Comment: Ive done two deals with Fred: one about 10 years ago, and one just recently. Both times he was extremely easy to work with, professional and classy. His word is his bond. On the second deal, I really put him through the wringer by changing my mind twice and eventually insisting on a specific bank after he had run the deal through two other banks first. He complied with my wishes each time. I cant recommend a real estate expert more professional or friendly than Fred. Hes priceless.

Comment: After Mom died, State of CA demanded Medi Cal reimbursement for Moms hospital costs. I was given 30 days to come up with Thousands of dollars or the State would evict the family and foreclose on the home of our family going back to 1927. All the large banks said they could help me but it would take 6-8 weeks. I had less than 30 days. Fred had his office work at Warp Speed and accomplished and succeeded where the big banks couldnt. Fred helped me get the money in record time, and delivered to the State Capitol by the 29th day, helping me save Moms home where my siblings still live. Freds nature is to help people. Comment: Fred Saved Moms Home. California wanted Medi-Cal repayment after Mom died. Big banks offered to help me pay Moms medical expenses but loan process would take 6weeks to 2 months. State only gave me 30 days to pay or theyd foreclose, evict family, sell home and keep proceeds in excess of amount owed. Fred and his caring professional experienced staff moved mountains to process my loan to help me Save Moms home. Fred helped me repay the State in about 3.5 weeks.
