Sky Zone Trampoline Park in other cities:
This is a great trampoline park, well maintained and well staffed. My only complaint is pretty much everybodys complaint, the rates are prohibitively high for the service provided. My suggestion is to keep the cost the same but change from 90 and 120 minutes, to 4 and 8 hours. This would also likely raise concession sales quite a bit so be prepared for that.
It’s a huge place and they have a lot to do…however, the staff doesn’t do a good job monitoring the park. There were many safety hazards; me and my friend were in the foam pit with kids randomly jumping in all on top of each other and the working who was supposed to be watching and making sure everyone was following the rules was talking to someone else and then full on left and we never saw him come back. Little kids could have been deep in the foam pit and could have been suffocating and no worker was there. There were also little kids running around every where on the trampolines (which yeah they’re kids and it’s a trampoline park) but no worker was telling kids to be careful and watch were they are running. I can’t tell you the amount of times I almost hit a kid while I was jumping in my little square. Then there was a little boy in the girls bathroom with me and my friend. My friend had to hold the door for me since all but one of the doors are broken. The little boy was turning off the lights and was trying to find his mom. This all happened in the span of the 1 hour that we were there. Will not go back and will not recommend.
This place is great for kids, adults not so much. Before going to the location we checked out the website and saw that it looked good for adults and when we went in to pay we asked the cashier if the place was good for adults too she said yes. NOPE. Def not for adults! If you’re an adult it’s likely you won’t have as much fun as the kiddos lol
Reasons why we were approached by staff and asked to stop what we were doing all within 15 minutes of entering:While holding hands and jumping with my 4 year old, I was told my feet cannot bounce off the mat.I could not hold hands and jump with my 7 year old on the same mat.I could not lift my 4 year old to help him make a hoop. While my 7 year old was on the swing, and I was encouraging her to jump off, I was told “this is not a playground, if she can’t follow rules, she needs to get off”.We paid for adults to jump and asked for a refund after 15 minutes of being there.
Fun just had my daughters 7th birthday there it was great they assign a staff member to ur party and they do everything like having an extra set of hands and they arent the cheapest but they definitely arent the most expensive either. U get 2 hrs and I dont know about u but Ive been to too many parties and they usually last 6 to 8hrs so 2hrs was a welcome change and it was perfect. Will definitely do it again.
When I was there with my daughter the other day I noticed a kid was bullying another employee and talking fowl language this is a place for fun not to make fun or talk smack about another employee to other employees and think its funny. Little kids go here! I will not be going back I rather go to Westland.
I really enjoyed this park, it is a little old looking, some areas needed to be taped up and some of the covers of the springs were coming off, just had to be careful, cant expect perfection from kids play ground basically. It had concessions, it had a water fountain. Went while it was very slow, cheap entertainment for a 3 year old, and hour was probably too long, she was worn out at 30 lol
If I could I would leave 0 stars. Booked a bday party for 18 jumpers. The total was $500. I get there the day of the party and I only had 12 jumpers. My party package included drinks. Sky zone doesn’t even give you your party room until after your party is done jumping. That being said my jumpers had NO DRINKS for over three hours. I had to spend $50 at the snack bar to order drinks for my guests because they were dying of thirst. Then my jumpers are done jumping. Our room was supposed to be ready at 745. Didn’t get into our room until 815. Because of the employee mix up, the manager told me she would allow us to stay in the room until 9 due to the confusion. The rude lady with the party after us was rushing us out around 830. The host told me we wouldn’t have time to do gifts because the next party was here. Clearly management never told him the plan about having the room until 9. Anyways, we eat, have cake, gifts, and I go to the counter to finish paying the bill. He says I owe $250 still after we put the $250 deposit on the party when we booked it. I asked him why it was still $500 when I only had 12 jumpers? Employee informed me that the party package says” up to 18 jumpers”. So I say ok. I pay. I get home and look it up online. Never says anything about “up to 18 jumpers.” I called today to speak with management and they told me it’s either 12 or 18 jumpers and since we had 12 and 2 no shows, we were responsible for 18. So I paid $500 for 5 pizzas and 4 pitchers of pop with no refills because we only had the room for 35 minutes lol. I have had parties at chucky cheese, airtime, and the tailgate garage. NEVER HAVE I BEEN CHARGED FOR THINGS or PEOPLE WE DIDNT USE. I will never have a party here again nor will I ever visit this place again. the worst party I have had for my kid ever and the most expensive for basically nothing. Don’t ever go here. I also will be calling Corporate tomorrow. Also a side note, I found it very funny that I paid for 18 jumpers, but they still never gave me the gift bags or socks for the 6 kids I didn’t have show, but I was charged for. Very ironic. Save your money. This place is hungry.
We absolutely LOVE canton skyzone. Its our favorite one. Its always clean and ALWAYS friendly staff! Today we went for my sons birthday and this staff member in the picture was the sweetest! So caring and kind and was playing with kids the entire time we were there. I hope hes working every time we go. ❤ youre lucky to have such an awesome employee, skyzone!
Very clean and organized with extra workers for safety although only 25% customers.. had hand santizer and surface spray at multiple stations for precaution for covid..team members were on their job keeping safety of children with 6ft and 1per jumping square and no running and very friendly..ty for having a place for our large family of ten kids to go blow off energy from being indoor from winter cold, we appreciate all u do for our kids.
Do not come here on the weekend! This place was absolutely jam packed. There was no where to sit, no where to stand, and no where to jump. The several employees staffed had no idea what their own policies were and was causing a massive clog in the line, which lead to people loses jump time on tickets purchased online. We were asked at checkout if we wanted socks as if it were an option and then told once we got to the trampoline that it was a requirement, which cost us 30 minutes in the line. Once we got to jump, half the attractions were closed. This place is absolutely filthy and lacks organization. This particular Sky Zone, is literally a Chucky cheese in the heart of skid row.
Scheduled a birthday party on a Saturday in January. When we arrived we were notified that there was no heat to the building. This had been an issue since Friday (previous day). We were not notified prior to arrival, which would have been helpful.A small space heater was placed on the opposite side if the trampolines in an area where children could easily have burned themselves.
Fun for the kids. They had a blast.Very under staffed though. I felt bad for the people behind the counters. Oh! And there was a creeper in the ladies room. Crouched in the corner with most of his face concealed..ran out when I stared him down. It was weird. Brought it to workers attention they in turn informed the manager.. Be careful letting your little ladies go in alone.
What fun! I really enjoyed the ninja warrior stuff. Point of advice, Sat is dodge all the 2ft humans day. So If youre a full size human who wants to flip around, Id suggest stopping in during the week. Theres another trampoline park in Westland that looks a little cheaper but havent checked that out yet. All things considered $26 bucks for 90 min (sock price included ) was acceptable and everything there was clean and in working order. Family of four for a 90 min jump probably spend 120-150 bucks once you grab some water and food. Totally worth it, go sweat with your kids!!!!!!!!!
