My experience has been excellent with Smile Dental Care. Ive been coming here for over a year and the doctor is very compassionate and honest. He will give his honest opinion and cares a lot about his patients. The hygienist does an amazing job, pays attention to detail and is very passionate. The office manager and staff are friendly and professional. I brought my toddlers for a cleaning and the staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Thank you so much Smile Dental care!!

I highly recommend Smile Dental Care for quality and efficient service. The staff are very accommodating and the doctors are the best of the best in their profession. Dr. Bassam Ali has many years of experience and provides so many procedures, from Implants, ortho (braces), root canals, prosthetic, and anything you name it! The office staff always goes out there way regards to insurance coverage and explaining everything thoroughly! You cannot beat the service and expertise that the staff at Smile Dental Care provides. Had a great experience today at Smile Dental Care. The office is nice and up to date. The hygienist did a good job cleaning and educating my kids about brushing there teeth and was informative when she spoke to me. Great office! Staff is exceptional. Had a phobia of the dentist prior to this visit, Dr. Ali really helped me get rid of my fear and helped me get out of pain. He is by far the best dentist I have ever been too. His hygienist is very kind as well, she really did a good job on my cleaning. This was my first visit & I didnt have an appointment. On the phone the reception warned me that I might wait about an hour which was fine Because I was in pain. Everyone was polite & professional. I sat about 40 minutes when they called me back. Dr. Younis put me at ease, he was awesome. My new Dentist!

HorribleMy appointment was at 1:30pm and I arrived exactly on time and 50min later and there is still someone ahead of me. My visit was on a Saturday and they close at 3. They scheduled about 25people to come on a Saturday and they do not respect anyone time. All they care is about getting as many people in as possible. lets not talk about the customer service its very bad and very unprofessional. Overall I dont recommend anyone going to see them because trust me you will regret it.

Friendly and amazing staff.especially with kids.My kids love when going there. Top quality equipments, great service and very reasonable prices. DR. Ali will work with you down to earth.Oh!! Did I mention they have playstation and fresh coffee in the lobby, TVs in the lobby and every room. If your car broke or have you no ride, just ask them, they will offer a ride back and forth.
I gave it four stars just because they told me to come in for my appointment and then as soon as I got there they made me wait twenty more minutes. It’s all good honestly, what really mattered to me is the service and the smiles. Very homie and welcoming place!!! Many more appointments to come.
My children enjoyed coming today they have games to play outside when the kids are in the waiting area and cartoon shows inside. The kids were not scared from getting there teeth clean today because the lady was very gentle and sweet. Friendly staff and nice office.

This clinic is nice and clean doctors are alright one day i had an appointment for me and my family and when that day comes i went to sign and check in and everything they called my family first And when it comes to my turn I stayed waiting waiting for my turn i went to the desk and ask when my turns will come the girl told me u didt sign your name i was like yea had served my family and we got the same appointment this clinic will make u loose your job for going back And forth doing u a tooth every appointment in addition to that they give a long appointment and a long waiting time a while waiting for ur turn they need improvement .
Very unprofessional.... rude staff in the back .....didn’t even clean teeth properly cleaned teeth in less then 2 minutes .... I went in at 2 came out at 6 ...... over all they need to fix there scheduling and pick better staff thank you 🙏

They pick and choose who goes first. Why make a darn appointment!? Then people whom recently come complain (waiting 30 min) and they take them in Ive been waiting 2 hours and their letting everyone else in. Is this a race thing?

2022-08-18The waiting time is very boring. I told them we had an emergency, but lets wait over an hour and a half and the prices are too high. $700 for nerve tightening and gum cleaning, $600 worth. This is considered exploitation and disregard for those in a poor financial position, who have to pay up front. They do not have a special premium program! Most people dont get what they pay for in one go, and one of the female staff at the reception is not very good at dealing with customers. Please put it in another place away from receiving customers.

2021-12-22I recommend this dentist to everyone. I’ve been coming here for about a year because I needed to get some extensive work done. (I had about 5 root canals, a bunch of cavities, and I got crowns put on all my front teeth.) Going to the dentist has always made me nervous, but while coming here I’ve become very comfortable with it. Everyone that’s worked on me has been so nice, has taken the time to answer any questions I had, made sure I was never in any discomfort, made sure everything was done correctly, and made sure I was 100% happy with my results. You can tell that everyone that works there really cares about the work they’re doing. Also they’re one of the most affordable dentists around. They worked to give me my smile and confidence back and I’m very thankful for them.

2022-03-09I have fear of dentists I left my teeth years without having minor issues fixed. After that my teeth got so much worse I had to see a dentist even though I really didnt want to.I seen Dr.Salwa shes amazing understood the anxiety and fear I had.She talked to me during the procedure it was so easy and fast I couldnt believe that a root canal I was scared of for years was that simple now I cant wait until my next visit. Thank you Dr. Salwa youre great!

2022-03-03Dont be fooled by fake reviews here. First appointment, had a to wait 1.5 hours so rescheduled, came for 2nd appointment, waited almost and hour while the manager had nothing but sorry to say and then drove off in his luxury vehicle. Try to respect other peoples times.Update: 3/3/22.. Taking both kids somewhere else. Had an APPOINTMENT for 4:30, left early from work and after 30 minutes wait still patients ahead. Took the records for my kids and walked out to new office. Such a relief! Good luck with this practice.

2020-12-20I’ve been to multiple dental clinics and most of their front desks are very very moody. But the front desk at this clinic is 1000% they were so open made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I wanted. I notice even when they are in the middle of a talk with a patient and someone calls they would put the person on hold just to make sure to deal with the patients upfront first who are present.It can get hectic sometimes especially when they deal with walk in but they make sure that everyone gets seen and not let their time go to waste.
