The representative, Tristan, arrived earlier than the scheduled time for our initial meeting and satisfactorily answered all my queries. Although the norm is a two-week wait for the office to set up the appointment for the actual repair work, my job was scheduled for the very next day, 15 days after the quote appointment. Donovan, the roofer who conducted the repair, was punctual and assisted me in photographing the damage that the prior roofer failed to rectify. The repair came with a one-year warranty for the concerned area. The repair work has been holding up well so far. I would, without hesitation, recommend this roofing service to others in Torrance.