My names aj and some of the kids that go here know who I am especially parents as well I don’t recommend you bringing your children here their cleanliness rating is horrible they don’t cook their food all the way and they have horrible management and work ethic. Your kid is more at risk being at this Skyzone than he is going to school in the beginning of Covid!
It was a really great place the people there were very friendly very helpful we went there for my granddaughters birthday and there was a lot of people there but things were controlled my wife even bounced and she had a great time too. I would hardly recommend this place for an endeavor of whatever youre choosing to be and the prices were reasonable.
Not clean. Bathrooms need an overhaul as well. I think teen employees run the place never saw anyone very much older than that. The floors were pretty gross we had to pitch socks afterwards. Parking lot upon leaving was PITCH black. We couldnt see anything and the lot backs up to woods. Very nervous walking and driving through it. The long drive that leads you out to Mich ave isnt lit either. How the city allows that is beyond me.
Fun atmosphere for a family day out. Staff was friendly and polite. This location was very clean and staff wiped down tables regularly. Party pizza was not good. Very low quality taste. Eat before hitting the party if you are hungry. That was the only thing keeping this rating from a 5 star.
I booked a birthday party here for my 13 year old. After reading some bad reviews, I thought we were in for a rough night. Even though the pizza is small, expensive and tastes like cardboard, the party room was big and the staff was incredibly accommodating. My daughter likes this place better than Airtime. There are many obstacles for the kids to play on. Its not just trampolines.
A hidden gem; a great place to get the kids some exercise, and fun as a parent to spend quality time with them, too. The staff is nice; AJ gave my special-needs son a ball to play with by himself where hed be more comfortable, rather than him have to join the dodgeball game to get one.
Took my 3yr old for the Toy Story themed event. When we got there, there was only one other customer and she was walking out explaining that she tried to take her son to the event but the employee there had said they were not open. I went in to ask about it and she said that the times shown on their online ad was from corporate/incorrect . The employee said we can wait there until the event started but there were no other employees there yet to dress up as Toy Story characters. The one other customer eventually got a discount but the rest of us did not (there were several other families at this point).I was already planning on paying full price when I left my house that morning so it was no big deal. However, I was disgusted by the amount of trash on the seats, ground, and the trampolines. The lighting was bad so I didn’t get too many pictures but it was a mess. Super bummed that the craft and face paint advertised was a tiny table with a stack of Woody coloring sheets and face-paint crayons that you could apply yourself.... and they didn’t even work :(Buzz and Woody eventually came out but Buzz head kept falling off...The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because it was my only experience, others have told me good things about that SkyZone, and my son still had fun.
We prepaid for our reservation and ordered the food beverages when we checked in however we were called to the room late. Our pizza was luke warm and we were rushed out of the room however they allowed the jumpers to play an additional 2 hrs and deducted the pizza from the total.
This place was incredibly fun. Went for my sons birthday and I might have enjoyed it as an adult even more. Staff was nice, prices were lower than I expected. Most importantly the kids all had a blast and were asking when the next time we can go immediately after. With it being my first time we had an issue with getting waivers for all the kids, and the guy at the front counter handled it gracefully without seeming bothered, which I probably would have been. So thank you SkyZone!
Great trampoline park.Although the snack bar management sucks. It took me 20 minutes to get my fries because the worker was super slow placing them in the oven. It took my cousin 30 minutes just to get a cup of water. Other wise I love the attractions there. Great place for people all ages.
Had my sons 9th birthday party here. It was great and so easy. It is kind of busy but they kept to the time schedule pretty well. Worked with me on brining special food for my niece and nephew who have food allergies. All around great place. They had a lot to do. The kids loves the zip line into the foam pit and all the obstacles. The money is worth it. I do reccomend bringing your own veggie tray pizza isnt enough to fill everyone up. Pizza is alright but its what i was expecting. I also reccomend bringing your own table cloths and decorations.. Otherwise its pretty plain and basic. McKenna was our party host. Sweet girl and willing to help with anything. If you can request someone i vote on her.
Nice clean and price not to bad. First time in Michigan and was told to bring kids to this place. Very happy my children had a blast. Would give five stars if there was more selections fir food and snacks. Snack bar only had chips and nachos. Typical nachos that you can buy at a gasoline store. Other than that, would come again if we return to Michigan.
So so poorly ran trashy no supervision on employees behalf of other people around kids done what they wanted with nothing being said to them i will never ever bring my kids/grandkids back here at all employees all huddled up talking laughing NOT doing their jobs just horrible experience
My Grandkids had a great time. The place was not very clean I had to ask staff from the kitchen to please empty the trash next to the table and to Please wipe the table down and sanitize the table and chairs. Also it sucked that we were ready to order pizza for the family ( 11 of us) and were told we could not order pizza if we were not a party. That sucked being everyone expected to eat there and never on the website did it say this and I had to spend 80 dollars for junk ( drinks and pretzels)I will talk to managementAlso issue the tags kept falling off their shirts and they had to keep replacing them and get BACK IN Line.So Not a great experience But I have been there before and had good experience so I wont knock it hope management makes things better
My kid loves this place (reason for the 3 stars) but it’s going downhill. It’s dirty and not well maintained at all. The wipeout thing has been broken for a year. The big zip line had a knot or something in it, so it quite literally gives you whiplash when it gets halfway down. Skyzone really needs to do a big deep cleaning because it’s honestly just gross. The foam pits needs a huge over haul, at this point they need to put new foam in. But at the end of the day my kid enjoys it.
Most adults dont follow the rules or watch their own kids. Seemed over staffed, however, most of the staff was young and not really into watching the kids. It felt like I had to watch all the kids so nobody got hurt. Fun idea, but poorly executed.Bathrooms were disgusting. They clearly hadnt been cleaned the whole day. We all rather held it until getting home.
My wife and I took our kids to the canton location for the first time and the experience wasnt the best. My kids were singled out for having on Airtime socks. The same socks as skyzone socks just a different company lol..Instead of talking to us the parents they told my 7 and 4yr old you cant wear those socks ruining their experience. The WAIVER doesnt say they have to be skyzone socks. The concessions area was dirty the bathrooms was horrible. My kids did not want to use the bathroom I dont blame them. When I walked in my first thought was why did I spend my money to come here. My kids got singled out I clearly told them other kids are walking around with different socks but they didnt care about that. Thanks again for giving my kids a bad experience. I would never spend my hard earned money at a place like that again.
This a very bad place a man keeps coming to us and keeps being annoying what ever we do he kept following us to see what we are doing but we were doing good. And the mess in the place is so much. Bathrooms are very smelly and very disgusting it looks like they havent been clean since a long time ago my son was gonna go in but the bathroom was the worst. The food area is so mesy the workers are so slow at doing their job at the food station.
Not as nice as airtime. It cost 9.99 for an hour an a half. Its good for older kids not younger ones. We went there because airtime was closed. There its 5.00 for unlimited time. My grandson said he didnt like it. We will not go back. Staff was friendly and professional though. Just not a place for the younger kids in my opinion.
