Their website showed the filters I needed as in stock and at a good price, so I placed my order. Never received any communication, confirmation, anything. Turns out they decided to back order my filters and never tell me. I asked about other similar filters that they showed in stock, and they didnt have those either. After dealing with a little attitude, they cancelled my order, and low and behold the filters show up as in stock again even though they arent. They need to fix their system big time, and be a little more professional in the customer service. COVID can be blamed for product shortages, but not for poor attitudes, poor customer service, and incorrect information on their own website. I wanted to buy from a Michigan company, but I guess thats not going to happen anymore. Very dishonest way to run a business; youre going to anger all of your potential customers.Edit: In reply to the response from the owner. I checked my spam and everywhere before I even contacted your customer service, you never sent a backorder email. There was never any indication, or communication whatsoever initiated by Serv-A-Pure, that would have indicated to me that my filters were backordered. You also never provided me options of other, more common filters (to replace my very common filter) that you have in stock. I was told all of the filters for my housing were out of stock, despite your poor website and inventory management saying that many were in stock. You didnt have a substitute that I could even choose, so dont come on a public platform and tell lies to try to make yourself look better.The lack of stock is not your fault and I dont blame Serv-A-Pure for that, but the lack of communication and unprofessional customer service is all on them. You can fill this space with as many lies as you want, but all you are doing is making yourselves look worse and showing potential customers your true colors. I will not let you lie about your poor interactions with me on this order.

Imaged attached.I ordered a FLECK Water Softener Bypass. The website pictures confirmed it - I needed exactly that bypass and was very particular about ordering it. I received a generic bypass. To be clear - I received a different part than what I ordered. Functionally similar, but not what was advertised.I contacted ServaPure, and they allowed me to return it - At MY OWN shipping cost, with a 15% restocking fee. I ended up getting about a 50% refund on a part that I did not want.Will not be ordering from them again, and I caution everyone to be careful of what exactly you need when you order. Misleading if not false products pictures.

I ordered 4 filters from Serv-A-Pure and even though they had a fire they managed to contact me right away and send out 2 of the 4 filters I received the others a week or so later. With that type of integrity combined with their unbeatable prices - I will be back! In fact, that is why I am on the website now!

Id give no stars, if I could! I placed an order on Thursday, February 18th, paid $48.53 for 2nd day air and as of writing this post on Friday, February 26th, I have not yet received my order. I understand that Texas having a cold snap that ended last week caused a delay but I paid an additional fee for expedited shipping. I should at the very least be refunded the additional fee I paid. If I ordered with regular shipping with another company, I would have received it two days ago! I contacted the company that advised 2nd day air is two business days but hello, how many business days is it now?

Great prices on brand name filter housing and cartridges. Super fast delivery and great customer service! Items shipped in high quality packaging to prevent damage -- which is uncommon for most companies now a days.

I highly recommend Serv-a-Pure. I spoke with them regarding my water quality issues and, per their recommendation I purchased a two stage whole house filter to address sediment, iron and odor issues. The filter arrived quickly and was very well packaged. The filter assembly appears to be of very high quality. The mounting bracket is thick, nicely painted steel. The filter housings are very robust. The pressure gauges all read the same with no flow!Best of all, the filter has addressed my water quality issues. Its been several days and no sign of rust in the toilet bowl and tub, no odor after taking a hot shower, and we can now use tap water to make coffee! I did increase the well pressure control by five psi to compensate for the iron filter pressure drop. Having done that theres no flow related issues.Also, after my purchase, they were nice enough to credit me a $20 rebate that Id forgotten to apply for when I initially placed my order. Way to go Serv-a-Pure!
