Comment: Very poorly managed company!! The owner and direct team care more about their image and perception of success then they do the inner workings of their dealerships. Lots of good quality men and women have moved on to better companies, due to lack of respect and lost loyalty. Sonsray likes to claim they’re a family business, but only for certain families within the business. They encourage shady behaviors, sneaky sales deals and promote bad employees to upper management positions that never provide any real benefit. They treat their hourly and salary employees like their replaceable and just a number!! Thanks for showing me how much better a other companies truly are!!