This place is horrible no food and bad service!!!! They need to train their staff what they have and don’t then ordered kids pizza girl had an attitude didn’t give me a number a hour goes by kids crying cause they hungry. I goes back up to ask about my pizza they like oh it’s sitting here where is your number like what number do now our time is up kids hungry and bow give me my money back!!! Over priced unprofessional and lack of training NEVER AGAIN
I waited over 25 minutes to check in for my party. There seemed to not be enough staff available for all of the attractions. The activities were also not well organized. The snack bar took forever. The pizzas were very small! The kids didn’t notice any of that and had fun. They loved the new attractions! The facility was clean. When they hire more staff, this place will be awesome. My party host was John. He was new and did a great job. He interacted with the kids and was very attentive. Overall it was good experience.
Not impressed. Called ahead of time to confirm everyone was open. Got a firm “yes”, so took the ride out with my kids. There were at least two major sections, closed but whatever we were already there. During check in, I was asked if we had our own socks, which I replied yes (we had brought socks from another park - they are all the same). So after about 15 minutes a manager flags us down and tells me I need to buy their socks. When I explained what happened at check in, she said “well they’re just teenagers”. Oh ok. What she should have said was “sorry sir you need to wear our socks , but since it was our mistake the socks are free”. There are better parks with nicer people. PASS
My son really enjoys it. They could use more seating for adults. We hadnt been in a few months, so decided to go today. I was not particularly happy about a policy change which went into affect this month: in order for you to be able to enjoy the entire facility, you have to purchase a full 90 mins. Although its only $20 (vs $14 for an hour), you dont really have much of a choice.
Best birthday party experience we ever had. The workers were great in getting the kids signed in and jumping on time. They really enjoyed their self. Our birthday party host Katie went well beyond what we expected of her to do. Really appreciated what she did. Will definitely do this again.
Came here for my sons birthday party and it was great. Staff were super friendly. Kids were wore out after an hour of jumping and that guy we had taking care of our group was great. Friendly and attentive, never had to ask him to do things he just jumped right in. Its great for a group of kids to have a party and your house stays a lot cleaner with this alternative. Lots of options for the kids to play on. Rock wall, zip line, swings, 2 dodgeball courts. Foam pits, three heights of basketball hoops to dunk on and some arcades and claw machines. The only drawback is they were out of Nachos.
My daughter had her birthday party at the Canton location and it was great. The kids jumped for 1.5hours and the updates to the park are awesome. The party room was setup and our host Angel passed out pizza and drinks to all the kids right away. I didn’t have to do anything, it was the easiest party I’ve ever thrown. She even packed up all the gifts and food for me. Price is comparable to other places in the area but well worth it. I didn’t have to clean up and it was stress free. I highly recommend to any busy parent. This has been our 3rd party and we will definitely be coming back.
They want you to wear a mask the whole time youre there to keep from spreading COVID but they dont even sanitize and disinfect correctly or properly to keep down the spread of anything from contact. My three-year-old instantly got sick just from playing in that place we wont be back
This park is great, there are a lot of things to do other than just trampolines. My favorite was the zipline. The only issue was wearing masks while playing and jumping, which is a good safety measure but its very tiring and you lose breath easily. Id probably go back after the Covid situation is better.
Had a party there , everything was amazing ! Great help and kids had a lot of fun. Would have been 5 star if they had better pizza to serve for my party, the XL 13.99 pizzas are very tiny, not so good pizzas. But the kids didnt mind and had a blast. I would have a party there again if my kids wanted it !Thank you Sky Zone !
Went with my kids today. payed full price. about 25% of the park was shut down. Two young assumed teenager employees told my kids that they couldnt use this equipment. Shortly after, another group of teens comes in and do a secret handshake with the employees.. Then, all of these kids start using the equipment that I was told was closed. Talked to desk. This teen didnt seem too bothered by it either. Left angry and frustrated... Great day off.
Great fun and wonderful way to wear off energy (kids) & great exercise for adults. Its a clean place to play for an hour or so. Upgrades are wonderful - rope ladder, climbing wall, zip lines, swings, and the wrecking ball are definitely. The staff was seemingly having a hard day, but they didnt dampen our fun! The kids were worn out and extra energy was gone....one slept all the way home. What fun.
I had high hopes since hearing about the updates, but I was very disappointed. You need to hire adults not kids to work here. NO ONE was paying attention to anything that was going on. My daughter is only 4 and was knocked down by kid who looked 13. There was no designated areas for younger kids so the older ones were running through them all. I hardly even saw a staff member and when I did they were talking with friends not paying attention to their areas. Unsupervised kids were knocking other kids down, cutting in lines, doing whatever they wanted. The bathrooms were dirty and disgusting. The whole place was dirty really. Lockers were out of service.
We were greeted and assisted at check-in. I was told that our hostess would introduce herself shortly to direct me to our room. She did not find me until 5 min prior to the our jump time ending. She directed me towards which room was ours and walked away. I rounded up our kids and we headed to the room. I then had to go ask for her to come back to the room. The pizzas arrived and the changes that I made over the phone, the day prior, were not made. 2 of the 3 pizzas were burnt. They are supposed to be large pizzas and they were smalls (I worked in a pizzaria, those were tiny pizzas). There were 2 pitchers of drinks and 1 water. I asked to receive the 3rd pitcher and we did not see our host again for 10 minutes. There were no napkins and I had to go get some from the bathroom to clean up a spill ourselves. When I was settling the bill I did complain about the incorrect order and the pizzas being burnt, I was given $15 off ( that doesnt even cover 1 pizza). I did notice that there is no attendant at the trapeze/swing and while reaching with the grabber for the trapeze, my 10 year old daughter lost balance and was able to swing out but the stick went with her and almost impaled her as she fell to the cushion.I do really love the additions to the trampolines however there is a safety issue with some of the activities not being supervised.I am saddened that once I complained at check out, the young man was smirking as if I was trying to get something for free. I had tipped our hostess, which was a stretch for the services provided. The $15 refund was a joke considering I had just dropped $325. In the future I would like to suggest that the hostess introduce themselves at check in and ask about needs periodically throughout the jump time. We had a need for band aids, questions about equipment or I could have asked her to man the trapeze area.
Clean and not overly full. Kids as well as us adults and lots of laughs. We went as a makeup from a bday party that was ruined under previous management and the employees may still be the same. While they were nice, everyone seemed confused both visits I’ve made here. Some teenage girls decided to dominate the foam pit and the supervisor allowed it (not sure if it was laziness or or race preferred). At first I told my daughter to wait her turn but 20 minutes later she comes and says these girls still wont let them go and so I went over myself to witness the rules not being enforced. These girls would jump kiddie corner to your trampoline before the person in line got a chance to go. I fixed it which shouldn’t be the solution but the went on their way. The machine for cards to play games only takes cash and is not labeled with anything that says the credit card part doesn’t work. An employee for a bag in the back full of cards with balances and found some we could pay for at the counter. All of that is a hassle and it would be nice to see the machine fixed.
