Awesome gym! One of the best Snap Fitness facilities I have been in, and Ive been in many across the country. The owner Tom is always a pleasure to talk to and extremely attentive to feedback. And newly remodeled! I firmly believe you will love your workouts here as much as I do!

The gym itself I had no problems with. It was clean, rarely had broken down machines, and even though its on the smaller side, if you can time it right there was usually only 3 or 4 other people at the same time. The big issue was canceling my membership. Early in the year (2020) I changed jobs and no longer was near this gym so I decided to cancel. It took three or four tries going during the day before I was able to get there when the gym was staffed. There was an older gentleman in the office with a second individual. I stood at the door and he asked what I needed and I said I had wanted to cancel my membership. I handed him my key card and he said thanks, he would take care of it. Three or four months later I was still being charged. I called many times and left messages which I recorded and asked for a call back or an email, but never heard back. I tried stopping in but since I no longer have a key card I had to ring the bell and no one ever answered. Then covid 19 came along and the gym has pretty much been shutdown. I spoke with my credit card company and they blocked future charges and contacted Snap Fitness (either the owner or manager) to see why I was still being charged. Eventually, they received a reply that there is no record of me canceling. This was pretty irritating, Id expect this from a place like Planet Fitness but not at a recommended place like Snap. It is now August and I still cant get ahold of anyone at this location. If it wasnt for this issue, Id have no problem recommending this gym, but as of now I cant.

This gym offers a large selection of machines, free weights and cardio equipment. As other members have stated, its clean and the owner is a class act. Membership rates are reasonable. I highly recommend.

Had a membership from Feb 2019 to Feb 2020. Membership expired and I didn’t want to renew. Just got a charge yesterday from them. I didn’t realize they were storing my card information. I called and they were extremely rude and short. Very suspicious. I’ve never had a company hold my payment info and charge me months after my membership expiring without renewal. The guy I spoke with on the phone didn’t verify who he was speaking to and did not apologize. I recommend you pick any other gym. There is nothing special about this one and they will charge your card fraudulently without permission or apology.

I did canceled my membership a year ago and supposed to get refund for my membership card deposit which never was received. Called many times and write many emails to the owner. No response !!! Got him couple times on the phone and every times was promised to get a check in the mail!!! Its already a year that’s ridiculous!!! Owner does not care about his members , cares only about the money. I highly recommend that after you cancel your membership replace your card which was assigned for auto payments , because he will keep charging you. Never give your bank account information. Besides this the gym equipment is very old , many times cardio equipment wasn’t working. Place not clean and smells bad. Please save your time and money. sometimes is better to pay couple dollars more but be in better place and get better customer service!
