Meghan went above and beyond to give me the best service! I legit cried tears of happiness!!! I wasnt a sale. I was a customer that mattered. She handled my needs and wants like she would want someone to care for her loved one. Her energy was pleasant, friendly, and genuine. She also was completely honest!!! Kyle, The Weatherman Shirley was the best salesman Ive ever worked with. In no way pushy, actually listened to my needs and concerns and found the vehicle that best served my needs and wants. He is very amiable, approachable, open and honest about the whole process.The dealership itself was extremely clean with complimentary drinks including bottled water, sunny d and Capri sun juices that kept my 4yro son content while the adults talked.Everyone I talked to there was very friendly no matter the rainy day we were having. Purchased a Ford Escape with Meghan Edwards. She was wonderful to work with. I loved your culture at Seelye Ford! I loved how you allowed your team to be an individual and decorate their area to their personality. I loved that they all were willing to help each other to help the customer. Not a typical type of vehicle buying experience. I went online to inquire and was assigned to a salesperson that texted me and was in training. I stopped to see if a car was in stock and test drive anyway. We had been struggling to get a new Vehicle ordered from a dealership we had been customers at for several years due to chip issues to replace our current vehicle. We had family friends recommend Seeyle Ford and to see if we could work with Stan or #kyletheweatherman. My wife was able to meet with #kyletheweatherman and he was able to find a new vehicle that met all of our needs. I only met with Kyle the day we went to pick up our vehicle and he was detailed and thorough and had everything ready to go…he made the experience easy to get through and get us into a new vehicle.
Took my Escape to a Ford dealer in another state for transmission service prior to moving to Michigan, and that dealer didnt reattach the heat shroud protecting my transmission! Drove cross-country with it dragging & didnt realize it. Seelye Ford not only reattached the cover, they also had to replace the missing screws. Seelye didnt even charge me for the service! Top notch, friendly staff. Will return for my future service needs!

I’ve bought around 9 cars from this dealership now, including this one that I ordered, my 2nd Raptor. Braxton did everything in his power to get me the exact truck I ordered, even with the part shortages, lack of microchips, ridiculous market adjustments (by some dealers) and covid set backs. He kept me updated and in the loop through the entire process, made everything easy, and called me the instant it came off the truck after 9 months of waiting, and I paid actual sticker MSRP (!!!!) Can’t recommend him, and Seelye Ford of Kalamazoo enough!!

Brendan Phenix in the Service Department is hands down, the best and most supportive person I have ever worked with at a dealership or repair shop. Ever. My Escape broke down on the side of the highway the night before Thanksgiving and I had it towed to Seelye Ford. The issue ended up being shoddy repair work from Three Oaks Ford who did some warranty work for me earlier in the year. After all kinds of debacles, headaches and 3 months of trying to sort the issues out it ended up having to go back to Three Oaks per Ford Corporate. Brendan, however, is THE ONLY PERSON who was in constant communication with us. He kept us up to date on what was happening, or not happening, and why. I cannot recommend Brendan enough as someone I would want to work with in the future. 110%.

If I could do it over, I would not have used this dealer/mechanic for recent car repairs. I’d stick with Denooyer or Ed Kohen Ford. They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks, and every time I call I get the run around. Multiple diagnostic tests performed, and multiple issues fixed, yet the car isn’t up to par. When I question the inconsistency of what I’ve been told, they become automatically defensive. Unprofessional, and short staffed. Save yourself a headache, time, and money by taking your vehicle elsewhere. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t imagine providing this type of customer service. Seriously get it together over there, before you lose more customers.
Yes purchasing another vehicle can be difficult. Thats why I depend on the staff at Seelye Ford to help me through the process so I can have assurance. We have purchased/leased for many years. This time we had the guidance of Scott Brockelbank. He listened, gave advice and directed us to a new Edge that we are very pleased with. The entire staff was helpful. Id also like to mention Braxton Burger for all his assistance.
The maintenance is very bad and unprofessional. They dont know the real problems of my car. They fix one thing and spoil the other thing. They ask for money every time, and its basically their fault, but they say we didnt know. Why are you making me pay $180 for the check up and then every time a new problem, that means there is a possibility that basically there was no problem but they just want the money.

I wish I didnt have to give one star, but after almost two months of my car being in the shop and no communication from the service team (we had to call to get updates) Im left with no other option. On top of that, with the amount of time that my car sat without being driven, the battery died and we of course had to cover that bill as well. Again, this wasnt communicated but given as an excuse as to why they missed another promised completion date. This unfortunate experience has made me want to steer clear of purchasing a Ford vehicle in the future.

I have wanted to get into a newer vehicle for a while now. We talked about it often and decided it was time to make it happen. We considered a few SUV options, mainly an Explorer or a Traverse to fit our family, but we ultimately landed on a brand new F-150! It is my first brand new vehicle and it was the best experience. I may be a little bias because my salesman also happens to be my husband (Action Braxton), but I know how hard he works to provide each customer with the best experience and finally got to witness it first hand. In June I placed a reservation for a Full size, Big Bend Bronco. I highly anticipated getting a bigger vehicle and loved the bronco model. Expensive, but great customer customer service! First oil change and checkout of my Ford vehicle. They delivered everything as promised in a timely manner and communicated well. My car came back clean without mechanic oils or dirt.One word of warning: there seems to be a glitch between the FordPass App and Seelye with scheduling. Had I not called to confirm my appointment ahead of time I would have taken an unnecessary day off work and been delayed and inconvenienced.
Zach is an absolute joy to work with. He helped me find the perfect first big car purchase. He never pushed which was a huge concern of mine coming to a car lot. Instead he was incredibly supportive. He worked so hard to get me in the car as quickly as possible, taught me all the INS and outs of it, and even washed it for me when I came to get the title a little over a week later. Overall he was the ideal car salesman to work with and we are so grateful for his help.

I recently had Seeyle replace catylitic converters on F-350 pick up trucks. Other dealers said it would take two weeks just to get the parts. Seeyle got the parts and complete repairs on all four trucks in less than two weeks.

We recently purchased our car from Seelye Ford: pre-owned BMW X3. From the very first email communication with Meghan, we got a sense that they are serious about our business. He was able to provide exactly the type of service I was looking for in getting our new purchase inspected and was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt like he was also very fair in his price transparency and even went so far as to not charge the full amount quoted based on the work done. Lots of integrity and trustworthiness. Will definitely come back. Also shout out to Samuel for the shuttle service, he was very kind and really appreciated him coming back to our house to pick me up to take me back to the dealership.

We were struggling to find a dealership and sales person we could trust, and once we experienced Seelye we knew right away we wanted to buy our vehicle from then. 2021-10-24I reserved and ordered a 2021 Mustang Mach-E earlier this year and while there were plenty of waiting around due to various supply chain restraints (stupid COVID), Meghan Edwards was very friendly and communitive throughout the process. Whenever I had a question, she was very prompt to reply with whatever information she was able to get.When it came time to purchase, Meghan had everything waiting for me, car was nice and clean, Meghan gave me a quick walk around and let me take a drive before going back into the dealership for the boring paperwork.