Booked a party not a good experience. Staff is inexperienced or lack of motivation . I arrived 20min early. Wait in a line to be told our host would be handing everything. Waited patiently till my gusts started to arrive. I ended up going back up to wait in line and ended up sticking the children my self ! They were to start @ 4:30 but we didn’t jump till 4:55 . The party room experience was no better burnt pizza and waiting for cups spoons just one thing after another. Then getting rushed through cake & presents because we were told anther party needed the room!
I gave only 3 stars because while its a fun family friendly an environment, I didnt so much think its safe friendly. children are everywhere and children was in and out of main entrance. I think there should be someone at entrance to ensure no one is leaving with another person child. chuck e cheese they stamp your hands per group u with and cant leave unless u with your group or said guardians. Their staff was courteous and will go back. Besides that one flaw my family enjoyed themselves
Huge variety of safe yet challenging obstacles and fun attractions to experience. Each are a great way to remind yourself that youre getting old and cant move exactly like you used to. The hour before overestimating my fitness level and hurting my back in true old man fashion was fantastic! Recommend frequent and ample stretching to all attendees over 25 and youll have a blast!
Kids had a FABULOUS Time !!! Staff was friendly!!!!!When usually adventure to the one in Shelby township but we decided to try a different 1. I am glad we ventured just a little bit further. Highly recommend this 1..Much better then Going to Airtime in Sterling Heights or Troy, MichiganBoth of these could close their doors and people wouldnt shed a tear.. Both stores have rued, noxious, up tight, nasty people working at them.So Please stay with sky zone!!!!
This place has great potential, however its lacking in a few areas. Basing my review off of toddler time:1. Price - while they advertise $7/hour, be prepared to buy the socks for each kid jumping, plus socks for an adult if you would like to WALK on the trampolines. These ran $7/pair. Yes, the adults are not permitted to jump with their children at all.2. Staff is very young (most look like they are in high school) and it was irritating to constantly be reprimanded every 2 minutes. For example, my son brought a small toy puppy with him (just something he was attached to at the time) and was yelled at by a high schooler that he wasnt allowed to bring it in the jumping area, although the total amount of kids there had to be maybe 5. I guess I dont get the set of rules they put out, even for little kids. Way too strict.3. Nothing is really open - the food stand or whatever wasnt open, the arcade games werent turned on, and you get to bounce in between 2 different courts - one was a bunch of trampolines, the other was a foam pit. Really lacked options, especially for my energetic 2 year old.4. I think if the appropriate staff was hired and trained, this place would have way better reviews going for it.I also recommend leaving valuables in your car and just using the cubbies by the entrance to the trampolines to save from buying a small locker to store your stuff in.***EDITCame back here in 2020 and the whole place has been remodeled and added way more obstacle courses, activities, etc. I was really impressed with the update. Not to mention, I didnt feel hounded while there with my child. We also got to do just about every activity available (foam pit, swing, etc.) we WILL be back for toddler time!
Definitely a cool place! I enjoyed myself while I was there. Is big enough to not feel cramped if theres alot of people there. The ceiling was leaking, but the had it marked so you knew it was wet, unfortunately it was over part of the free jump area. Other then that it was cool, its a little over priced, but what isnt in todays world.
I love the remodel with the Parkour sections added. My kids always have a blast. On the flip side, check in is always a test of patience. Waivers are always lost, even if you were just there you have to redo it. Staff watching the areas seem nonexistent at most times. Management needs to take note of improvements to be made!
We attended the Minions event and from the moment we walked through the door we were immediately greeted with smiles and great attitudes. My son was the only child there and the staff member who was dressed in the minion outfit was out and playing with him the entire time. Unlike other places they didn’t just brush him off because he was the only one. The entire 90 minuets they ran around and played with him. I cannot thank the staff enough for not only their professionalism but For playing with my son as well. He had a smile from ear to ear and continues to tell everyone about his time with minion “bob”. We will definately be attending the toddler times and bringing along his friends as well.
This place is a family and child friendly. It’s full of fun activities such as trampoline, dodgeball, skyslam, zip line, etc. They also accommodate special events such as birthdays and parties. They also have a time slot for toddlers zone to jump with parents. Kids night out and family pack are available. They also accommodate Birthdays, parties and facility rentals. Staff is nice and helpful. The hourly rate are on the high side, even prices for more than an hour are ridiculously expensive especially if you have more than two children. Parking is always available and in and out access is easy. I hope they reduce the prices to make it much more affordable. Overall, I recommend it.
I just would like to say this was all of our 1st time attending any Sky Zone Park. We were there on Jan 25th to celebrate my daughter bday, and we had an AWESOME time from each staff member I interacted with to all of the activities inside. I want to especially give a huge shout out to our hostesses for the evening Makenna and Mellisa (in training). You two were Awesome! We really appreciate the both of you. Very helpful, respectful and professional. They kept check on us while the kids were playing to see if we needed anything or if it was anything they could do.This location was a nice drive for us, but it was truly worth it. We will be back again, and hope we have the same experience.Satisfied customer
Way too many people and understaffed.Teenagers running around flying into foam pits where little kids are playingEmployees dont care... There just hang out and let this happen. 2 ambulances were there in 2 hrs we were there for injuries. We were there for a birthday party and the pizza they got from sky zone was awful! It was like microwave pizza from Dollar store. A couple of pizzas were frozen in the center when they served it.Unreal how unorganized and understaffed this place has become. It was fine before the renovation.STAY AWAY if you value your sanity, safety, and your money!
My daughters birthday party went very smoothly here. And although there were no problems while we were there, I couldnt help but to think that this place is an accident waiting to happen. It seems like near total chaos from the moment you enter until the moment you are safely in your car, driving away.
COVID Central! Have seen two whole families on separate occasions get COVID after going to this place. It start out with the child getting it and not experiencing the worst symptoms; but bc of them, it spreads throughout the whole family and can have very severe affects on the parents/older people of the family. No protocol are being ensured to follow.. I get it’s hard to make sure everyone follows rule, but the establishment has to do what they can to prevent an outbreak.
My sister just had my nephews birthday party here. Her party assistant was great! Very helpful and made it possible for my sister to enjoy the party, as well. I wish I could remember her name, so I could give her a shot-out! I live Downriver but would come here instead of the Sky Zone by my house, as this location is way better.
Great place to have the kids waste some of that winter blues energy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Maybe need to step up the pizza game cuz its not as tasty as Id like but the kids smashed on it. Adults can get in on the action too and show their kids that trying something scary is possible...and its okay to fall on you butt.Six stars!
This place is cool. My kid peed in the kids section. But they cleaned it and had to let it air dry. So, they let her jump with me (yes I changed her).I also had my birthday here and it was super affordable, plus the icecream cake was eggselent.... A couple people didnt show up so they gave me hr long jump vouchers that were usable for a year.
