Rerouted my 14 year old son to Denver instead of Chicago midway AND flew him in during tornado warnings! Awesome just awesome! But hey, they only charged an additional 95 dollars to fly his puppy home from grandmas house with him as a carry on bag... Not to mention cancelling his flight there, rescheduling for 18 hours later, wasting a whole day and a half of my time, my husbands time, my sons time, his grandmas time, my husband had to work 18 hours later and couldnt be there, the fallout goes on. BUT my son came home safe and for that Im grateful.
