Comment: Up charge for every single thing for their broker fee. Tried to charge me $380 for a title transfer, wouldn’t let me put that it was a gift and that it had to be that I bought it for atleast $300. I went to another insurance place and got my transfer for $60 same day. Also charged me almost $500 for a start up downpayment for a liability plan. Would not recommend. I went to Alisha @ Aguayo and she helped me with everything, and I only paid $175 she’s very sweet and won’t try to scam you

Comment: Dont go there, they ripped me off big time, charged me $330.00 just for title transfer. And they were rude to a customer on a phone call. Go to DMV instead. They also wanted to charge me more for a license plate renewal. They are thieves.Dont go there, they are thieves, they charge too much to change car titles and they still wanted to steal more from me with the license plate renewal and I didnt let me. Thieving people. They are very rude when you talk on the phone to complain.

Comment: They over charge for insurance. Get a quote online or deal with what insurance you want personally. Agency fees means that they put in your information online for insurance and quotes. Then charge you for their time. Save 100 bucks, don’t be lazy, do it yourself.

Comment: Bad service I had my policy and went to switch cars on it I end up paying More than 500 and had no insurance for a month without knowing till I got a letter from the insurance company saying that my policy was canceled and when I called them they said I never paid my bill wow really paying more than 500 just to switch cars does not include the bill 🙄

Comment: Great insurance company. Great customer service and great rates. I have had my insurance policy with them for more than 10 years now. Their agents are very knowledgeable. I shopped around and no one explained it to me as well like they did. They offered me different packages and advised me what was better for me. Other places were just selling me something without even explaining what coverage’s I was buying. I am very happy with them and recommend them to all my family and friends.
