A great place to get your cars oil change done and a free car wash is included with the oil change. Whether you want to wash your car on your own or run through the auto wash the have it all.
I appreciate coming here. I havent had my car serviced outside of the dealership since purchase. I love that the people here are through and friendly. I dont feel scammed to purchase anything thats unnecessary. Now my car has its oil change here, Ill be back for consistency. Oh the young man set up my oil change alert. I had this brand new car since 2019, and the people at the dealership never even done that!
What are the hours? What are they? The signs say til 5:30 Mon-Sat right?? Why do I repeatedly show up and it’s closed? Why do I a pay for a subscription?
Found this place by accident a couple years ago, and havent been anyplace else since. Prices are very competitive, service is excellent, and professionalism is definitely top notch.The icing on the cake is I dont have to get out my car. They work on it from the outside, and from the pit below.Plus, I love the fact that I can go right next door and get my car washed (which came with the service, and is still Sparkle). When I leave, my car is clean and serviced. How cool is that.

I got a full service oil change & the cabin air filter replace. They also suggested, in the near future, that I may want to get a transmission flush for my car. They really care for the customer. They were very efficient & worked as a team to get me out of there asap & still did a great job.

The crew at both the BH and the St. Joe locations are courteous, professional, and they do a great job. The prices are good. The wait is normally less than 15 minutes even on Saturdays. Personally, I love the convenience.

This was my first time visiting this location since the upgrades they have made and it is absolutely AMAZING! There was an older gentleman that I wish I would have caught his name, because he went above and beyond to help show me all the cool special vacuum attachments and floor mat cleaners.This is definitely going to be my weekly car cleaning go to spot, and I want to say thanks again to that gentleman that helped me on my lunch hour!!

Paid $10 for drive through car wash. Didn’t remove light dusting on most of car? I could brush it off after?? Waste of money. Left a message. No response
Beware of the new car wash configuration! They changed the entrance and put in new curbs by the car wash. Also added a large number of feather flags and signage near the entrance to the car wash. You need to make a sharp hairpin turn. The signage blocks your ability to make the turn. Hit the signage on my way in. $750 damage to my car. Two attendants watched it happen. I could tell by their reaction, it wasn’t the first time.
Sparkle has to be visited by yourself words cannot describe the courtesy along with the professional advice you are given for free along with several perks that far exceed the free car wash!

SPARKLE IS ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! So unprofessional and rude! Spent 16$ on a car wash with my mother In law just for it to damage her brand new car!! I have all the before and after pictures of it and I’m ready to take this a step further! Not only has it ruined it her car it chipped my car paint and didn’t even clean my car! If I could give this place less than one star I would!! Will never spend another dime at sparkle so beyond disappointed and upset over the damage

Their power washer had much more pressure when compared to the car wash places in Berrien Springs and Stevensville Ive frequented.
Monthly rates for car washes be nice if they would be open on Sunday and after hours for people like me that works from 6am to 6 pm which only let me wash my car on Saturday

This was my original post on the sparkle Facebook page. After receiving a response that said they were looking in to it, they removed my post.Absolutely disgusted with the Benton harbor location. 10 times in a row I went through the touch free wash and it broke with me in it EVERY SINGLE TIME.. Just went through the soft cloth and something in the track popped my tire (brand new jeep) and my tires were perfect before I went in. I pulled around to tell them and they blamed me, said I had a nail that fell out. I heard a pop in the wash so yea.. Now I am stuck paying to fix a tire and they get off free. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!! How the heck can a business stay open with zero customer service. Never once did they try to make the car wash problem right, and now the tire. Shame on you sparkle!!

These guys are truly some of the fastest grease monkeys out there! They do everything by the books, make sure everything is serviced correctly, and get the job done in a efficient and timely manner!

I forgot my passenger floor mat in their complimentary vacuum section and called them as soon as I realized it was missing. The woman there said there wasnt anyone over there and took down my information. The next day I called again and she told me no one had seen it.I guess one of the employees deserves my new floor mat more then I do. Wont be going back.

The guys that does the oil change are very professional with great customer service skills but the guy that takes the money through the car wash needs to be trained on how to talk to women hes very unprofessional with zero customer service skills.
This is a place that has quality products for washing your car or cleaning the interior and if you got pets you can wash them anytime day or night they sell towels in a machine to dry your pet blow dryers so its a one stop shop if you need both 🤗

I really like that they dont use brushes or cloth. They use a high-pressure water, soap, wax, etc. spray. Spot-free rinse, also.

They took me for ride. I left with my vehicle in worse condition than it was when it brought it in. I had sludge in my radiator and asked if they would do a coolant flush. They knew that they werent properly equipped to perform the coolant flush and should have advised me to seek other professional mechanical help elsewhere, but they did the service them selves with out saying a thing. And I left with no heat and a huge air bubble in my cooling system which can wreck a motor. The next day after I got my coolant system working right again and no air in it I went to sparkle to try to get a refund or some kind of compensation and they completely refused. They said they told me it might not work, and that is a lie. They never said this procedure they did could ruin my motor. I am very very unsatisfied with their service and customer service. They are not a place I will ever reccomend to anyone at all!!!!

2022-01-21I will never go anywhere else for oil changes! Always quick and easy to get in and out. Employees are nice and in good moods. Last week when getting my oil changed and windshield wiper replaced, they forgot to put the new wiper blade on but charged me for it. So I went back today and they were understanding and willing to install it for me them, as well as giving me TWO new blades instead of just the one.

2022-03-19I went there once many years ago and remember how good it was.This time was no different. When I drove in and just slowed down as if I wasnt going to the car wash behind the building, they assumed I was coming in for an oil change and opened the door and three guys were waiting to direct me in. They immediately checked out fluids, put air in the tires and even in my trailer and very quickly changed the oil. Of course, I never got out of the car. AND got a free car wash!

2022-06-11This is not because for the oil change part. Those guys are great.But for the car wash part, they need to look at the women in the office. My mom want in to use the free car wash on the last day but they closed the car wash. So she asked if they could give her another pass to use. The worker said “ no, not my problem you had 6 days to use it”. Like it was my mom fault. Not theirs for closing the car wash. Unfortunately my family will not go back there that is about 20 of us.

2021-06-09We were here today at about 1:00 in a 2008 Explorer. My son and I are car camping around the country and we have never had such a professional group (Paul, Johnathan, James, Byrd and the rest of the crew). We even got a free wash with the change.

2022-06-29They desperately need another touch free wash! It’s either always broken or u have to wait in line for 20-45mins to wash your vehicle. Or how about being in line and the person in front of u is getting a car wash and all of the sudden the the computer and scanner shuts off at 9pm when it says 24hour wash but car wash is still running for guy in front of u. Please add another touch free wash or put scanners in the manuals and let us monthly subscription holders use the manual on our subscription as well really inconvenient when u have 2 unlimited packages for two different trucks and have to pay for a car wash somewhere else.

2022-03-15Mad props to the whole crew!! Pulled in asked how long for an oil change dude said ten minutes. I was like bet. At the end he said sorry I lied I was like what????? He said it only took five lol!!!! Place across the way said 45 min? From begining to end too notch customer service!!💯💯

2022-06-11Was very disappointed this time, oil change went up to 50 none of my fluids was checked but on paper states he did, I sat and watched when I asked about windshield fluid only then did he put it in, air filter not checked 😡
