Comment: Always five star service even when we had an emergency on my daughters car. We dropped it off on Sunday night filled the drop off slip put the key in a secured drop box. Even without a service appointment they handled everything and got her back on the road by Tuesday. Thank you Ferdie and your great staff our family always feels safe and secure knowing even in an emergency. Orange Coast always comes to the rescue.

Comment: Took my Jeep in for some warranty work. Told Jose in service that I needed the car back 7 days from when I dropped it off or I would get a rental because I had an important trip coming up. Jose assured me it would be ready in time. As the days got closer, I called and left messages with Jose to which he never responded. It would take me calling the service line (opposed to his direct line) to even get him on the phone. Absolutely horrible communication from this guy. All I got from him were excuses. “Sorry I didn’t call you back, I had to pick up my kid from school” “sorry it’s taking so long the technician doesn’t like doing this kind of repair so he’s taking his time on it”. On the very last day before I left town he promised to call me back to tell me if the car would be ready, and of course, he did not. By this time it was too late to secure a rental. Luckily, I had a friend come through and let me borrow a car. All of this could have been avoided with a returned phone call.

Comment: This was not a shining moment for this dealership. I bought the truck I own here. It’s a 2018 Power Wagon. Thank god I bought the extended warranty. The trucks battery basically corroded out. It would not start@ all. It was towed in. My warranty says that I am authorized a rental. That didn’t happen. For 4 days no rental. I was stuck… at home. Finally got one if I recall Monday of the following week.My service writer was hard to get a hold of. All I was told was leave a msg and they are trying to diagnose the problem…for 20 + days!!! Or 14 actual work days. During that time my service writer apparently left or he got fired or resigned I don’t know. I actually went to the dealership because nobody could tell me the status of my truck. I kept being put on hold…Twice I was told we’re almost done we “think” we have it figured out. Plus I got an email that said the parts I had ordered were in. What? I didn’t order anything. WTH??? I finally got in touch with the service manager…he called. That was after a testy email.Bottom line: the dealership fell flat on their face. I realize that there’s new construction going on and personnel issues occur but this was totally unsatisfactory. This was about 3 days after they had to replace my transmission and torque converter after they both went south…Best of all, for my troubles I got a free car wash voucher. Yay me!

Comment: I took my my 2022 2500 Dodge ram to get serviced. I was told they might have to keep it overnight but that they would let me know, an hour before they closed Dean the the service representative helping me called me to say that the truck was ready. I drive back the truck back to Los Angeles and after starting it a second time I noticed the same Preform service and fuel filter required are alerts are still showing on my dashboard and even the sticker on the windshield wasn’t updated. It honestly looks like I paid $819 and they didn’t end up doing anything to the truck but the recall it had.

Comment: When I dropped off my 2014 ram for a radiator fan issue on Saturday I was told by Service advisor Dean that that it would be looked out by Monday or Tuesday I went by 2 times once on Tuesday and he said called the tech and it should be ready to go by Friday. On Thursday I texted he said he was at a doctors appointment and his boss would let me know about the inspection on that day come Friday I still hadnt heard anything so I went in and he was off work so another service advisor said he would check and he found out it hadnt even been looked at and probably wont be looked at till the following Monday April 22,2024or Tuesday the 23rd Dean had told me on Tuesday that if I needed a rental Chrysler would pay up to 15 dollars a day since there are recalls so I rented a car and was charged 50 bucks a day a total of 300 dollars for 6 days and then the truck was finally looked at on Tuesday the 22nd of April and he said its a bad fan but the recalls were already fixed so Im confused how in one day all the recalls are fixed on it seems a little fishy to me so I was out of a truck for 12 days just for a 225 diagnosis of a bad fan

There were also two recalls the high pressure fuel pump (that I didnt think would ever be resolved) and a rear axle seal both done. They also changed oil, rotated tires and changed out the fuel filter. All of this was completed in just two days. Many thanks to Paul the service writer and the techs. Jobs well done.