My boys love this place. There is a lot to offer, most of the staff is friendly, but the lockers provided to lock up your coat, shoes, purse, etc are either broken, have missing keys or the coin slot is jammed. The Canton location was being remodeled/freshened up while we were there last so I’m excited to see how it will look next time.
Was super cool layout for the kids, nice place for adults to sit as well.. Lots of activities thr kids had a blast..... But..... Bathrooms were not good. No toilet paper in one, but the toilet paper key was in the hole, next bathroom has toilet paper but was filthy, third stall ... Broken door. Spills or some kinda liquid everywhere, they did put wet floor signs over whatever the stuff was. Staff was nice, but waiting ten minutes for someone to come to the concession stand.. When u order cant pay at that counter.. I had to go to the front counter pay then get the only thing I ordered a large slushie that was $3.70... They might need a senior manager to help put. They staff was nice, super young xbut very friendly
Went to toy story jump my boys loved it. Woody was really good with the kids and playing with them. However their was 20 mins left my son went over to color and a staff member got mad because she was cleaning up the markers already so she threw the markers down on the table and shouted off course as soon as I start picking it up. I paid for this event all my son wanted to do was color a toy story pictures and she gets an additude with a 3 year old boy. Also said there was face painting and there was not.
Had a great time w/ 6 kids, ages 4-12 & 2 parents to watch! Be aware you have to buy their Skyzone socks & fill out online waivers. But friendly, responsive service- they turned music down a bit for our littles, staff watched & chatted w/ parents while kids jumped. Wide variety of trampolines, dodgeball courts, foam pits, zipline, warp wall, ninja warrior type course, ramp up to seats for parents, grands, strollers.Canned goods donation deal made it a good time/great deal for us!
My son and his friends had a great time jumping, and the attractions were being monitored. The facility overall was a bit neglected. Bathrooms were out of toilet tissue and garbages were overflowing. There were sticker papers, empty sock packages, trash and used food containers sitting around wherever adults could sit while kids jump. I felt cautious about sitting anywhere or touching anything. It was clear that we were there at the end of the day, as there appeared to be no maintenance throughout the day. Toward the end of the jump (10 minutes to spare), a few the staff were gathered together talking and laughing, jumping and yelling out “Time to go!” Prior to the end of the session. It was awkward. I think this is a great activity for kids during the winter, but it would be awesome if one didn’t feel like they needed to head out before time was over or as though they needed a shower, especially if they hadn’t jumped.
This is not our first time to the trampoline park. This is always a giant win with the kids because of course, they can just go run off all the energy they have. The staff are courteous and helpful. I only take away a star because some of the machines and a bathroom sink were out of order.
I have taken groups of students to this location 3 times now. I am fed up with the staff. Its one thing to enforce the rules. The staff were jerks to the high school and middle school aged boys and girls. It was also apparent that some staff were playing dodge ball off-duty. But the off-duty staff continued to boss teenage customers around while they were participating. Killed the fun environment. When courts were too full, customers were ordered off the court, while off-duty staff remained automatically in games. I could not believe the favoritism and unfairness. These kids had paid to play...but they werent as important. The staff yelled louder and meaner at this point. One of the off-duty staff even flipped a kid off because he wouldnt leave the court if the other staff players werent leaving. That is unacceptable for this environment. Also, I reserved tickets via phone a month in advance. I had my receipt of full-payment. They couldnt find it. It was a headache checking in, even though I did my due everything I could beforehand.A trampoline park is a great idea, but expect untrained and immature staff overall.
Very disappointed in their party coordination. Upon arrival there were multiple parties checking in which made it very disorganized. We were supposed to start jumping at 530pm and by the time they got the carts together for shoes/coats we were standing around not knowing what to do, finally I had to ask and they said they could go jump.I was never explained that we wouldnt have access to all the appetizers I brought in or the unlimited fountain pop until we got to the party room at 7pm. So for the 1.5hrs that the kids were jumping, all the parents sat around in the food court area and started buying drinks from the stand.I was also told someone would come get me 10mins before the party room time at 7pm to set up the room and that the coordinator would gather the kids. It wasnt until 705pm I was told the room was ready (never was brought back early) also was told I had to go get the kids myself. Now its almost 715pm and were just now in the room to eat. The pizza was gross, I could have bought a better frozen pizza down the road from Walmart. Their pepsi machine was broken so they passed out pepsi from the fountain machine that was gross to everyone. The kids had a great time but overall I was not impressed and would not have a party again there.
My son loves this place! If you’re bored or the weather is bad or if you just feel like trying something different you’ll want to check this place out. Tons of trampolines, dodgeball and just added some new American Gladiators looking stuff too. The workers are always friendly to us as well...which means a lot as my son has autism and doesn’t always understand every rule. But they are so kind and we always feel comfortable. Crowds vary dramatically depending on whether birthday party is going on. Even during a bday there’s plenty of room and space. I’d say an hour is perfect amount of jump time but obviously YMMV. They also have some games like air hockey and the claw game where you try to grab a prize etc. Parents can monitor for free and do NOT have to buy jump time. 2 minutes from Michigan Ave and I-275. Definitely worth going if your child likes trampolines. Also really fun for a birthday party which is how we originally found this place.
Shame on me for not reading the reviews that stated it is expected for a 2 y/o to jump by himself. I did ask at the front of there was an area good for our son, which they responded yes with no hesitations. They could have been more up front. There was no one in the area, but they still enforced the rule that 2 y/o on side and parents on other side that is a good 20 feet away. Do not recommend for families with kids under probably 4.
It was clean, well maintained and fun looking. However, the packages for jumps per hour pale in comparison to AirTime. Employees were attentive but the music was lacking making the atmosphere less festive. Huge space and great potential for birthday parties if You like. However food seems almost scarce due to its exclusion from most of the packages without an extra push from your wallet. Its ok.
We went for glow jump on a friday night and it was so terrible...not enough staff to fix the zip line and help kids - young staff members were hanging around each other instead of spread out. Friends of staff members were taking the basketballs out of the basketball area and allowed to play a street game in pne of the main walking areas so my kids couldnt get through. A huge group of boys were running back and forth across the open jump areas on everyone elses jump spots with no staff member redirecting them. This group of boys tried starting a fight with another smaller group of boys - they were swearing and making terrible racial comments, which my younger ones heard. When we left, another group of teenagers followed us to our car- accusing us of stealing their cell phone and swearing at us. My 8 year old daughter was terrified because thry came right up to our car. Get it together Canton! In years past we have been to this location with no issues and most of Canton is such a nice area, but this place has gone seriously down hill fast! I will probably not be back to this location again and will probably not be back to Sky Zone...there are other places. I wish I could give it zero stars.
This is a clean, neat, attractive facility but the staff ruined the experience by over-policing the play time. The staff were constantly barking about safety and not breaking any rules, trust me it was extremely annoying for me as an adult. Kids will enjoy, but not very fun for adults.
