Car had a TSB issued against it. Car was fixed without charge, runs fine so far. However, dealer gave us incorrect info on how to be reimbursed for rental car and towing due to this TSB. I had to call Ford Motor directly to find out how to be reimbursed (responsibility of dealer, per Ford) and have been trying to contact the dealer for several days to resolve this but dealer is not returning my messages.
Both times I took my Shelby GT350 to Serra it came back with greasy doors, hood and (the last time) on the gas door. They also leaned into the engine bay without covering the quarter panel resulting in spider scratches on it. Im not a fan and Im not going back. Twice burned is enough.
I made an appointment online for service and stated I needed a rental. When I got there, they didnt have a car for me nor knew anything about the appointment. I was told I should call for an appointment instead. Why offer online appointments if you are not going to check to see if anyone booked one. The worst part is they didnt offer to correct their mistake. If you need service, find another Ford Dealer.

2022-07-15My purchase at Serra was my first Ford and my first time dealing with them. I can honestly say I had a fantastic experience. Both sales and finance were transparent and happy to explain anything I had a question about. This was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had, and I’ve owned a ton of cars.

2022-08-10Serra Ford Farmington Hills and Steve Pinneo are the best! My first choice was not available when I first called, but Steve was on the case. Within a week, he called me to say that a vehicle had become available. I was pleased with the trade-in value received which was higher than what two or three other dealerships offered. The finance process was smooth and efficient. I am very pleased with the finance rate I received; the finance team worked hard at finding me the best/lowest rate. Overall, I feel confident in saying that customers wont be disappointed.

2022-07-23Serra Ford was great in helping us get into a new vehicle even after another dealership told us they couldnt get us a similar car for months!Everyone we worked with were very professional.We would definitely consider them again in the future and will likely be returning when our vehicles need servicing.

2022-09-19Im very happy with my experience at Serra Ford. I waited 6 months for my truck to be built but I couldnt be happier. I love my Ranger. My salesperson Christine is wonderful and I would recommend her if looking for a salesperson.

2022-06-08Great experience. Charles T made sure that I am taking care of 100% and showed me around the vehicle inside out. I was very happy that I drove the extra 40 min to go there VS the one dealer that is 5 min from my house.

2022-06-28I lease from Serra Ford. I have an awesome, amazing lease agent, Reggie. The entire staff is wonderful and professional. The dealership itself is clean, orderly. You can lease or purchase an auto at 1000s of dealers across our state but Serra Ford in Farmington Hills is definitely top notch for me.

2022-06-25Kept vehicle overnight for an oil change. Demanded that the whole console needed to be replaced because the bottom of the cup holder was broken. Cross Traffic System was faulty - demanded that the module change for this safety issue would cost $1200. When declined for this job - still charged $200 for diagnostics. No review of service - just got directed to cashier to pay and then thrown out like garbage. Customer focus and service could do with an overhaul!
