Comment: I was paying over $500 a month at Public Storage for a 9x10 unit. SoCal Self Storage was HALF that price. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I cant believe I didnt find this place sooner. I can not recommend this place enough.

Comment: This place is great. Super clean, secure, easy and clean elevators, constant airflow and fumigation if needed (never seen a bug but that’s part of the brochure). We stored a one bedroom worth of goods there for 18 months and it didn’t even have any dust on top. With their tight access, I have one pro-tip for a move with a larger moving truck: keep someone downstairs to unlock the door and one at your unit for directing how your items get stored. Getting your crew locked out can be a pain otherwise! They are closed on major holidays but that’s because there’s always someone in the office. 10/10 would keep stuff here again.

Comment: I have been a customer at SoCal Storage for several years and I have multiple units there, The property and units are spotlessly clean and the staff, headed by Muriel,is the very very best. Their security system is state of the art and they also walk through the halls to ensure that there are no problems on site. Until I can manage the accumulation of things I have amassed over the years, Ill continue to store my belongings here - its worth the cost until I can Marie Kondo my way into a more possession and clutter free life!

Comment: Staff there was super friendly and helpful in all my questions and stressful last minute moving mayhem. It all felt so personal, like they were really hoping I was getting the best experience out of their facility and that when I was with them, all their attention was 100% on me. The nicest thing honestly (I had to move all my belongings very last minute into a storage unit and liked what I had seen online about them), was that they went ahead and reserved both the unit I was asking about as well as their complimentary truck, for ME- even though they said it was all first come first serve, it made me feel very valued and I just really appreciated that little gesture.

I have had many storage locations over the past 8 years and have never encountered a friendlier, more accommodating staff than the one here at So-Cal Self Storage in Pasadena. It is BY FAR the cleanest property I have ever seen for a storage facility. Muriel, Don and Karina are an awesome team! Its like hanging out with friends whenever Im there.

Comment: These guys were seriously the best! I did an out of state move and due to some weird circumstances I actually wasn’t even present when my items arrived at SoCal Self Storage. I called ahead and they were more than happy to help and receive the items. Even when the movers caused some unwanted issues they stated patient, kind, and friendly throughout my entire experience with them.DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED STORAGE!

The manager Muriel, was so helpful, and assured us they could handel any need we had.. Like putting rooms close and next to one another, and excellent pricing.. When we got here we were not disappointed! We love this place. They have worked with us on so many levels.. Above and beyond the norm!

Comment: Booking was easy, there were no hidden fees, the staff (Muriel and Tanea) were very personable and friendly, the storage unit was clean and orderly, there were multiple large carts available to transfer belongings from my Uhaul up the elevator to the unit, they gave me free water bottles with their label on it, provided me with a lock and key, and gave me unique, individualized key-code access to the building. Above all, Muriel and Tanea were kind and helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Comment: Absolutely recommend this facility! Very cool, clean, friendly, and efficient storage with very competitive prices! 2 very large elevators with dollys available to use. Oh, do you need to borrow a medium sized truck? no problem! they have one and you only need to refill the gas tank! WHAAAAT? And when youre done...they have cold bottles of water available to you and all your mates, tricked into helping you move! :P LOLHappy Moving...

Comment: THE. BEST! I do EXTENSIVE research on everything before choosing anything! This place TRULY CARES about their customers and they KEEP THEIR WORD! I had reserved a move in date and needed to change the date. He actually held the unit for me and NO other place would do that! Juan is so accommodating, empathetic, professional, knowledgeable, patient, efficient, and kind! I had a few phone calls with Mike too, and hes equally so!Compared to all the storage facilities I called to shop and compare (Public Storage, Trojan, Extra Space Storage, etc) this place is competitively (cheaper than the others) priced. The unit is clean and safe with plenty of parking. I have to drive about 25 to 30 mins (on a good day) to get here but its worth the peace of mind.Juans commitment to the highest level of customer service is to be commended! I hope that his hard work and dedication is acknowledged and rewarded!
