We had scheduled to pick up a U-Haul at 9 AM, when we got there, they were closed and we had no way to get the U-Haul truck. Absolutely nothing was said about us renting a U-Haul and then being closed on that day being an issue. There was no way to get a hold of anybody, and this is the only day that we have to move. Very upset with the customer service from this place.

Ken was amazing at helping us with all of our needs. We had a billing issue with the previous management and Ken went above an beyond to make sure it was taken care of. We used the facility for 3 months and also rented a truck to move our belongings. Ken was so attentive and the service from him was TOP NOTCH! Highly recommend!

Im sitting here waiting for a call from the property manager. It is a Sunday and both offices are closed. Its the first time entering the facility and my key code does not work. I rented a uhaul from them as well. My uhaul was due back 2 hours after my 1st call. The operator said she would send an urgent message to property manager. 2nd call I made half hour later, told same thing they have to send message. Still no call from property manager. Called again another half hour later. Now my uhaul is due back full of my belongings and no one has called me. Im in tears because Its another 40 bucks to keep the uhaul. Very disappointed.

We rented our Uhaul from here. The manager Alex was very friendly and made it very easy. The entrance was a little hard to find, but I would recommend this location.

I never received any refund , my unit when I moved out was terrible. Dead chipmunk, dead bird, mice running around, it was full of dead leaves and other various things blown off trees because the door doesnt stay down to the ground any wind moves it up so the rain, and everything can get in . I have since going through the things stored have had to throw out numerous things destroyed. The rent keeps going up and you cant ever get ahold of anyone. I had to click on 1 star to put in my review but I would not put any stars on

I used Citizens Storage due to them being the closest location. This facility has been here for a very long time, I know due to being a prior local, and it shows its age. While its old looking, it does have great service. I have dealt with 3 employees and all of them have gone the extra mile by helpfulness and pleasantry.

The buildings look a bit rough, but the management is exceptional. Jordan helped me out and got me the right size for my storing needs. More places need to have a bright, professional manager like her.

Needed to rent a parking spot and prices were the best I could find. The manager was helpful and took the time to take me around the lot to find a good spot. Quick and easy process.

Many problems with the maintenance of the driveways and grounds during the winter, gate operation, and communications. One good thing is that their parking spaces are much longer than anyone elses and they allow multiple vehicles in one space.

Ken was very helpful and actually made it fun!! Very conveniently located!! Excellent experience.