The facility, equipment wise, is great. However, every time we have come here, the place is gross. The restrooms and the seating areas are just disgusting. Granted, we came for Jumpapalooza which doesnt start until 9 pm, but regardless, there is no excuse for this level of filth. Tables with trash all over them, spills all over the tables, trash all over the floor, dirty toilets, toilet paper all over the restroom, bathroom counter tops drenched in water. The staff is pretty inattentive, so I guess Im not surprised. Last week, I stood at the concessions for about 10 minutes before the guy running the concession stand finally decided to end his conversation with the girl at the check-in counter and come over and help me. He could see me standing there the whole time. According to my son, anything goes in dodgeball -- including head and face shots. Its reasonably priced and a great way for kids to burn off energy, but if youre a germaphobe, youll have a panic attack. If management would set higher expectations for the staff, this place would be really great.
They are not handicap accessible, im in a wheelchair and the door is not automatic. Then i had to sign a waiver and the computer monitors are only accessible by standing up,which i have a difficult time doing, and im only 411 and the monitors are at least 510 or more,no one to offer any help..i brought my grandson there.i realize most handicap people dont come here, but needs to be more accessible for the ones that do..over all the activities were very good and the place was reasonably clean.
Poorly managed with lack of coordination. We pick different venues every year for our kids birthday parties and so far weve had great experiences with Life Time Fitness, Pump-It-Up, and Hands on Museum. We are not picky customers at all, we dont mind paying an extra buck as long as we get what we need and it takes a lot to have us provide negative feedback. This was by far the worst experience weve had comparing to other places weve used or visited for other peoples parties. And here are the reasons. No party coordinator was assigned to us, so it was up to us to find out all the details. The wait lines for checking in were all mixed up between people who came there for parties and random visitors, which was a hold-up for our party and the invitees.Again, a party coordinator should have checked us all in and not make our party wait. The carts with the gifts and our clothing were not taken out of the public view until I reminded them to do it about 1 hour into the party. Those items could have been easily stolen in our absence. I understand you have the lockers, but this was a stand-alone party and our belongings should have been taken to the party room or some other designated area.Although we paid for pizza and beverages, our guests could not take advantage of the beverages before the start of the dinner at 7pm, which is so silly. You have kids jumping non-stop for 1.5 hrs and you expect them not to get thirsty from 5:30 until 7pm??How is that possible? We were forced to buy water for each person separately. I dont see the logic here at all. We had 28 jumpers with only 12 jumping spots. They initially gave us an additional court, but then few random visitors came in and the field staff asked us to leave that court. Our party was just brought to the court and left there. The guests would have much more fun if one of your staff would organize some games with them or take them to different game spots. There should have been some sort of a schedule of events: 10 min here, 15 min there, etc.Nothing.The court supervisors just stood there and watched. What are they being paid for?You have very limited options food-wise and have very strict limitations.I wish we could bring in veggie trays - I know you offer garden salad, but no one eats that amongst our friends. If you have such strict guidelines not allowing outside food, then, at least, expand your menu. The ice-cream cake was very good, but I would still prefer to bring our own cake with a personalized message. The lady who was helping with the dinner seemed to do her best and two different staff members assisted her at different times, but they simply didnt have enough hands to provide good customer service. There were not enough napkins or plates (again, you promised to provide party supplies, but didnt have enough readily available). The staff wouldnt pick up stuff laying on the floor or clean up the tables.I couldnt find our bag with the party favors on the cart while in the party room.Only when I mentioned it to the staff, she ran somewhere to get it. With all these quality gaps, you did not forget to remind us literally like 5 times that we would need to pay for the additional jumpers.Yes, we remember that. We are all educated people who can count and remember about our obligations. We all make good money and you need to worry about your side of the promise and not our obligations. It was just a hassle to keep hearing that reminder over and over again.I sincerely feel sorry for your business, because by providing such a horrible customer experience and hurting our daughters birthday expectations, youve lost at least 15-20 opportunities to provide this service to us again. We are from a very tight community and word of mouth is a big thing from a marketing perspective.A business should not be worrying about short-term gains - you should really revise your strategies and think about continuity of your operations and attracting the existing customers more.
Im here on October 6th 2018 and theres a lot of construction going on I believe they should offer a discount since theres two trampoline areas closed. Had to ask for some help to get a soda no one was in the cafe. I believe 60 Minutes is way too long you should offer a 30-minute one. Other than that grandkids had a great time
I will never have another party at this place. Our party started at 5:30-7:40. We get there at 5:30 and we couldnt sit in the party room. All off my guest filled out the waiver online 3 days ahead of time. We couldnt jump until 6pm. 30 minutes from 5:30-6pm was a waste of time. After our jump time 7pm we was allowed in the party room. 40 minutes only in the party room to eat pizza, cake, and sing happy birthday. Soon 7:35 came around we was put out of the room. I would never have another party here $300 just was wasted. Our host was rushing and threw away my cake. 😡😡
Unorganized, bad customer service. Provided cold pizza for my daughters bday party. We had them sent back and they sent them out cold AGAIN. If this wasnt bad enough, they only sent out 4 pizzas but we ordered 6. We told the party planner that we were missing two pizzas. He said, we are making pizzas for three other parties. We arent sure we have time to make yours. What?!?!? On the bright side, they did refund about half the cost.
I have been here many times. My kids always have a blast. I love the new changes ... They may not be new anymore, but we do not live close, so we arent hear often. I had to give a 4 because when kids are playing and running around, they get hungry. That being said, they were out of bottled water, charged me for three cups of water ... Full price. Ok. No worries, but they only had candy; pretzles-out, nachos-out, no other snack. Tea out, only pop to drink. We wanted to buy another hour, but the kids were hungry and we werebwe leaving to come back. Snack type foods are good since jumping around, but only candy and chips is a problem.
Courts are limited by available staff, so its hit or miss if there is a dodge ball court available for your kids age group. No comfortable seating for adults who arent jumping and the mens bathroom is terrible. The stall doors dont lock and the walls and floor as disgusting.
The BATHROOMS were DISGUSTING and this is Canton. For a place that caters to kids and them having to wear socks, the bathrooms are not kept up. They do NOT look or smell like they have been cleaned in over 6 months. Most of these kids do not know enough to put their shoes on to use the bathroom and they are walking through God knows what fluid. On the other hand they have added 17 really cool things for people to do. This is why they get 3 stars and not 1 star.
Too much for too little. Theres so many limitations for birthdays it doesnt seem like a party at all. 200 hundred dollars to jump for an hour and pizza for 10 kids. No parents included and if you want the parents to eat its 15-20 dollars for a pizza! Usually overcrowded. I don’t think they plan for parties at all. Anything rather than open jump requires you to wait while that hour is running down. Our pizza was super late arriving, like at the end of our party. I know it isn’t their fault - however they choose to contract with Jets so I’m sure this wasn’t a surprise order for them. And this party was planned months in advance. 3 Chuck E. Cheese sized juga of juice with 3 flavors. Once those are gone I suppose that’s it because we got no refills.I rather buy my own trampoline for 200 find a big building and have kids come in and jump for free. I’ve since learned having themed parties at home or park is a money saver. Save these places for small family outings
Went for a childs birthday party. My kids loved it. Plenty of trampolines. A ball like pit that they can jump in (4 lanes they can bounce in). There are also dodgeball courts on trampolines. There are also a 3 different height basketball hoops with a trampoline lane to practice your sweet dunks. There is also a volleyball court. Plenty of overpriced arcade games if you so choose. The separate party rooms in the back are actually quite nice and quiet. There is a little parent lounge type thing back there too which was surprising.