Comment: Dealt with the rudest person Ive ever encountered in a professional situation. After obviously being confused by his explanation of ser ice packages. the bill was 3X what I expected. Upon me realizing the confusion and stating it, his response was No, I explained it clearly and refused to even recognize the confusion. Hes obviously never dealt with a lot of people. and certainly doesnt recognize that there are 2 people involved in a conversation, and unless he can read minds, certainly doesnt know whats on anothers mind. I taught classes in Aerospace and to the Air Force, and the same words dont always click in everyones mind. We had a very interactive dialog, and asking for a breakdown on services in the 4wd package seemed to irk him. Apparently they expect all of us to know their packages as if we worked there. Service got done,but having the girl outside where I waited too busy texting on her cell phone to page Justin, and another guy doing so after noticing Id been standing there waiting. Ive never in my life had a conversation with someone, misunderstanding is discovered, and one person refuses to recognize that there was a breakdown in communications. If you ever go to this dealer, make sure to ask all the questions you have. If your purchasing, get itin writing! I had issues with features stated for the vehicle that were only true after i had to purchase upgraded equipment. check the stated towing capacity and then have them look at your bumper, etc and youll find youll need to spend a few hundred more to make it so.Ive had issues with these guys every time Ive had it in for service. Ive just never been upset enough to leave a review.

Comment: Worst service ever! Promised a car to drive while van in their service department for a scheduled in advance warranty repair. They said they needed the van for 48 hours to diagnose the issue, which then turned into 72 hours. They didn’t have a car for me to drive for a week, then when they said to get a rental car as it was covered by my warranty. They had the van another week and a day. Mean time the cheapest rental car cost me $400! So far after contacting Chrysler twice, after more than 6 months and no reimbursement of rental fees, not one cent!I don’t plan on taking my van to them for service ever again or ever buying another vehicle from them!! They don’t hold to their word at all! Also, someone there responded to my comment and asked me to call them, I tried and was told that Daniele doesnt work there anymore and they didnt tell me if anyone had or was going to take her position. Not surprised!

Comment: My experience was excellent. The sellers name is Christian, excellent. And he fulfilled everything he offered me at the beginning. In the end, I was very happy. They were very professional. The jeep gladiator came up with a detail the next day and they gave me another car on the spot and then when The car was ready and they offered to take the car to my house. I live 50 miles from the dealer. I went to more than ten dealers and when I got to the end of the business they all wanted to change the price. This dealer was the only one who complied with me. They helped me a lot and they helped me. They made you feel very good. The treatment and service was excellent. I recommend it 100%.

Comment: After several interactions with other Jeep dealerships that left me quite annoyed with inefficiencies and lack of consideration for my time, Orange Coast was a breath of fresh air. It was easy to book my appointment, get checked in by a service writer who was clear about what I should expect and how long it would take. Dave advised me that one of the recall services for my Wrangler may take longer than I expected and we scheduled a time when I could come back and get a loaner so that the service could be done without having to worry about getting my vehicle back within a specific amount of time. All in all, a much better experience than Ive had at several other dealerships in the Greater LA area.

