Friendly, helpful staff. Great selection. Wish had more of catalog features but great experience.
Very expensive place for some of their clothes and other things. Nice helpful ladies.Couldnt really find what I wanted and I dont like really long tops that look like a dress.Nice shop to visit to see what they have.

Went there for the first time today. The staff was friendly and attentive. I felt well taken care of without anyone being pushy. Will definitely go back. A pleasant experience.

Took grandma here and the salesperson was super pushy and annoying. shell have to stick to the catalog, as i wont take her here again to get pressured into buying extra junk.

2022-04-25Lots of sales folks all talking about an employee having access to email the entire time I was shopping but no one asking to get me dressing room to try on clothes I was carrying. Served myself and decided I didnt want to spend my money in a store that has no interest in thier customers.

2019-07-19The employees here are top notch. Very attentive. They have water bottles and wine for customers. The clothing is good quality and very soft. I wish they had more pants with zippers. I have no hips and need belt loops. 😩. The merchandise is rather expensive but like I said previously, its good quality.

2019-12-19I recently had issues with the delivery of a much anticipated order. (Not the fault of Soft Surroundings) The customer service was top notch. Company representatives were very kind and respectful. Issues resolved. I am extremely grateful.

2018-02-271st order of cloths I purchased online. I had to return very nice quality but way to big. So I returned them but sadly was charged 14.00 to return them. But I liked the quality so I tried again. I purchased a lounge robe...again love the quality... everywhere fit except the arms at my biggest area upper arm it is 12 the arms are very tight and even uncomfortable making it annoying to wear. Im very sad. I love the quality but just havent had good luck. probably wont shop again.

2018-09-11I have beenreceiving their catalogue for years, but had never ordered or been in one of the stores. What a surprise and delight. The jersey knits are so soft to the touch I could have bought out the whole shop. I didnt do that, but talked to staff, oohed and aahed all of the merchandise, including the new cosmetic display.

2018-03-14I was a catalog customer for years and was thrilled when they finally opened a store in Michigan. I love, love, this store. The clothes are lovely and the sales people are always so friendly and helpful. I shop here frequently and enjoy every minute!
