Comment: From the beginning of my storage rental, Madison and team have been wonderful to work with. She was aware that a previous experience with a San Jose storage facility left me shook after my unit was robbed after being there less than 3 weeks. Madison reassured me about the security of their facility. I was impressed with the high brick walls and sturdy gate that was directly in line of sight with the leasing office. I also believe someone lives onsite above the office. I rented with them from August to May. I found the Storage Genie app very useful in opening the gate without getting out of my car. Also making payments via phone was easy. I bet there are other ways to pay but for some reason paying by phone just worked for me. I finally moved out this week and the check out process was simple and easy. Overall, I recommend this facility and the management team.

Comment: My move in was postponed so I needed a storage unit. We were able to purchase one online 10/13 for move in of 10/21 .Our postponement was cancelled. So we reached out to cancel the storage unit prior to move in date and was told it would be no problem.10/27 I called back to follow up on our refund and was told that it would not be refunded by the manager and that someone had reached out to me explaining this already(this was the first time hearing about this and I had no missed calls or voicemails from them- checked my phone records- they called on 10/14 to confirm the unit and I NEVER spoke to anyone except to call back and cancel- never met them- never verified my ID)Was looking for a storage unit in the future - will definitely not be going to this thieving business!

The rates are reasonable and it was super convenient that they also had uhaul van rentals on site. The unit was clean. Comment: Two days ago I rented a storage unit ONLINE from Small Town Storage in Vacaville. I had never rented a storage unit online before, and I was a little apprehensive. But, the online process was easy and it went smoothly. A very short time later I received a phone call from Trish, who told me she had gotten all the information from my online rental. She told me what to expect when I went there for the first time, and made sure I knew where they are located. I went there in person later that same day, and I met Trish in person. She showed me my storage unit, told me how to open the security gate, and even helped me download and set up the Storage Genie app on my phone, that will allow me to very quickly and easily open the security gate with my phone. Great customer service from Trish!

I finally got down there to put a lock on the unit only to realize that it was not going to work for me. They found me another unit to look at. While the organization has decided to get a different unit in another city Trish was very understanding and helped me with termination of the contract. I have to say they do have wonderful customer service and will use them in the future.

Comment: They promise you a discounted price for the first 5 months at $125, then once those 5 months end they tell you price will be $160, however, as soon as those 5 months end they raise the rent to $180!!Update: Spoke with district liason with US Storage, advised they raise rent every 6 months, highly disappointing that they raise fees because of demand. I would recommend cheaper Storage facility in area.

Trish worked hard to find the perfect vehicle for my moving needs.She reserved my vehicle at another place but the previous user didn’t bring the vehicle back during the time it was due. She said that she had the same type vehicle due back within 45 minutes and I could use that one if I wanted.I really appreciate the effort made to get me going. Then a new customer comes in after her and I was told his process is short also so he was getting offered to be helped before me since my request was longer; I stepped outside for a second to let my ride know to leave me there since Id be getting a U-Haul so the guy thought I left. I immediately said no, Ive been in line and it shouldnt matter the length of the process. I let the guy know he stepped in front of me and he apologized because he thought I left. Madison was understanding and helped me with my request, was super helpful and provided all the information I needed and answered every question I asked. She was great and still very helpful. Drove two hours one way to find the office closed with one sign confirming they are open today (7/05) and one saying they are closed. No other truck available so we drove two hours home and will be making the same trip tomorrow to pick up a uhaul truck from another location. Mind you I had an RV and a truck on file so I wanted to still use the space for my truck for the rest of the month.
