deterrent system on site. Very anoying and loud. Financial hardships happen and I understand it’s not their fault, however they will NOT work with you at all . Did a whole 360 as far as customer service . Last time I was in my storage unit they were in there that was before they changed the door to my storage unit and now they won’t do anything about it. Comment: The man in the office is fairly nice and easy to speak with and get along with the storage space is reasonably priced compared to most places however we have had issues with office staff lying to their supervisor in the office. Had an experience that we were unable to get out using the gate code we called and asked if they would let us out the woman said to walk in the office and show id I asked if it was going to be an issue that my id was expired and she stated yes and that I’d have to call the other person on unit for the code. I said I tried he’s at work and isn’t answering she then tried to say she couldn’t help me so I said you can take my money but you can’t give me the information to the unit I’m paying for and that I’d be taking my business elsewhere. At this point she decided to open the gate however ended up lying to her supervisor saying she was going to give me the code when she stated she wasn’t going to because of my expired id. So I would just recommend being careful with certain office staff if you choose this facility. If it wasn’t for this experience I would give it a five star rating.

Recently my daughter and I rented a Uhaul van thru them and the older gentleman that helped us went over the contract with us and said it needed to be due back there next day before 6pm or we will be charged. Well Uhaul contacted us stating its suppose to be due at 3:30 and wheres the vehicle at and why havent we returned it. So I contacted this place here and the lady I spoke to was extremely rude and told me to read the contract, well first off, he didnt give me a copy nor did he email me one. Second he went over this soo call contract verbally, and said it needed to be back before 6pm filled with the same amount of gas in it when it was given to us. Lastly I am being charged for his false communication. Being a customer for so long and the gentleman there pretty much scammed us. The lady literally did not want to hear any of what I had to say and said call Uhaul if you have an issue. I understandu its not an actual Uhaul company but to misinform a contract is very unprofessional. Way to go on customer service!!

On my first visit, they gave me a guided tour of the facility and showed me the various available units. Once I rented a unit and opted in to automatic payments, Woodland SPS started deducting the amount on the appointed day like clockwork and they follow-up with a payment receipt and invoice immediately by email. Its no fuss, no worries. I also like it that the facility has easy road access -- my stuff is well guarded, but pulling my car in isnt a problem. All in all, Im very glad I chose Woodland SPS and Ill likely stick with them for all my storage needs.

We had driven by this location several times and researched it through their website. We have always been nervous to use storage due to the possibilty of water damage or theft. We met with the office staff and were immediately impressed with the monitoring systems that were clearly displayed and the amount of security measures on site. We also were glad to see dedicated drainage on site. The unit we rented was extremely reasonable and offers ample storage that allows us access without moving everything each time we visit. Comment: I have been a customer at Security Public Storage for a while now. I have to commend Ryan & Tina on their great attitude & willingness to answer any questions that I had. I am also impressed by the cleanliness of the facility & I would recommend Security Public Storage to anyone that is looking for a facilty to store their things........

Comment: I used security public storage about a year ago and when I thought I might need storage again I called to see what it would cost me. They had new managers since the last time and even though it was new managers they treated me like family. I ended up getting into the house I wanted and not needing storage again but if I ever do need somewhere to keep my stuff, this is the only place I would ever go!

Comment: My experience with security public storage has always been excellent. The people are friendly and very helpful in all aspects. I would and have recommended security public storage to a lot of people. I have never had a single problem with them. They are your best bet for secure storage

Comment: Great staff, great facility and have never had an issue. The grounds are always clean and everyone working here is super friendly and takes time to explain everything to you! My family and I have been at this facility on and off for years between moves!! We Love it!!!

Comment: I have to say, this facility is one of the nicest there is. And talk about great customer service! Mike, the manager, is one cool dude. My parents have had storage there since I was a kid and even after my mother passed away, my Pops continued on there and now I brought my business there. Security is great, the office is nice, the grounds are clean and the prices are competitive. I have nothing negative to say. It was a great experience. I am definitely going to refer people I know.

Comment: The Managers, Mike and Diane, of this storage facility are very professional and friendly. It is clean and I felt comfortable in leaving my daughters property here. The price was also attractive in making my decision to rent here. I will pass on this great place to my friends.

Comment: The Security Public Storage is a wonderful storage facility! The Managers/Owners are wonderful, the hours are great and the security is a really nice plus.
