Our sump pump failed during a very rainy time. We were able to get a plumber out that day to replace the pump and ServPro was out the same day.Colt gave us all the options/recommendations that we needed to make our final decision. They are working direct with our insurance company for our claim.The cost of the water restoration was not cheap, but that may just be how things go. Our priority was getting the issue fixed ASAP, which they did!

I went from crying in our family room, completely overwhelmed from the damage all around me, to feeling like everything was going to be OK - all thanks to these amazing people. Choosing to go with Servpro made all the difference in our remediation. They came out with less than a day’s notice to assess what had happened - during a holiday week no less. They guided us through the entire restoration process, helped us with outside vendors for specialty services, and made sure that we always knew what was happening and what to expect. They worked around some unique situations we had and prioritized things that would get us back in our home as soon as possible. We could not have gotten through this without them.We called two or three other remediation companies along with Servpro and left messages. One couldn’t even assess the damage for a week, one didn’t even bother to call back. After the latest power failure in days, we had 4 inches of water throughout our basement. I reached out to ServPro and they were here the same afternoon. Even without power they were able to suck some of the water out of our carpet. As soon as power was restored, they were back to finish the job. They were courteous, professional, extremely easy to work with, and always had smiles on their faces. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any of your needs; especially in an emergency.

Servpro of Rochester, Michigan was very professional and I have nothing but great things to say. Their staff was very helpful and friendly and answered any questions I had. I called to report that my basement had flooded and they were able to send a crew out right away. During the set up and closing out the job, they made sure to put down blankets and plastic to protect the areas of my house they had to walk through to get to my basement. Servpro made this process very easy and stress free. I’d highly recommend Servpro of Rochester to my friends and family if they were ever in need of restoration work. They did an excellent job!

James and Alex from ServPro came to my house to inspect a mold scent issue in my basement. They were both knowledgable, thorough, and friendly. A small section of drywall needed to be removed to inspect the area behind it, and James cut it with such precision and care that Ill be able to hang it back in the same spot. Our sump pump went out in our basement, water was everywhere. Servpro showed up immediately after the plumber left. The women that packed out our basement were awesome! It was a very smooth process. I would definitely recommend them!
