I tried calling a pointless robot picks up and doesn’t even understand my package number when i am reading it off the site given which is nike and i speak perfectly fine english. No point in running a business if you can’t even pick up a phone.
Quick, friendly and efficient staff. Im always impressed with how easy it is to collect my packages. Combined with the excellent FedEx app, its always a pleasure to work with FedEx for any of my shipping needs.
Helpful, but wasnt accurate. Said my package was currently out for delivery yet still have been delivered over 24 hours later.

Friendly staff, but if a package is still in a can they wont let you pick it up. Had a package sit there for two days and they didnt unpack the can until just before sheduled delivery on the last day. Theyre unwilling to go around that policy. They are also short staffed, with one person working during the rush of people coming in on their lunch hour which causes big delays. Road into the building has deep ruts and potholes that are difficult to navigate around in a passenger car. Location could use improvements in infrastructure, process flexibility, and staffing levels.
Cindy had possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Extremely rude, ignorant, and has no idea what their policies are. Id I could give 0 stars I would unfortunately I cannot portray her incompetence correctly with this rating system.
Excellent customer service. Jeri went above and beyond to help us solve a shipping problem that fed ex via the phone was unable to resolve. This location was clean, tidy, friendly, and extremely helpful. Thank you again, Jeri!
If you are shipping anything back from Walmart delivery, dont take it here. Take it to the FedEx in front of Hobby Lobby.
Very convenient and has an automatic door that is nice when you are carrying a big heavy package in to ship. Always very friendly people to wait on me at the shipping desk. I go here often for years. I highly recommend!
Terrible customer service, their incompetence is immeasurable. They lost my package and are doing nothing that find it to resolve it. All I get is excuses and lies about what their going to do and then unsurpringly no response or correction.

Worst service ever ,I was 3 different stories why my package wasnt delivered, unreal how the store front service help was very rude
They found a package in the warehouse that wasnt due to arrive at my home for a few days. I saw on my tracking where it arrived there on a friday ans was due to be delivered on monday. I went and asked if they could find the package because it was a pair of glasses for ny son. They did it quick and it helped me out greatly!

I try not to get things shipped through Fedex. They repeatedly send my packages and my neighbors packages to the wrong house. With any international packages I get its normally a hassle to deal with the staff in the shipping center. Lots of complaining about doing their jobs or handling packages.

2022-05-10Everytime I visit this establishment the workers pretend like they dont see me while I am standing there waiting for help and mind you the store was completely empty on two of these occasions. I will not be returning again.

2022-01-24One star only because I have to. Signature required delivery, home waiting when it was supposedly delivered and signed for. Cant show me signature, no GPS in driver vehicle, but he SAYS he gave it to me, so I must be lying. Whole company is a mess. Untrained subs and no accountability top to bottom. Use UPS. Use USPS. Drive it there yourself. Anything is better than FedEx right now.

2021-10-05Whoever was working the front desk at 10:30am this morning needs to find a new job. You dont get to shout over customers and accuse shippers of not sending the package when FedExs tracking system fails. Yell and shout over me all you want, but my customers package was in the back right where I said it would be. Its amazing that your manager had no trouble finding it after you tried to tell my customer there was no way to find it of the tracking number was wrong (which it wasnt). Get fired.

2021-11-30FedEx could not get my address location correct. Kept stating they attempted delivery when they did not, or at least they were attempting at the wrong address. Couldnt actually talk to anyone in shipping or that could get a message to the driver. Only thing is an 800 number that does Not connect to anyone local, or going on the website. Talked to Maureen in tech department, literally hung up in tears, and will Never choose FedEx again, not ever.

2021-11-10Quick service and friendly staff. When I was waiting for someone to retrieve my package, another exployee walked out looking like they were clocking out and they made sure that I was already appreciated.I was in and out within 10min.

2021-08-06This is the actual ship center where they can print labels. Its important because if you go to a Walgreens site where they have FedEx thats just picking up or dropping off a package They dont have any way to print a label or anything like that. Just so you know if you do need to return something that this is the place you have to go.