I went to the grand re-opening glow night on Feb 2nd. I worked at the YMCA for a number of years, so I have a background in child safety. First of all Id like to say that the employees and executives of SkyZone are truly lucky that no one died tonight. This place is staffed and managed by seemingly untrained children, who offer little to no supervision, rule enforcement, or prescence whatsoever. They didnt even have whistles to get anyones attention. The maximum occupency of this building is 400 people.. One fist fight and and 8 police officers later, they kept checking people in. I thought it was weird that my time slot sticker was handwritten... I dont know if their staff was completely untrained on their check-in system or if it was down, but they just hand wrote them and kept no record of how many people had tickets - there were supposed to be 130 max. On top of too many people having tickets, no one was being asked to leave the trampoline area after their time was expired. Also their legally required info session before each time slot was thrown out completely, so no one knew the rules, and many people were there at 8pm with 5pm badges (or other earlier times), adding even more to the crowding problem. So... we finally got our tickets, and then had to face the locker situation. Well, the lockers were all broken and there was no explanation other than a person you had to hunt down who would manually unlock whatever locker you asked him to. Honestly this was the most organized part. So we got a locker as someone was leaving, had no way to pay for it since the machine was broken, and just hoped that no one asked the guy to open ours. Now, and hour and a half later, we decide to make the best of it and jump on a trampoline. We walk to the trampoline area... and its pure chaos. Theres no staff to be seen, huge new obstacles with no one enforcing any sort of queue or any rules at all. Normally theyre required to separate small children from teens and adults, but there was no one to enforce that (or anything) at all. I mean, these rules are in place for a reson. These rules are in place so that children dont die. We saw 15 teens almost trample a toddler on the trampolines. No one was watching the foam pits, so there was the risk of someone hitting their head and suffocating in there. After a few minutes of seeing the trampoline chaos around us, we decided to leave. There must have been at least 250 peope in the trampoline area. It took a long time to find someone to open our locker, and finally we were able to make our way out of the 200+ people line of customers STILL BEING SIGNED IN. I am still sitting here baffled by the lack of management, lack of training, and lack of leadership I saw tonight.
As a government employee currently working without pay, I cannot begin to describe my appreciation for Sky Zone! Not only did they provide a free hour of fun for me, my friend (a coworker), and his family, but truly made this tough time worth it! We had SUCH A BLAST, and I couldnt be more thankful!!! There are TONS of activities, and we were never bored. THANK YOU, Sky Zone, for making our last month so much better!
Its a great concept. However, our first experience today was less than a expected. I dont know how they expect a two year old to jump by themselves! Even a paying parent cant jump with them.? I ended up asking for a refund 10 mins into our time. Not only that, but we had an employee that was constantly hounding my 8 and 7 year old daughters. I understand there are rules, but the kids were minding their own business- following those rules and they still were getting talked to. One of my daughters bounced off the tramp on the wall and was yelled at. Took the fun right out of it. Longest hour of my life! My daughters couldnt wait until it was over and they asked to not come back. My husband twisted his ankle, and an employee said- We can give you ice... But youll have to fill out a two page incident report. My husband decided to sit on the side until he somewhat recovered instead of wasting his purchased time filling out paperwork. Jeez! We drove over an hour to get there, and were very disappointed. Thank goodness Ikea was nearby so it wasnt a completely wasted trip! Dont think we will be going back any time soon!
Love the idea of the place, but we have kids from 2 to 15 years old and we paid for open jump. They told us parents had to jump separate from our kids, which doesnt make sense to me . I dont feel comfortable leaving my little kids unattended,so for them to wait until after we paid pver $60 to tell us we cant jump with our kids is rediculous. Too many rules , hard for kids to have fun.
Reminds me of going to a 1970s skating rink in the 1990s after a few upgrade attempts then total neglect.3 floor employees grouped together. No one really watching safety at any specific area. Zipline is extremely dangerous. Kid or parents have to pull rope to get handles to them. An hour later 1 of 2 ziplines was closed bc of fraying rope. If not careful, someone could get tangled in rope and rider or helper could get dragged down and hurt. Some jerryrigged taped up hook contraption left to be used to snag swing or trapeze. Could be dropped or trip or poke someone when reaching for swing or trapeze arm. Not all attractions in service. If I knew who to report them to for safety concerns I would. Luckily its satSatur am and not crowded with kids. And because you HAVE to pay for 90 minutes to use elite attractions, I expect better safety monitoring and much better upkeep. Ropes are fraying, grups on bars or handles are coming off. Im just disgusted for the kids. This is not a safe place.
Had a great time here with a group of 20 friends. Trampoline dodgeball was very fun. They always had a worker there as a referee and probably to make sure we werent going to hurt ourselves. I thought it was very cool that they even had trampolines for walls that we could bounce off of.
Myself and another female veteran jumper that we both took Skyfit before and at one time I did it 3x a week. Your instructor yesterday February 29th Saturday morning was terrible took us off the trampoline to do jump ropes which he only had 2 and calf raises 2 things I can do at home. I pay too jump and have something you cant do at home. He was unstructured and all over the place. He doesnt know how to run a successful class. In the past your facility was all about the other classes or programs you offered the instructor made skyfit. You had a instructor that actually made you burn 1000 calories and did the class along with the class and he had a huge following every Saturday morning. We were very disappointed you raised the price but the quality was terrible. I had old jumpers ask me about it yesterday after we tagged ourselves there. We said NO ! Dont do it. Just because you have an instructor that plays football and does track doesnt make them qualified to teach a class . Research and find out what you are able too bring to the trampoline. Watch Illinois skyfit video.
Ok!!! So my name is Bill Green, I took my 2 children here and the lady acted like she didnt know what she was doing, ontop of that she had an attitude with my children. After all that she made us buy shirts and they funky sea socks for $20.00 we didnt have a choice in the matter. After all this the total was $98.67 for 3 funky hours!!! It was 3 other kids in there besides mine......the staff was unprofessional Now I want my 98.67 back!!! I demand a refund, I will be calling or driving up there tomorrow in my 1988 pickup truck!!! Dont come here people!
