Cassie was great! Truck was ready and clean (and backed in!) drop off and billing was perfect. Would definitely recommend!
We had some last minute changes to a UHaul rental and Cassie was not only accommodating but she did it with such a caring attitude that this is the first place I will be coming for storage or UHaul rentals!

I have had a unit for almost 3 yrs. Never have had a problem. I cannot say enough good things about Vickie. Her help, taking time and listening, helped me through a difficult period. The staff has always been there to help when I needed them and I do suggest your place when I know people are looking for a storage unit.
Cassie is very easy to work with and extremely helpful. Always friendly, and gets things taken care of in a timely manner.
People in the office are nice enough.They repaved a couple years ago and we didn’t have access to our units for a month (that limited access was extended). Instead of offering a discount because we couldn’t get in they increased the rent. Which has happened 5 times in 4 years.It is kept up with basic face lifts. Also rodent control needs to be worked out because it’s an issue.
Cassie was very easy to work with and knowledgeable. I was on a waiting list and she called me as soon as a unit became available. Unit is clean and nice.
I live in Florida and rent remotely until my next RV trip in the great north. Ive had nothing but a good experience via the online system....and the staff is as friendly and comprehensive as anyone could ask for.

Storage units of all sizes. Competitive prices. The only issue I had is they dont prorate rent when you leave. Rent was due Nov 1 so I paid. Moved out Nov 4 and they wouldnt refund even though they had someone taking the unit. Very friendly and knowledge workers. They also have uhaul rental.

2021-07-13My experience has been great so far. Very simple to sign up and straight forward process. I come and go as a I please and it’s a great company. Cassie that answers the phone and checked me in on my start up day was very kind and helpful! The storage unit was very clean on my arrival and easy to get in and out of the security gate. Everyone has their own specific code so they have a record of who is going in and out at what time which I appreciate! Great place!!

2022-02-05It saddened me to say that I dont like this new company at all. You guys didnt warn us about the pay over the phone stuff, and the price change. Why do you charge me for insurance when in fact I have some already? I do understand that I was late on paying last month do to me being hospitalized with covid. I called and talked to someone and told them that I will pay Monday now that Im better. But she then tells me I have to pay $270 for a unit that only cost $50 a month I understand a late fee but holy cow this is highway robbery. I will pay my fees and I will never recommend you guys ever!

2021-03-28We just rented a Uhaul from Cassie at the U-Store and the service was great! She was so quick and informative. It made the process super easy for our first time renting. I would definitely recommend them and will use them if/when we move again!

2021-11-29During transition that we were not informed of ...was on automatic pay got locked out and still paid in full and was still locked out and no one on site and when calling new owners would not discuss with me details said I wasnt on account???!!! Been loyal customers for 10 years!!!

2021-08-16UStore LLC has proven to be a great business to work with and I am so glad it is also so conveniently located! We are in the process of putting our home on the market and needed to store some of our furniture. The team in Fenton is so helpful and accommodating. We needed the temperature controlled unit and we were able to get a nice clean unit. We have come to realize we will need more space and we will work with the UStore team to meet this need!We are so pleased with everything at UStore Fenton LLC and we look forward to a long relationship with them.James and Karen StachuraHowell
