The customer service is amazing. They went above and beyond to not only help us, but they took time to talk to my 7 year old instead of ignoring him like some people do. He said they you for helping me with my Pokemon card. ❤️

Outstanding customer service!! First visit to the Fenton location, won’t be the last. Trey took excellent care of me. I was afraid I wouldn’t arrive prior to close. He assured me that he would have paint ready and would wait for my arrival if required. I arrived 2 minutes prior to close. Trey greeted me with a smile & 5 cans of paint!!! To top off my great experience, he ran my paint sample out to my car that I left in the store. This was Trey’s first day on the job. Fenton store hired a winner. He deserves a raise!!! Greatly appreciate your awesome Custer service, Trey. Thank you:)

The guy that was working there today not only complained about his job but my mother and wife were treated like they were imposing on him for help. I am done holding my tongue on these bs employees. These businesses need to start holding their people accountable for the way the act. I will be going back to grand blanc where they treat people with respect .

My wife moved a lot from one new house to another when she was younger. In her mind, when a house stops smelling like new paint, its time to either paint again, or move...She also tends to collect old paint, stores it properly, but frequently has to have it reshaken for another project.The folks here have happily helped her rescue old paint, or select a new paint + supplies for the gajillion projects weve done in the 20 years weve been in our Fenton area home.

Customer service at this store is always excellent. The employees are so knowledgeable and helpful. Even with the extra work and stress of adapting to the pandemic situation, we received wonderful service with kindness. Great paint and great store! Thank you!

Store was clean. Employee didnt have much knowledge about painting, just kept telling me hes never painted before so he wasnt much help. At least the employee was nice enough to try and help me though, Manager saw the employee struggling to help me and he immediately ran into the backroom to hide. Definitely will be sticking to my normal Sherwin-Williams store in Hartland. A longer drive, but worth it to talk to employees that have knowledge about the items they are selling.

Ive always had good experiences at this store until the last week. Over that time, I have worked with staff that clearly are uncertain about the product and are unwilling to admit that. It appears to me that when they are in doubt they just give a non-answer spin then repeat that stands by that answer.I ordered paint that would be easy to wash over the phone only to arrive and see on the display that the paint they sold me had the lowest washability rating. When i asked about the differences of luster, I was told I just needed to buy what I wanted without explanation about the differences. When I pressed further, I was again told I just needed to order what I wanted.I assume this has to do with this being a low staff store, employee turnover, etc. Perhaps they learn on the job and I was unlucky to come in at the wrong time when inexperienced staff were working. Whatever the reasoning, I dont think Ill be going back, Im unhappy to say, because I know this is the best product on the market. However, if Im being sold into the wrong product, what does being the best product matter?

There was only one young man working in there and he just took our paint color choices and didnt ask us one question. When had to yell our questions over the counter so we were sure we got the right paint. I guess I just expected better service from them.
