Came in at 5:30, not accepting new jobs for the day. New (shorter) hours are inconvenient. I used to come here all the time. Nice knowing ya!
I love coming here. Super friendly. Amazing staff. Great place to get oil change. If something happens they step up to the plate and get you thru it with clear care professionalism and concern.
Incredible team and group of people! Kenny and his team have always delivered a 5-star experience to me but during a recent visit, they went even further than that. Had some issues come up during the visit. They were able to identify the issue, get the vehicle next door for expedited service and knowing the family that was in need of the vehicle was about to leave for Yellowstone for a family vacation, they personally delivered it to their home to not disrupt their vacation plans. Great people, great team, great company! Highly recommend!

Quick services, friendly staff, no pressure to have any extra services done. If they find something that needs to be fixed on your car they will tell you and show you the problem. They also respect that your time is as valuable as theirs. I have always worked with Kenny and he is just terrific!
Ive taken my car in twice in the last 2 mnths. because of a horrible rattle... The 1st time I took it in, they said it was 1 thing..I got that fixed and it didnt help the noise...I took it back and told them what I had fixed, and they said oh no, what you had done was fine...it didnt need replacing...now its this... I feel like Im getting the run around, esp being a female

We purchased a new F350 had a free oil change. Express is the wrong word for this place! 2 hour wait. We got the truck back and the wrong oil was on the receipt. Questioned them about it and they stated it was a mistake they put the correct weight in. My confidence with this is none. I will not be returning. Also when we purchased the truck they seem to be really focused on reviews. It got frustrating hearing 20 times to do a review. Even before I made a decision the salesman wanted a review.
I went here due to buying a car from Seelye and receiving a free oil change certificate. The express oil change took over 3 hours. The facilities were somewhat nice, but I cant see an express oil place consistantly taking this long (2 to 3 hour wait is usual according to the service representative).
Wouldnt recommend. Took my truck in for a transmission flush, and what was supposed to take about an hour and a half took 3 hours. Also, they over torqued one of my fluid pan bolts and snapped it off... No big deal right? Except they wanted to keep the truck over night and tried to charge me an hour of shop labor to fix it, even though it was their mistake. Needless to say I will not be returning. Highly unsatisfied.
I been doing business with Seeyle since July 2018 and every time I visit it always been a wonderful visit. Last week, on a Sunday, 3 days before Christmas my Alternator went out on my 2011 Kia Optima and had it towed. Fearing that I had to wait until Christmas to get it fixed, it was serviced and back in action the next day on Monday. It was a huge relief thanks to the outstanding quality work of the auto technician team @ Seeyle Express and especially Service Advisor Garrick. He is very knowledgeable and the best in the business!. Thanks again everyone!

Were very helpful when it was -10 and my tires were low and covered in frozen salty ice, they topped them off and made sure pressures were stable for free. I had to wait a bit but it was a comfortable space and I cant argue with free and not freezing my fingers off.
Staff very friendly. Service techs very speedy, but thorough. I drive all the way from Marshall because I feel as though they do the best job.
No one answers the phone. Ive called multiple times with no answer on different occasions.I tried making an appointment with the seelye service garage, they refused and directed me here. When I arrived to seelye expressed I asked about making appointments since there is a long wait. He directed back to the other garage that refused to schedule me for service. When explained that they refused his response was oh.
Great service center. First come first serve, but prices are fair, customer service is always top notch and they take good care of your vehicle. Would recommend to anyone.
I brought my truck in for a recall repair and the dealership technicians at Seelye Ford of Kalamazoo ruined the paint on my driver door. They have denied causing the damage and refused to repair my truck. The service people are Jeff Steinke and Chris Witter. This is the worst dealership around and I recommend going anywhere else if you need service.
First time being here, I was very impressed and they helped me every way possible.. you dont have customer service like this anymore, I definitely highly recommend them!!!
The entire staff was so kind. They were transparent and easy to communicate with and were able to help me quickly and I felt like they did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Just a basic oil change and tire rotation. They quoted an hour and it took just under an hour. Friendly and energetic sales staff.

2022-03-12Always my go-to place for oil changes. Hadnt been there in about 6 months and Kenny recognized me as a regular which is awesome. Everyone is always nice and never pushes anything on you but does go over everything that needs work in the future. They can get busy at times but normally have an hour wait maybe 2 tops if theyre slammed.

2021-08-20Just walked out of the “ Express“ service center looking at one hour and 45 minute wait on a simple oil change. Every single time I come here it is the same story. That is the opposite of Express. I have had to take my new car somewhere else to get the oil changed every time because the express garage is not convenient at all.

2021-06-14UPDATE: I have moved the following review from 2-stars to 4 due to the rectification of problems between the manager and myself. There was internal miscommunication that he assured me would be solved so this would not happen again in the future, and I look forward to giving them my business in the future.Tried going here for a simple brake job on a Focus. They told me on Wednesday the car would be ready Friday, Friday comes and Ford sent the parts from the wrong distributor. I call back again later that afternoon and they tell me they “might” have the parts the following Monday.

2020-07-17I got a flat tire on Stadium Dr and was able to make it into Seelye Express Service. The tire needed to be replaced and unfortunately they did not have any of the needed size in stock but they put my spare on for free of charge. They were very friendly and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thanks guys!

2021-05-24Dont bother going here for stuts/shocks. Quote 4.5 hours to replace the front struts. It should take 45 minutes per side MAX! No idea where they are getting these numbers.