Went for a birthday party. Altho the jump area was ok once in the room it went down hill..to crowded pizza was cold and burnt one piece had hair in it. pop was flat..the 2 hostess girl seemed pleasant but looked like theyd rather be somewhere else Sorry but this is not a place that we would be coming back to
Last night during the glow time (1/11/19) my friend and I went to the wipe out area which had no workers there, which we later found out was because there was an issue with the lights which is why it wasn’t working. However, when we saw two sky zone workers walk by, we asked one of them if they could help us (one white girl and one black light skin girl with long curly hair) and the one with the curly hair literally paused, looked at my friend, gave her a mean face basically looking like ‘why are you speaking to me’ and kept walking. It wasn’t until the friend laughed and told her to speak until she gave us an answer, with an attitude “I’ll get someone to do it”. Very very very unhappy with that, super unprofessional. If you don’t wanna do your job why are you even working there?!?
Joke stood in line for a hour to find out you have to sign in your name and your kids. Once that was done stood in line for another hour meanwhile other people are buying t-shirts and cups in that same line. Instead of having a separate line for merchandise and tickets everyone is standing in the same line no organization what so ever... Never coming back. Most time spent at this dump was in line and the bathrooms are disgusting. Had to bark on the other side of the building and walk around through the mud were there is a beaten path you think they would put a side walk in as much as the xhargc for everything
The 4 of us went on a Saturday afternoon to celebrate Reeces 13th birthday. Two children (13 & 5) and two adults. The place was very busy but the line went relatively quickly. We prepaid, and filled waivers out online (HIGHLY recommended). The skysocks were a dollar per person and they can be kept, washed and brought back for additional uses. Prices were not all that expensive, but not cheap either. 18$ / person for the hour (this included $4 handling for pre-paying / registering) This part is a bit much. That being said, the line for the public was not one I would have patience to wait through. I would recommend bringing change as their are two sets of lockers one really for shoes, the other for a few coats. small locker .25 and the bigger .50. So we are now in and settled, the staff explained a few basic rules and we were all off to enjoy an hour experience. The place was crowded, but not so much you were bumping into others and all in all, while filled mainly with younger children, quite well behaved. They have 4 dodge ball courts and a range from the quite young up to the adults level. Another large section that was the trampoline spread into sections from the young all the way up to the adults. A foam pit and finally a basketball section that you could dunk on. This section had varying height levels fit for young and adult alike. We spent an hour and I would say that this was just about perfect. We could have stuck it out for another 30 minutes and not had an issue, but really an hour was good. They have a section where you can purchase drinks and food and a single water fountain. All of us enjoyed and I have to say that despite not being cheap we would go back. This isnt obviously something you do every week, but every now and again is affordable. Staff is all over the place. Mainly teenagers and all of them nice. They were purposeful to point out the rules when you didnt obey, but they were not mean or rude at any point did I see. Their parking on the other hand is in some need. We had to park along the side of the street and walk about two blocks. All in all, we all had a great time. There was something to do for everyone and Ill tell you from experience, you feel the workout of the hour the next day! Great for special occasions and a once in a while fun hour with exercise for the entire family.

2022-05-19Our party was big and they tried hard to accommodate us. Everyone had fun, we were all together and enjoyed ourselves. I wouldnt say the service was great or that the workers had a good attitude. It was later in the evening and you could definitely tell they didnt want to be there.

2022-03-18I havent taken my son here in years! When I walked in, I was surprised by how much more they had to offer. We are airtime fanatics but honestly, this place was a lot of fun! But be aware, I will say, we went on a Saturday. There was a huge a lack of parking space that people were parking on the side of the street. Also a very small food area, that parents like to hangout in, due to the lack of seating. If you get food, its hard to find a place to sit and eat with your child. There is a lack of seating, overall for parents throughout the entire building. When they have a lot of birthday parties, you wait in a long line for only 3 food options as they leave the ovens open to only make food for the parties. I get it. But I found this place a lot of fun for my son, but as a parent this truly was hard to enjoy. I probably wouldnt ever have a birthday party here for him, due to this lack of seating for guests parents and we probably wont ever come here on a weekend again, but perhaps more of a weekday maybe.

2022-01-28Sky zone has really vamped things up with their equipment since last time I was here. Went for my grandsons bday party which was great. The kids really loved it. My only complaint was time in the room is not long enough.

2022-05-29Overall clean. Customer service was very nice. Attendants were polite and everywhere which is a very good thing. They allow parents of toddler to have a helpers pass which is cool. They know we really dont want to jump but is also politely saying watch your kids. I love it. ❤️

2022-03-26Booked an Elite birthday party package during the Glow session on Saturday night (9-11 pm). The kids (ages 11-13) had fun jumping and the blacklight feature is very cool. However, the party package is absolutely not worth the cost ($349 + tip). While the kids jumped, the adults waited in the party room for over an hour (half way through the session) before a staff member even greeted us. He was very nice, but didnt explain anything about how the party package worked, informed us when the food was coming, or advised us how to secure any of our partys items of value (phones, purses, etc.) in the room while we were out in the gym area. The kids were so thirsty from jumping and we didnt get any drinks until almost 10:00 pm, the pizzas didnt come out until almost 10:30 pm. The server didnt bring any plates, cups, or napkins, so we had to wait even longer to eat. The cheese pizzas were mediocre at best.If youre considering a party package, Id advise to instead just purchase jump tickets for everyone and skip the party room, pizzas, and drinks and save yourself $200. Theres just not anything about the experience thats worth $400.

2022-02-04The staff were very respectful and polite to us, even when small rules were inadvertently broken. I appreciate that they corrected us and children with tact and respect instead of stern, cross authoritarianism. The world needs more civility, patience and tact. I did not use the restrooms, so I cannot comment on their cleanliness. The trampolines and floors appeared clean to me. We were entertained fairly for our admission fee. Thank you, staff.

2022-06-13Decent place. It’s pretty big with a lot of different things for the kids to do. I like that they have staff placed at the different courts to monitor people. One big negative is that this place needs to have a dedicated staff member going around throughout the day to clean up. I saw a lot of empty cups/trash left behind at the seats. It’s really sad that guests don’t know how to clean up behind themselves or their kids. My daughter really enjoyed herself (first visit) so I’ll probably end up returning in the future anyway. If it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t be back.

2022-04-04I recently had a birthday party at this location I bought the biggest package they had and it was such a waist of money. They where so Adamant about everyone there at 3:00 to only have my guest who weren’t jumping stand in a corner and wait till 4:30 (jump time over ) for the room I paid 500+ dollars for. My party was for 18+ kids and they gave us a tiny cart that fit only our cupcakes and shoes. Most of presents had to be carried back to the car no room for anything or anyone . Entirely way to packed, the staff was overwhelmed but also helpful not their fault that these ppl are over booking and under staffed. They where definitely trying their hardest to not rush us out of the room and accommodate us . When we finally got all 30 of our guest in our area we still had to hurry sing happy birthday and get the hell out . NOBODY Told me that this is how my party would go had I known this I would’ve never waisted my money time and sanity at sky zone.

2022-04-09My kids adore this place. Their equipment is top notch and its easy to see why theyre always busy. It can be a little crowded and we have had trouble finding parking once or twice but it is still absolutely worth it.
