Comment: If you are a housing provider, the Left leaning politicos in power are chasing us out of California. SCRHA is here to protect our rights. And to educate the public, that the reason why there is little supply is because they made Calif such a hostile environment towards 1. housing providers & 2. hard working citizens who saved their money, built housing, and are counting on the rental income for retirement. Now, theyre taking their money to friendlier red states, where lots of housing supply means > lower rents & less homelessness.