Comment: On February 12th i made a 200 miles round trip to Orange Coast Chrysler and Dodge so they can take care of a minor problem that happen with a used car that i purchased from them early January 2024,sins i was told i have 2 month warranty i took the day off and made the drive,they offered me a loaner but i thought if this can be taken care off the same day i just wait till its done. Of course the item wasnt covered and i had to pay,Two days later i received a email from the service department asking me about my experience and if there was anything else they can do for me,so i emailed them back expressing my thoughts that i wasnt happy with the service and that i shouldnt have paid for the repair sins i havent even put 500 miles since i bought the car, the repair was only $230.00 but still i have just dropped $44k for that car and i think they shouldve just repaired it for free, also after i left the dealership a tire low pressure warning came on. Comment: This is the worst dealership that I personally know of and Im 51 years old. If you think your car is safe while being serviced I will tell you youre wrong. My Dodge was stolen while it was being serviced and what really funny is that not only did my car go missing from service but the key also went missing. And then to top things off the dealership has no desire to catch the thief. Theyre not willing to look at the cameras, multiple cars have been stolen from the dealership and they dont get a better system in place or maybe higher security. On top of that the dealership was so difficult to deal with after the vehicle went missing. I dont know the exact amount but Im going to guess that I left over a dozen messages for managers to call me back. Never once did they give me the name of their insurance company. Never once did they offer me a Rent-A-Car. On top of that they didnt even help me get back into a New vehicle, no special deal or discounted price. Basically its my opinion that I was treated the exact opposite way should have been treated with This type of situation.I talked to a guy who had his Toyota Tacoma stolen from a Toyota dealership. The dealership mustve apologized to 60 times to this person. They immediately got him a Rent-A-Car, they immediately contacted their insurance company, they called the police didnt force the customer to call the police. They all sat down and watch the cameras and they saw how the thief enter the property and then how the thief just literally drove off the property. Then when the individual got paid off from the insurance company he got less than the new vehicle was gonna cost and the dealership made him an amazing Lio offer because they wanted him to be happy. It is my opinion that this Particular Dodge dealership doesnt care if Im happy and they certainly dont care how I was treated during this situation.By the way the car that was stolen was a four-year-old widebody Dodge hellcat with roughly 10,000 miles on it. Literally this time next year the car will be irreplaceable. They only hellcats left for sale are the ones that are on the dealership lots and most dealerships have them marked up $25,000When my car was stolen my wife posted something on the Nextdoor app. Before the end of the weekend multiple people private messaged my wife saying that they had similar situations at the dealership. Cars being driven and accidents happening and then the dealership claiming that it happened while on a test drive. In fact when I talked to a manager about this alleged offsite car accident someone in service got really defensive telling me how it was an accident the vehicle was being serviced but when you talk to the owner of that vehicle he tells you a completely different story.All I know is that I will never take a vehicle to the dealership ever again

I was promised to receive a response regarding the status of my Jeep in 48 hours, but never received a response. I had a conversation with Neil and was promised a call back but never received an update. Gave them my updated contact information twice. 1 week later I called asking for my truck. Guy was calling my outdated number. Emailing the wrong email. After 1 hour of making sure he got my email correct, he sent me the quote. The quote is for each problem diagnosed separately. Doesn’t explain anything. You have to accept each diagnosis problem. Can’t seem them as a list. Price is without labor. They don’t have the parts for a recall that’s 3 years old. Don’t have the parts for the problem at hand. I asked for them to diagnosis the problem and was never told it was going to be 225 dollars. Went to pick up the truck. Well it’s not ready. I told them I wouldn’t be getting work done there. They still had the truck torn apart. Had to come back 2 hours later. Always a terrible, and way over priced visit to the dealership. One day I’ll learn my lessson

