Based on my experience with SoMi Refinishing LLC, I would not recommend doing business with them. I contacted the business in November 2021 to refinish our kitchen counters and kitchen sink. I was told having the sink refinished would make it so it wouldnt stain or get scuffed from pots & pans anymore. Work was completed January 2022. The sink was sprayed Monday and the countertops were done T-Th. We did not use our sink until Thursday evening of that week, so the material had over 72 hours to dry and cure; I was told I could begin using the sink as I always had. Upon completion of the countertops my husband noticed some areas where the counter was cracked/smeared/peeling. We notified SoMi and were told theyd come out to fix the countertops, it is now mid February and they still havent returned to fix the issue and keep rescheduling our appointment. During this time, 10 days after the sink was sprayed, my husband noticed it was peeling around the drain and was staining. Since then the entire sink, even parts that are never touched by water, is peeling horribly and is discolored. We have sent pictures and videos of the sink and countertops to SoMi and still havent had anyone out to fix them or any of our money refunded. All that has been in the sink is water and hand soap...no cleaners, dish soap, or abrasive materials, plus, I was told we could use the sink as normal anyways. I was blamed for the sink peeling because of hard water issues and/or doing dishes in it; I have a dishwasher and we have city water. I definitely wasnt expecting this poor workmanship or customer service from SoMi Refinishing based on the pictures and reviews on their Facebook page. So I am here to say avoid the company at all costs unless you want your fixtures to look worse than they originally did, be blamed for the problem, and be out money while their equipment still lays in your backyard because the technician left it there. Do your research and hire a reputable company.

We have a jet tub from the 90s in our home we just purchased that was blue. We looked at replacement but it was costly. SoMi came in and re-grouted and re-glazed the tub to white and WOW it looks fantastic. Very impressed. (After photo was before they came back a few days later to do some caulking and retouching.)

John was the tech who came out and was way legit. Great customer service, friendly and definitely went above and beyond! This guy refinishes.Side by side duplex, both sides featuring tub and 3 surrounding walls looking rather bleak! John came in and did work. One tub featuring a crack and broken tile... you guessed it, fixed. Like a boss. Looks brand new!Started on Monday, cleaned up and finished on Tuesday. Great company with a work guarantee. Two high fives from this guy!

We had SoMi Refinishing refinish our 90 year old pedestal bathtub and they did an amazing job. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and the finished job looks wonderful. They contractors were friendly and left us with really clear instructions for care. Im so excited to enjoy the tub for many years to come!

SoMi glazed our tub and the result was beautiful! They were less expensive than some places but the work was absolutely perfect! I wish I had called them sooner. They were on time, professional, and I strongly recommend them.

SoMi Refinishing did a fantastic job on our main floor bathrooms. They refinished our shower/bathtubs, the tile on the walls, and also repainted our countertops. It looks like we remodeled for a fraction of the cost and time. Highly recommend!

I called SoMi to reglaze two showers, and did a stone flex on two countertops. John does such a great job, and the office is by far 10/10! Great people who made sure to keep me updated on all steps. Thank you for your great work!

I recommend SoMI Refinishing to anyone looking to reglaze their tub and tile surround. My tub and tile look brand new, for a fraction of the cost. John came back to my home twice, free of charge, to fix blemishes that were my fault. Great business, very responsive.

John is very friendly, fast and wore a mask during COV19! He caulks around the tub, too. It was not as smelly as we worried it would be so we did not have to leave our home, even with only one bathroom. It looks like brand new now and it looked terrible before. This saved us from weeks of labor, mess and money to install a new tub. This is the way to go if your old tub is looking bad. We are very happy with the results.