They also did not have any courtesy vehicles so I was renting a car from Enterprise out of pocket and not being able to get updates regarding a tentative timeframe in which my vehicle would be done made of very difficult to judge how many days I should continue to rent from Enterprise. By the end of the 2 week mark, Ryan, of one of the service managers, got a hold of me to give me a thorough update (first service manager, Ferdie, did not call me back even after the scheduler said she left him a message to call me). Ryan was amazing, very professional, and did a great job at service recovery to smooth things over. It was honestly a very disappointing experience working with Brandy and being told by numerous schedulers that they would have someone call me back in which I heard nothing. Comment: Working with Justin was fine, I had worked with him before.I am giving this dealer 1 star because of the way the dealer handled things and mainly because of the Ally extended warranty that I got with my Challenger back in 2017I dropped my Challenger off on June 14th because of a window smart glass issue, the driver side window was acting bizarre…rolling up and down a quarter inch when I shut the car off. Also, my Uconnect was freezing up 5 percent of the time first thing in the morning.Justin told me they would need my car for a week to figure it out. They used to give out loaner cars but do not anymore, so instead of paying for a rental car, I had to take the bus to work and be carless.After the first week, I called him and he told me they were very close to being done.2 weeks later (now 3 weeks total), I got a text stating what was recommended to be done, including some services I didn’t even ask for. I figured I would get some things done since it was already there.One of the services was something that Ally would actually cover, but I was told they were waiting for an Ally inspector to get there.Another thing they recommended was to calibrate my window that was acting up. $289 just for that, no actual parts, just calibrating. They also said my Uconnect failed an update, so I was okay to just deal with it since it was not covered under Ally.1 week later (now 4 weeks total they had my car) I was finally able to pick it up after I complained to Justin on the phone about it. The dealer just went ahead and approved the work instead of waiting for Ally.When I picked it up, the window worked perfectly, but my Uconnect display did not work at all, but the radio still works. I just do not have a display anymore. (which also means NO backup camera)1 week later, the same driver window started acting up. I took it back a few days later after making an appointment, but eventually was turned away being told they were too backed up.I am contemplating going back soon, but I just might go to my usual mechanic because he actually gives out loaner cars. Maybe I will have him look at the Uconnect as well.There is absolutely no reason why you should have somebody’s car for 4 weeks. If I had another car and wasn’t bus bound for so long, I might not have been as upset about it.Update:Since my review 4 weeks ago, my driver window is now working just fine. A couple weeks ago, my uconnect display started to work, but after 2 days it went out again.In the meantime, the general Manager who reached out to me after my review STILL hasnt got a hold of me even after I left a few messages and a couple voicemails.this feels like deja vu. I figure not only does the dealer not care about the customer, then neither does the management.

Comment: BEWARE Ladies!!! Did not have a good experience and unfortunately that is the reason for the 1 ⭐️. My Fiat needed major repairs, I came here bc it was AAA certified and diagnostic was supposed to be free. Jose my consultant was very hard to get ahold of and was not giving me any updates after I approved the major repairs. Not only was the quote significantly higher ($1,300 more) than I was told but they did not honor my 10% discount since I was referred through AAA. I believed in good faith they would honor their estimate and if anything changed they would contact me. They had my vehicle for about 6 weeks, when it was finally ready Jose and his assistant Andrea were not there to review my charges with me. They technician handed me my keys and I drove off without paying the invoice. No one there realized I had not paid since they obviously don’t communicate with customers or their employees. First thing Monday, Andrea was blowing up my phone threatening legal action if I would not pay. I told her I would be in after work on Wednesday and needed a manager to explain to me how my estimate went from $3,400 to $4,700? They gave me a small discount still no where close to the original estimate. They offered a free 1st oil change as a unhappy customer recovery. I have opened a complaint against them with AAA and will also be opening complaints with any government agencies that oversees the dealership. This is not how to conduct business, especially when it comes to someone they see as a easy target.

Comment: Dean over there is great and I will be back because of his service and responsiveness.My cars AC was acting odd and not pumping out cold air, so I took it over here and met with Dean. Dean asked me a few questions and then predicted it was my evaporator in my AC system and briefed me how intense the fix would be and what the potential cost would be. These guys ran the diagnostics and turns out it was exactly as Dean predicted!I mean, I was bummed that I had to fix this in my Jeep, but it wasnt their fault and Dean knew exactly what it was. Dean told me the cost estimate before they performed the diagnostic, which that was exactly how much it actually cost after tax and everything. Dean scheduled Lift rides to drop me off and pick me up at my house and back to the Dealership (at no cost to me) and at the end gave me a free car wash at Fast Five across the street. Great experience.Because of Dean I will be back if I have an issue with my Jeep.
